These guys are awesome!! I needed a couple parts for my car, I called Mr.Mark and told him what I needed he looked it up to see if they have anything that's was my year make and model vehicle, he did so he had his guys go and pull it for me. He called me and told me when it was ready for pick up and I went got the parts. Friendly down to earth ppl in there. Will recommend to any one that needs a used part

My husband and I drove all way to saint Augustine from Orlando Fl. Almost 2 HR
And this person in front Eddie was very rude at the beginning with racism comment then they guaranteed that the hood listed on their website was 000 quality (perfect conditions) when it showed me It was junk. Eddie argument that their website is not accurate . But btw they don’t offer pictures
So waste of time and Gasoline.

I given this place several chances over the years and everytime I walk away feeling like I bothered them for thier over priced parts. Bunch of rude old guys that won't lift a finger to help you

This place was awesome! I called up and he gave me exactly what I had spent days looking for at a great price! Even had the tire at the front door waiting for me. Definitely will recommend to people in the area. :)
Eddie on the parts side has helped me out of quite a few pickles in the past. When the dealership told me to pound sand on a discontinued part, he was able to get me the part secured and delivered same day! As someone who works for a shop that does 20-40 cars a day, having him look into it for me and call me back on his time because he knew I had a busy schedule was astounding. Forever going to use A1 and Eddie’s expertise for used parts in the future!
I haven't been this impressed with customer service in a long time. They were incredibly polite, helpful in finding what I needed and went above and beyond to help me get loaded. They cared about how it was loaded and they cared about making sure I was happy. A+
Went here today 8/5/2019 and felt completely unwelcomed. I asked simple questions and the guy was being sarcastic with his responses. I am not sure if he was just that way, or if it was because of my race. Either way he should represent the establishment better when dealing with customers. I would never go here again.
Their prices are insane for used parts! You can get brand new parts for half the price they want to charge for used parts! Mind blown they want to charge 35 dollars for the third brake light used and you can get a brand new led one on Amazon for 24 dollars. This isn't the first time I have called to get a price and it's been outrageous I have no idea how they are even still in business! What's the point of used parts if they are going to cost more then new ones?

Update!
Ok so I have been here 3 more times since my last review! I was rear ended by a texter. A1 auto had a replacement trunk lid for me in stock and Carl and Donnie got my car back on the road the same day! Then my alternator went out a few days later. Sure enough A1 Auto took care of that in just a few hours. The week after that I went back for 2 used tires (that look like new) and Tyrone took care of that for me while I waited. I have never gotten quicker service and cheaper rates ANYWHERE else. Thank you again guys and lady at A1 Auto!
The salesman dean was asked to check proper fitment of part before I drove 2 hrs to purchase part. Dean assured me part was there and would fit. Upon arrival part was still on vehicle and was told it would be another hour wait then was told part would not fit my vehicle. My opinion is they want to sell parts and are not diligent enough to check and save you a long drive! Recommend asking for picture of part before you use this company. Very lazy or shady!
I was looking for a replacement taillight for my older Chrysler Intrepid. I called and a gentleman named Louis told me they indeed had my part. 10 minutes later I was thete, the part was ready and I got a great price. No hassles or waiting. Since my taillight was broken and Louis knew I could get stopped, he quickly put it in for me. I have been to many auto parts businesses and my treatment today was by far the most professional, courteous and pleasant experiance. I highly recommend anyone to come here first!

Super expensive and very unfriendly. You can now save yourself the disappointment of being told a rediculiously high price and just check the website. I went in a while ago looking for a headlight for my Honda. I was told $60 for a 22 year old part. When I told them I could buy a PAIR of headlights from LKQ for $80 I was told (not asked) to leave. The guy never looked up from his computer and was way more interested in a conversation with a co-worker that he started mid way into "helping" me. Save your time and don't go.
Can't say enough about the guys at A1, they are the most service oriented parts company I've ever worked with. These guys go the extra mile to get you what you need. As a paint and body shop, we order alot of used parts and A1 blows their competition out of the water. Carlos and George are knowledgeable and friendly and absolutely dedicated to the service they provide. Buddy the delivery driver always has a smile on his face and a funny story to brighten you day.
