Had a very positive experience here. The trailer lights on my boat trailer were not working and the Owner did a very professional and competent job of getting me back on the road in short order. Was surprised to get such quick and competent service at a very fair price. Highly recommend this business due to the outstanding service that I received.
The manager was rude. I just wanted to return a truck, but he makes faces at me and makes me feel like I did something wrong or maybe I distracted him from more important things. I don’t know. It wasn’t a good customer experience at all. It is up to you if you have to go there.
I was out of town April 29-30 with a girlfriend in her car. I left my car in her driveway. Upon returning on Sunday afternoon my car wouldn’t start. I don’t live in Oviedo, so I knew my car needed towing, however, auto body shops are closed on Sundays! Henry came and tested the battery of my car, it was dead. He called his supplier to bring my specific battery to his shop. Henry then towed my car to his shop. The battery was delivered within 30 minutes. It was immediately put in by Henry. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.
Needed a tow after my car wouldn't start. Next generation came out and it was a simple fix that they didn't even charge me for. Recommend them highly!!
I highly recommend Next Generation. Very fast, friendly, careful and very knowledgeable of my 1966 Pontiac. Not to mention beat all Competitors prices by far. Henry went as far as pushing my vehicle into the garage by hand.

The man who owns this business was most unprofessional unkind person. My senior in high school left the high school down the road and had car trouble. He parked outside on the grass in a panic. We live over 2 hrs away. Owner said he’d tow his car into shop for $300 it was outside gate. Less than 500 feet.
We have family owned auto business ourselves. My son called after quote asking what to do and I told him to wait so I can see how much to tow from Tampa. Owner got angry and left for lunch. My sons rotc commander offered him ride him I said take it. I want my child home safe and he’s two hours away.
When I call owner of the shop he’s rude and demands apology from us for our son leaving. Said if we weren’t there by 6:31 would impound car. Umm this would of been theft. He demanded an apology and got threatening. I’m sorry sir as I say in tears worried about my son who got ride and wasn’t there to give apology while you left to get lunch at wawa. I certainly don’t even think that was your property he parked on grass on when in a panic.
Horrible person who I can only hope is not a parent. We drove 2 hrs and luckily he didn’t impound car..that would of been theft. We drove home all is good.

Had a tow scheduled and waited 3 and a half hours just to find out that I was canceled on because my kids were screaming and fighting on the phone and I had to go, 2, 3, 8, 10, and 12 year Olds. All waiting for this company who never showed up. Never told us they canceled.
Horrible customer service. Rip people off on daily basis - they destroy peoples lives on purpose!!!! The Towing truck steals your car overnight in your residence because they have a contract to take cars overnight even if you live there. They are horrible people and company!!!! Just stay away from this nightmare!!!!!!!!
this guy henry fix my SUV a couple of times no problem but the service van turn into a nightmare, had ball joins replace with rotors and breaks, by the time i pull new tires and went for aliment was inform that the ball joint had to be replace after 7 months, past the 6 month warranty, not sure if it was clean or replace , i question the work done because i was call to see the van on the rack, the tide rod lose, the center link, steering link worn out, WHAT KIND OF MACHINE put the front end together and don't tell you this , let it go , my bad call , now the break pad on drive side making noise, jack it up , MISSING THE F CALIPER MOUNTING BOLT, didn't break off , just an empty dirty hole, how piss of you have to be you cant even call henry, use at your owe risk. you been warn.
I was having car troubles and called the store on a Sunday morning (they were the only company to be open and answer my phone call) the mechanic immediately took care of my situation. Great customer service and affordable prices. Highly reccommend
