My boyfriends mustang needed towed for a starter issue and after waiting 4 hours from the insurance company i was over it, i found SwampTrax towing and gave them a call. Now as a woman trying to get anything done with a car can be a less than joyful experience however from the second Nick answered the phone I knew I picked the right company. He asked if he could call me back as he was finishing up another call and he called me back before i could even set my phone down. The entire conversation was pleasant, he wasn’t condescending, he answered my questions and had a tow truck out in 15 minutes. It was the quickest and most pleasant experience I have ever had with a tow company. In person Nick was even nicer and helpful if that was even possible. I felt safe in his presence and he explained everything in detail. If I ever need a tow again I will only be calling Swamp Trax. Quick, kind, super reasonably priced. Thank you SO much Nick!! I just so happened to find Swamp Trax Towing online as I live in Georgia and I needed my daughter‘s truck to be moved from one house to the Mechanics house. I called Nick and he was so pleasant and nice and respectful. He understood the assignment! So we set everything up And Nick with Swamp Trax Towing got the job done for me. Nick was awesome. He did a great job towing the rental we had that left us stranded. Nick even stayed with me and the kids to make sure we were good till the other rental car got us. Good boy thank him enough.
We had just bought a camper and locked ourselves out of our camper and these people were kind enough to drive an hour to come and let us in in the middle of the night they're wonderful they did such a fabulous job letting us in our animals were in the trailer and I was so happy to be able to get in and go to bed. We had a blowout in our RV did not realize it for quite a ways because we have double axle finally when we pulled over we called tow service. They sent us swamp tow service and the guy. Nick was awesome. He methodically change the tire discovered another bubble on one of our other tires, followed us all the way to the exit to get off and he arranged with tar kingdom to mount, two new tires for us he went beyond the car absolutely 100% great guy .
Nick was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He provided insight to my vehicle trouble, even showing me the problem. On top of this, he was friendly and personable.

What started out as a horrible day turned out to be not so bad after all thanks to the kindness of others. Nick From.Swamp Trax Towing was so wonderful, compassionate, and a gentleman. He made sure that the car was taken care of and that I got home safely. As a single female, it’s very frightening breaking down away from home, but he was there in a timely manner and was very kind I would highly recommend him.
Nick Contacted us as soon as he accepted the job of towing our RV. Kept in touch as he traveled more than an hour to reach us. Upon arrival he went right to work loading our travel trailer onto his flatbed tow truck. Safely transported out trailer 20 miles. When we arrived at the destination, Nick carefully unloaded the rv. Very professional and seemed to know his line of work. Highly recommend.
If there were 10 stars I'd give 10! Ended up needing a tow truck after our Turo rental broke down. Nick showed up and was so nice! He went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and that I wasn't stranded by myself while waiting for another ride. I appreciate the simple kindness shown!
