My friends and I got caught up in the sand on Saint Augustine Beach And John’s towing was called at 12:30 to pull her out and after talking with John‘s towing, they said that they would be there Anywhere between 35 and 65 minutes. We waited 4 hours. Had to call Bobs towing. He was wonderful.

He showed up quickly, handled everything with care, and made a stressful situation so much easier. His calm demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Cooper picked up my call after I'd waited 2 hrs for another tower through Hyundai road service. Cooper called and informed me he was picking up the request from Hyundai. He arrived 15 minutes later. Cooper was professional, very courteous, and told us he'd handle the after hours dropoff at the dealer. We were on our way home 10 minutes after he arrived. Then Cooper was kind enough to send a text later informing that car was dropped off safely and keys with our notes were placed in the dropoff box at the dealer. I will definitely call John's and ask for Cooper if we ever need a tow again.

I had the pleasure of having my car towed from the collision shop back to my home by Johns Towing. Rico did an outstanding job!! My back tires are locked up and dont move and I was very curious how Rico was going to be able to maneuver my car off the tow truck and place it safely on the ground. He made it look way too easy and took his time to ensure my car and his truck didn’t suffer any damage! I was so impressed and wish I had recorded the process!!! I will absolutely be calling John’s Towimg and asking for Rico the next time I need a car towed!!

Had to file a report .Every time i drive down US1 someone in johns tow trucks is flying out on to the highway from their lot cutting people off making them slam their brakes because its a 55 MPH highway....Then proceeds to drive upwards of 80 mph .its never that busy wait an extra second before you pull out. Stop flying around recklessly in those big trucks
Amazing staff!! Honestly, my initial experience wasn’t great at first, but boy did this company turn that experience around!! I’ve got to give Hallie the shout out she deserves! She reached out to me on her own and helped me resolve an issue I was having for 2 days within minutes! She even worked out a deal with her boss to buy my car outright to save me trouble and time. She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. And John even paid me more money than the vehicle was worth.
I had the pleasure of meeting Eli, as well. Very nice and respectful young man and he made sure my final interaction was swift and efficient. Even John, the owner was friendly, helpful and truly made this experience a great one. The way the owner and staff heard my problem and immediately did everything in their power to help me to make sure I was taken care of truly touched my heart. Most folks would not have taken the time, but John’s towing made me a priority and treated me like VIP when they surely did not have to. When you have to have your car towed because you are stranded that is a very bad day. This day was Saturday, State Farm contracted with John’s Towing and let me say that the tow truck driver, Jermaine had to tow me home. He was very professional and so very sweet! I really hope the owner read this and acknowledges Jermaine. He made a very bad day, better.

I can’t tell you how great it was working with this company. My fiancé was in a bad car accident and they towed her car. We called them late at night to try to get belongings and medication from the car at 10pm. They sent someone out promptly to help us and he patiently let us grab our things and take some pictures of the car. Overall was the hero of the day for us saving us a headache and some long drives.
We were in St Augustine and our tire and spare blew out also. Craig was so nice and serviceable. We could t fit in his truck. He called another one. The other gentleman was just as nice. Awesome service
I previously had I was at work my truck got hit by one of John's towing's records did some damages to my pickup got three estimates and stuff and the owner of the company John Rogers pretty much keeps blowing me off he's not a man of integrity doesn't want to answer my calls now pretty much blowing me off on wanting to take ownership and having my truck fixed it's really aggravating. So in the future anybody using his towing service might want to be aware of the company that they're having do the towing service because they are not a good company
My car broke down on I-95 in Saint Augustine, Florida. I called Miss Haley. She dispatched the tow truck immediately and they told me to Walmart in Palm Coast. They gave me an awesome price. The driver Robert was unbelievable. I would recommend this company to anybody they treated me like family?
After having a tire blowout on i-95 and spinning around in three circles before landing next to the guardrail facing on coming traffic in the middle of the night with a bad spare and truly being stuck and unable to move, I was definitely relieved to have a kind tow truck driver come to our rescue. I truly wish I could remember his name, but having been stressed out and panicked and on wits end, I have completely forgotten it and for that I am sorry because he was truly amazing and just quick-witted and able to distract us, calm us and got our minds off of it. Unfortunately for the office I cannot say the same. She (Kay) seemed lost and confused, when we could get anyone to answer the phone (8 unanswered calls), couldn't tally up the total (69+28), I had to calculate that for her and then she tried to say it was the total amount (97) plus the tow amount (69) again nearly doubling it until I said the total amount included the tow and then proceeded to bill me THREE times in 2 days for the same tow. And while two of them were refunded they do not refund back instantly and so they nearly overdrafted my bank account. I called to complain about this and she (a different she) explained that she's not sure why it did this but took my information with the promise to call back. I never heard back nor did I ever get an explanation as to why I was continuing to be billed. For my tow truck driver I give five stars day in and day out and wish I had cash on hand to give him a tip (if I find how to contact him he's getting one) and to just have paid him directly for the tow to avoid this terrible experience with his dispatchers. The driver is the only reason I'm giving the rating I am if it were not for him it would be zero stars if possible.
John’s Towing service really came through for me. Rich was the driver that came out to tow my car from my house to the dealership. They were professional, prompt and very courteous to deal with. He dealt with my car is a knowledgeable and efficient manner. I highly recommend them and ask for Rich. Hopefully I won’t need to have my car towed again, but if I do, I’ll make sure to call Rich at John’s Towing.
My family and I ran out of gas on the freeway between exit 304 & 305 on the I 95 interstate going north headed back home to Charlotte December 6th 2024 about 7pm. It was me my husband my mom and my special needs son that we had just got out the hospital. We all were a Lil scared cause it was cold& dark out and the semi trucks were passing so close to us. We called our road side assistance and John showed up with the gas in about 30 minutes to save us. He was so pleasant and smiling and caring to us that we forgot we scared after he arrived. We asked his name he said John. I was like we getting saved by the owner of the tow service he was like no I'm not the owner I'm just John. We chuckled he gased us up and we were on our way. Thank you John the world needs more people like u in it.
