I was 11 miles out of St Augustine on Phillips Hwy and my water pump blew. Lucky to find Beachside Towing. A very nice gentleman, "Ray" answered the phone and ask me what was going on with my car, my location and told me he would be there in about 15 minutes.
He came exactly as promised and literally hooked up my car in 60 seconds. His price was very reasonable, and I knew due to his professionalism and obvious expertise, my car was in good hands. Highly recommend Beachside Towing!
They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Not only will they respond quickly, they are the least expensive and so genuinely nice AND EXTREMELY helpful!!! I was going to tow my Jeep to the dealership and based on their recommendation I took it somewhere that was able to fix it quicker and MUCH cheaper!!! Only towing company I will EVER use!!! They need the option of 100 stars!!!
Such a very helpful and kind man, I locked myself out of my car and I called a locksmith company and they wanted to charge me $200, called him and he said only $80, came very quick and was such a help. If you are in a pinch definitely call them over anybody else! Wonderful service!
Listen Here Beachside Towing 10 Stars . It's an early Monday morning my car decided it wanted to give me the Monday Business Blues. EVERYBODY knows the Monday Blues. I called Beachside They Answered and said he'd be to me in 20-25. The man came in like 10 maybe 11 minutes. Great business! Friendly! Kind! Fast Service! Ray was amazing! My serpentine belt broke as I was pulling into a parking spot at Walmart. I called Ray’s Automotive Repair and they reached out to Beachside towing to bring my car to them. Talk about fast, great communication, and great service!
Great service and relatively affordable! I had my trike and jeep towed by them and despite the difference in both type and distance it was only $80! A very affordable towing service. The driver lets you take a ride with them if needed and communicated well. I have a shitty memory when it comes to names but Ryan I believe? He was great and did an excellent job.

In my 47 yrs I’ve never had a flat tire. Well I got my first one at Ace Hardware yesterday and it was so hot I just got a ride home. Beachside was so great they came to my house grabbed the key when they got to the car they were so nice to text me the size tire since I had no idea. I will only ever use beachside towing!!!

My vehicle needed a fuel pump and I called Beachside to get it towed. He was here in 20 minutes and gave me a real reasonable rate. Ray the owner came and picked it up himself. I've never had that good of service from a tow company at a reasonable price. He's awesome! I won't call anybody else again ever for a tow.

I was very unsure about calling a towing service. My husband passed away. So this is my first time dealing with car issues myself.. Beachside towing is great to deal with. He was very prompt, was within my house within 15 minutes tried to help me start the car when he couldn't. Then we toned it to a mechanic that i'm so happy I found both repair and towing.
Today my week started amazing with a screw in my tire, I’m a girl don’t know how to change a tire haha.

OMG! A week ago my car died at the light by Walmart on Rt 1. I was freaking out as people tend to be in a hurry on Rt 1 (northbound). Not three minutes had passed in my panic mode when I look up and there’s a tow truck pulled over in front of me, and a young man walks over to me and say,
“I know you would probably like to call your own tow company, but for now let’s get you off the highway.” I asked him to just take me to AutoZone which he did and then he said “if it’s not your battery then you’re going to need to be towed again.”
Ryan from Beachside Towing is a total gentleman, kind and helpful. Ryan took me and my car on the flatbed to Richburg auto repair on San Marco Avenue also a great place to do business. And then I had the audacity to ask for a ride to the (Limelight) theater for my Guild meeting and Ryan took me there as well.

I was looking for a tow company because my car all of a sudden wouldn't turn on so I found a repair place only 4 miles from where my car was so I called Beachside towing and the gentlemen on the phone was very nice and straightforward and he said he would check out my car for me and see what he could do. He came pretty fast and my problem was the positive charge for the battery the connection was bad so he tried to fix it but unfortunately I just needed a new one but he was very kind and genuine, he towed the car and said he would also let them know what was wrong with my car so it saved me a diagnostic fee and they charge very fairly it's only 80$ for 10 miles and under so I was more than happy with that since other places were trying to charge me 200 plus ! Overall I had a great experience with them he was so helpful and kind I most definitely recommend Beachside towing for everyone in need of roadside assistance they are good working people that aren't trying to rip you off and genuinely want to help!
