Jason really came through for us today. We were on the way to my uncles Funeral in SC (already a tough day), and a massive rock disabled our car along with at least 1 or 2 others. We were some 80 miles away from home and there were only a couple tow companies around. 1 wasn't answering, 1 was trying to charge us double the price because we were in such need, but MY MAN JASON!!!! This guy is a true life savor.
He was already on a call, but noticed it was in our direction towards Orlando so he picked us up within 30 minutes and took us home!! At a fraction of what the other company was trying to rip us for. He will go back to get the car this evening, but most importantly my wife and I are off of the side of I-95 and safe at home! I wish I could do something for Jason and Olde Town Towing in return, and I hope that all of our reviews we can find places to leave will be a good start! Thank you so much Jason and Olde Town Towing!!! We just can't express how grateful we are!

Jason and his wife were angels on the beach when we got stuck in the sand- they were trying to have time with their family, saw me and a friend in distress and stopped what they were doing to come and help us It wasn’t an easy job, but they stayed with us and eventually drove my car off the beach for me - and no, it wasn’t a 4x4 as I was stubborn and thought my car could handle the soft sand- bad decision on my part but Jason was patient and got the job done!!! So grateful for Olde Town towing!!!! If you need a job done right and with patience and professionalism, go to Olde Town towing!!!

I lost my one car key on Vilano Beach and needed to have my car towed to the dealership to make a new key. I called several towing companies and also had a open call with AAA but ended up going with Olde Town because they could get to me more quickly and their price seemed very fair. The dispatcher was also friendly and helpful, and I saw that they had good Google reviews.
The driver was returning from Jacksonville so I did have to wait a bit over the hour I was originally expecting, however I have no complaints there. I was just relieved to have found an available tow company.
Once he arrived, the driver navigated the tight parking lot surprisingly well. He got my car open and was able to get it into neutral. Unfortunately my car (2022 Toyota Rav 4 LE) engages the parking break automatically in park so he was forced to drag my car out of the parking space and up onto his towing bed. He performed this with 0 damage to my car and in an extremely tight parking lot to boot.
I had a family member transporting me to the dealership and on the way the dispatcher called to ask if the driver could make a quick stop to unlock a family's car nearby. I appreciated them asking me first and was just glad to see that they care about trying to solve people's dilemmas even if it means complicating their own job with an extra stop. They could have easily told the family "no sorry you have to wait" but instead they figured out how to make it work. That's a nice human touch to their customer service that many other companies lack these days.
Needless to say my car arrived at the dealership and I was on my way to getting new keys. My interactions with both the driver and dispatcher were very good throughout. The driver was very knowledgable and focused on the task. I hope to not need towing services again anytime soon but if I do, Olde Town will be my first choice.
We broke down in St. Augustine after driving for over 12 hours to get there. Olde Town Towing got to us super quick and towed us to our condo. They were awesome and let us unload then towed directly to their shop to get our van looked at. Great customer service and super speedy!!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Jason and Olde Town towing. We were really in a bind, and he arrived a full 45 minutes earlier than the rental company had told us. He was efficient, professional, and made sure we got to our destination safely.
I never do this but I had to because the service I had from St Augustine Towing and Transportation was great. The dispatcher was so nice. She was so informative and calming. I was stuck on I95 was no battery charger and a dead battery. I was hysterical. My roadside agent told me 30 mins and I was waiting for over 2 hours on a very busy highway. The driver, the amazing driver, got to me in less time than I was told and he showed me everything he was doing. He was so nice and calmed me, which isn't his job but it was so nice. I would recommend them any day. The service was so cheap too. He explained that they have special discounts for local shop and I really like that. If you need a tow service, St Augustine Towing and Transportation is the place to call!
wow just wow. These guys are great. Got my car towed from my home to the shop I needed it taken to in a very timely manner. The driver was absolutely great and very experienced. He had the car up on the bed fast and on his way. He even called to let me know it was there. I will be using them more often and will definitely give my friends a card. Just great work by these folks. The dispatcher, Ada, was so helpful. She was very informative and understanding. It was raining but they were there to help. We just moved to Florida from Indiana and we broke down and were sitting at a rest stop for over 12 hours with a toddler and teenage daughter and dog and my husband and I. No tow company would help us bc there is so many of us. Because there were so many of us. It was hot out . We had very little to no sleep . and the owners went out of their way to help my family and I and helped us get to where we needed to. THEY ARE THE BEST I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I GIVE THEM A 10/10
I was on the way home from VA and my engine blew 350 miles from my destination in Deerfield Beach. My insurance couldn’t find a tow to take me the distance, as it was the weekend, and I’d called several places that were quoting me $2000. I couldn’t leave my car for a day because I had belongings in it from my recently passed father. I got on the phone with SATaT and after explaining my predicament she said she didn’t have a driver but couldn’t leave me there; she gave me several numbers to call and then called me back. She had explained my situation to her driver who’s day off it was. He said he couldnt leave me there either. Not only did they ensure I got home; but they did it for $800 less than the lowest quote I’d been given. Thank you!!! <3
Olde Town Towing got to me in a flash after a long work day! The quick service was accompanied by a super friendly, can do attitude that made a high out of a low situation. 10/5 stars in my book!
Horrible horrible , be aware ! Will tell you on way take hours , then will offer to repair ur car at 10x the amount of the cost of parts and labor , be aware don’t use for towing or repairs ! Then they will brake something eles to get you to come back for more repairs ! Don’t use these people !
^I wish I could give no stars... .this place is a joke 1000 fule pump lol and they said this was a deal only charge us labor next lost are keys oh wait it gets better then I gave them a new part to put on the truck and they lost that and the left the wires hangout because it was the wrong part if you don't want to be there next come up stay far away and the fule pump they said was 989 I told it somewhere else there never change it so everything was a lie so glad I got ever convo and what the office sais on body cam I hope after court they will do better I will keep everyone posted do not waste your money
Amazing service. I needed a shed moved in a short period of time and they sky rocketed to the moon and moved it fast and safely. Customer service was amazing
