This is nothing short of a nightmare dealing with this company. Would not wish it on anyone. They could not care less about anything but money. Service in return for ones hard earned money is nowhere to be found when dealing with this company.
The dispatch was rude and wasn’t helpful. I called right after my car was towed and they refused to release it I’m gonna call and speak to manager but rightfully they suppose to release vehicle an hour after if called. This was right after this was done …..calling first thing in morning to get it back. Also when I called they were closed. Then first they said 182 and then there’s a gate fee after I called the second time all the sudden there’s a gate fee.
Towed my car from out in front of my home with no postings no warnings nothing. While I’m home it was towed and I didn’t even know. With countless cars on the street parked the same exact way. Why me?
They towed my car from customer parking without proper authorization. In addition to that they damaged my car, still cannot get compensation for repairing a vehicle . They keep passing me from one person to another and don’t want to give me information about their insurance.
The driver Felix helped get my wife’s car off of 295, and then helped tow it down to the shop the next day. He was polite, honest, and provided fantastic service!
Put a lien against me for a car they sold almost a year ago after an accident. Unable to renew my registration on my new car. Drove an hour to their location, no one was there. Found out that they had to send someone. Took over an hour for someone to arrive, he was a tow truck driver. He said he didn’t know how to do the lien payment. They wouldn’t let me pay it over the phone told me I had to come in person. Yet nobody was there, then when they said they would send somebody, they send someone who’s unable to take payment. Then they’re unable to locate the record of my vehicle, super unprofessional. And very disappointed just wanted to pay my bill. Terrible company.
Waiting for 50 minutes for someone to show up . They charge extra for after hours. And then you wait and wait for someone to show up to get. It's past midnight, and we have to wait is a scratchy neighborhood without lighting in total darkness. Be aware. The lawsuit is coming if someone gets mugged.
Absolutely blew our day to hell getting towed. And somehow, the sweet man at the tow shop where we had to go pick up our car was nearly the highlight of our day. SUCH a kind gentleman in an otherwise sucky situation. I forget his name, but i hope he sees this. Thank you!
Can not recommend these guys enough. I was stuck in the woods deep in a mud pit and they went above and beyond to get to my car, which i know for a fact most wouldn't attempt given the location, aaa won't even touch a gravel road let alone a dirt trail with a few mud pits. They were also able to get my car out with no extra damage and made sure i got back to the main road. Great business would definitely use again, but hopefully i won't have to.

They invented the phrase "predator towing" after stealing people's car from their own driveways for minor HOA parking infractions. Dont support these scumbags, lets put them out of business.

They were just awesome. I needed my car towed and they gladly picked it up and then sent me a link to pay for the service since I was working. This is such an incredibly helpful thing for a busy person and business. I really do appreciate that.
Tyler is a rock star! This is a wonderful company to do business with. My car was towed to a repair shop a week ago. When I called to get a status update I was told by the shop they could not locate my car. I was able to track down Tyler’s telephone number from my call log. Tyler was very polite and professional. He provided me the detail of the tow of my car. I called Tyler several times. One time I conference him in with the repair shop. He provided us a lot of detail about the delivery. He remained calm and professional throughout all of these. I was ready to report my car as lost. Finally the repair shop called me back stating they found my car. Tyler help was invaluable in getting this episode resolved.
Office is rundown and nasty , property is trashed and broken glass all over the rocks where I had to get my car . Car had to be driven over and backed out over broken glass and sharp debris everywhere . Charged almost 200$ for parking slightly in the grass in private community ( parked the same way for over a year now )
As a tourist in a new town I called hoping for a tow, that is not what I received. I asked the lady on the phone how much it would be and before I could even finish speaking, “oh sweetheart it’s more complicated than that”. In a polite tone I asked if she really just said that, “yes I did what are you gonna do”. How embarrassing for a company to hire and pay people who have no respect for anything or anyone. I called her a you know what and hung up the phone. Dont call these people unless you want to be laughed at. Never have I seen such customer service. I would have been a paying customer too guess it is just how the dice rolls.
Terrible communication skills with each other , yard to yard communication was terrible, had to call the city police to have my towing charges dropped after they tried to tell me I owed 350$ + mileage + registration look up fee.. after the city police called them, they changed their price to 149$ cash only, I said good deal, when i got to the building, it became 159$ then I was told no credit cards or debit, but after I explained what I was told the price would be, they allow me to pay with Debit for the extra 10$ charges.... I would never ever ever recommend using them .. I had no choice.. I was stuck with them for the situation.
Asap towing was just that... a.s.a.p., they couldn't have gotten there any faster, and super nice and understand what there customers are going through. Very nice people for sure. Didn't mind that we came back several times, lol.
I am a pediatric nurse and I stopped by a patients house for the first time and my patients mom said I could park on the street. My car was towed immediately and it took them an hour and a half to show up to the gate so I could pick up my car. When I did, it had a new set of scratches on the front and I know they are new because my car is brand new and the scratches can not be seen in the pictures the towing man took before taking my car. We spoke to Vince Serano to file a dispute and they refuse to take responsibility even with the proof and hung up on us. Crooked company and currently trying to get in contact with the BBB.
I went with a friend to get their car from here after an accident. I've only seen one tow agency this shady. This place is operated with the ability to use legal theft. They don't follow their own policies and you have to pay whatever they say. $780 for two days or storage and a tow of less than 3 miles. It was like the scene from Vacation. It's worse than the Federal government...
These guys are great! They were there fast when I needed them and they took excellent care of my vehicle. If I ever need towing service again these are the guys I'm going to call for sure!

Not too thrilled with their night time dispatch, but the driver was top notch. Daytime dispatch helped resolve the issue. Would have been 5 stars if night dispatch had performed up to par.
Awful business.Terrible service. Just came through my neighborhood at midnight and decided to tow any and every car in sight for the pay out. No compassion. No sincerity. Just trickery and thievery. I don’t know how places like this stay in business with the way they continually defraud people.
Friend blew tire on I-95. Called several companies and not only is ASAP Towing prompt and professional Bandy went above and beyond by looking up local tire companies since she was more farmilar with the area and provided me the phone #'s so this situation could be resolved quickly. She had vehicle brought to discount tire. Can't thank you guys enough for making this an easy process. The tow truck was clean and driver was friendly. Highly recommend!

the 1 star I am leaving is for the tow truck driver, James, he actually deserves 5 stars but unfortunately besides him, this company is made up of crooks. They lie about your actual charges and fees. I was told I should pick up my truck as soon as possible to avoid storage fees and when I showed up, they had a new fee...$50 to open the gate. This company preys on the misfortune of others. I have had to leave my truck there an extra day because it is cheaper to pay an extra day storage fee than to have them open the gate a day earlier.
wanted 150 plus $3 a mile to tow my wifes car that was in a accident to our house, but I couldnt deal with that I had to go to hospital with my wife. So they took it to their lot, which is about same distance and now want $450 on the same day. Will be filing a BBB complaint and one with the state attorneys office. Beware of using their service for anything.
Absolute Crooks.. The nature of there business may not give you much choice of dealing with them but if you can avoid it - do so. Insurance paid $1500 storage for my company truck that was wrecked while being transported from NC and gave me a contact of Kristi. She never answered or returned a call so after 1 week I called and gave the authorization to release my vehicle to another employee. When my trucker arrived, he was sent away because they said they needed more insurance money. Creepy and Crooked..
I never leave reviews but......My car died on me on Sunday night (1130) and i had the best service. I called another agency and they never responded(still haven't a day later). Soon as I called they said an hour. Guy was there in 15 minutes flat. Nice as could be. Wish i caught his name cause he was so helpful considering id been sitting there for 2 hours waiting for the other company. So whoever the man working the night shift Sunday - that gentlemen deserves a raise.
