After having dealt with the rudeness of another no-show ,“prominent” towing company here in Saint Augustine, it was a pleasant surprise to have a kind and courteous driver arrive to assist me with getting my truck to a shop to fix a starter problem. Matthew was concise with his communication, accurate with his ETA, and quick to find solutions to loading up my vehicle in a slightly less than ideal pickup spot. Thank you, All Towing! I hope I never need you again, but you will be the first company I call or recommend should the need arise.

Matt came to pick up my vehicle and stayed in touch with me the whole time in regards to getting my vehicle towed. Very professional courteous and respectful. Also very cost efficient. I really appreciate that and all his hard work and then on top of everything he send me a picture where I can view my vehicle being placed at the repair shop. Gave me a great piece of mind.

Had to get a tow for my lowered car, The driver Cameron showed up and went to work , using tricks of trade , my car was up and on the lift. He was very cautious and took no chances, insuring the front was cleared properly. He had to readjust a few times, but it was perfectly placed with no issues. My bumpers and exhaust were safe from damage.

Very knowledgeable driver. He knew all the right questions to ask and even knew more than I. Had it hooked and dropped in no time at all. Highly recommend Matt, he knows his stuff. One of our trucks wouldn’t start and was stuck in front of a customer’s house. We needed a tow to the dealership ASAP. All Towing was the first service out of 4 calls to answer their phone. They showed up in about 20 min and we were able to give them a company credit card and be on our way. Couldn’t have made it any easier for us. Thank you for being there in a pinch!

Matt and Blake at All Towing are incredible! I can’t thank them enough for how kind and helpful they’ve been! Matt drove all the way out to Palatka one evening when I got stranded and had called 5 other services for help with no luck. And Blake solved an issue with my battery that’s cost me thousands of dollars over the years to try and diagnose to fix. My car runs better than it has in 4 years , and it’s all thanks to them! They’re also incredibly professional and have some of the best pricing I’ve ever experienced from a tow company. I’ll forever be recommending this company!

They were already on a call when I contacted them but promptly called me back at the time they said they would! Matt arrived when he said he would and was very careful with the vehicle I needed towed. They combine top-notch service with a vast knowledge of all things automotive and safety. 5/5 would recommend! My car is extremely low and blew out it’s front left tire. The service tech, Cameron, made sure the car got on the bed with zero scraping of the carbon fiber front lip. Was a pleasure to work with and an expert at his job. Call them for all your towing needs.
