The person who answered my call was very polite and professional and actually took the time to see if the door panel I needed was the right color. They returned the call within one day with the information. Most places I've checked with simply don't bother to return your call, so I was glad. Thanks for your professsionalism.
Came down from Savannah for a fairly rare miata part. Couldn't have asked for friendlier service or patience. Despite the drive I think I have a new favorite yard!
Called on the Phone about something listed. We had a small conversation, seems like a fair honest place without physically going there. I would go back if I’m in the area again. I was referred to other places that could have what I was looking for…taking potential business from them and taking the extra effort and time to have that discussion is well worth giving them this review. Easy to talk to and friendly.
I would love to give 0 stars based on the lack of professionalism and customer service. Parts listed on line as available are not. Exceptionally rude and disrespectful as whatever girl answers the phone hung up on me. This “business” is literally what’s wrong w America.

If your looking for a nice comfortable lobby along with a hot cup of java while you wait this may not be the place for you. If your simply in the market for something particular and these guys have it do yourself a favor and call Gene. This place reminds me of the good old days of dealing face to face with good honest hard working people. I drove hear from Tampa area to pickup a 35 year old engine that was as described and I could not be more satisfied with my purchase.
My impression of this place is less than stellar I have been to many yards and was never treated this poorly I went to purchAse interior parts and yard guy said two were damage but other two nice I get their and all four had damage when I asked if they could be discounted due them needing work she said no the guy in yard told me they discounted for damage and he said he let them no on walkie also their overall attitude is standoffish and they are not warm. So many yards out there that even let you walk by self to look at part not wait an hour for an employee to Accompanying like small child like everybody is a criminal I mean even when I was standing out front the woman kept coming and looking at me not going to place that treats you in this manner so many other yards the treat customers with respect

I purchased a used computer from them. It says on the receipt that if the computer does not fix your problem , you now have a spare. The computer I purchased created a problem that didn't exist before. I am a ASE certified master technician and have owned my repair shop for 27 years. I will not be buying from these people again. Be leary of their return policy.
Very happy with Specialty Auto right from the beginning . Very friendly from the first hello on the phone and had exactly what i needed for a 28 yr old vehicle and in great shape.I had to drive about 1 1/2 hours one way but the trip was well worth it and i will be making that trip again for my auto needs.
I ordered a hard to find part on a Friday, had it in my hands the following Monday. Ordered online and checked out through PayPal. I was worried because I never received a confirmation email. Tiffany is a liar! She is rude! She claims she is a salvage yard but she works with a company who never sees the parts they sell. I will not do business with a broker. You can call A-1 Auto Recyclers in Columbia, MO to actually talk to a salvage yard. We ship!
