I moved to Florida in April of 2023. Nicks Auto happened to be the closest mechanic to where I lived at the time, so I gave them a shot. We broke down on the way back from vacation. Nick was able to quickly help us find a tow truck, get the car repaired same day and back on the road in no time. Very friendly staff and fixed the car well with absolutely no complaints. Would definitely recommend.
Quick and efficient, and great service! I came to get my radiator fan replaced, at of all the places I called they had the best price and a better fan. They were pleasant to talk to and answered all questions I had. I will definitely be back!

Whoever I spoke to was rude. I couldn't get off of work in time. I wasn't able to use my phone. I raced over to the Nick's"shop". I explained what happened and I even apologized for being late. I didn't expect him to work on my car today, but I wanted to apologize in person and reschedule. He just said, "There's nothing I can do now. You didn't even call." Yea, I wasn't able to use my phone due to having a demanding job. He also made no attempt to reschedule. Don't go here. I used to work in that same complex for a mechanic shop. They do very bad stuff in that area and you can't trust them. So, trust me when I say, don't go there. I'm actually relieved I was late since I didn't realize Nick's shop was in that complex of untrustworthy mechanics. I'll be happy to expose them all if the attitude continues. The funny part is, I just found a place that'll do what I need for $150. So, thanks for saving me $100-$150. Everything works out for a reason
They did an awesome job. I’ve tried few places different place and always had issues something as simple as an oil change- would have a leak shortly after. I’m just happy I found this place, haven’t had any issues and will most definitely come back and highly recommend.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. This car repair place is horrible. Had our car for almost 2 months and still had issues. The car actually broke down about 1 mile away from Nick's Auto Clinic after picking it up. He promised us week after week he would have it repaired and NEVER kept his promise. I would NOT recommend this auto repair place to fix anything. Absolutely horrible customer service too. This review is NOT FAKE at all......nice try to the owner who cannot accept responsibility! NEVER let this guy work on your cars.
Called about an A/C repair. I had already done my own checks to make sure the compressor was kicking on (which it was) and determined there must just be a gasket leaking in the system. Before dropping off the car, we agreed on $150 to fill the system w/ Freon (2lbs) and dye to locate leaks. It was understood that there would be additional charges to fix the leaks once located.
Dropped off the car and got a call soon after saying the compressor is electronically broken and quoted $900 to fix. I told him no to the compressor, I will do it myself or take it elsewhere, and asked for a diagnostic report. He refused to give me a report of anything he did, or of what needed replaced but still wanted $150 for his time. I told him I'd pay for his time as long as he gave me a detailed report so I could get it taken care of. He got offended, cussed me out and sent me on my way with a broken compressor and no diagnostic report. And let me add, this whole thing happened over the phone while I was at work. My wife was the one to actually drop off and pickup the car. Not the first time I've dealt with a mechanic trying to take advantage of my wife who doesn't know any better than to call me.

We had our 2015 Cadillac ATS towed to AAMCO Venice and they quoted a minimum $4300. for a full transmission replacement.
We decided to have it towed to Kirk at Nick’s Auto Clinic for a 2nd opinion. WOW - it was a filter and fluids - cost $470.

Decided to bring my car here because of all the good reviews and comments about honesty. They were quick and efficient and got my car done fast even though they were super busy. I thought it was weird that my driver window was left down half way when I went to leave. They were all up when I handed over my keys. Smoked a cigarette and went to roll it back up but it wouldn't budge, tried to roll it down and the whole window fell into the door. I'd never had a problem with it before. I called to ask if something had happened to it or see if they noticed anything but they were a bit hostile about it. It's not like I was pointing fingers, just expected the honesty that everyone is raving about. I manage a construction company and deal with customers screaming and blaming me all the time, to get something for free, so I know how bad it can be and wouldn't do that to someone. I didn't appreciate the way I was talked to when I was only asking a question. Other than that, I do believe these guys know what they're doing.
*Edit* Yes, you changed out my spark plugs, that wasn't my issue. Yes, you rolled down my window. No, it was not opened by anyone but you. I didn't blame you, just asked a simple question. Your response to my review shows exactly what my review is about. Rude for no reason. Embarrassing. Have a great day.
The best auto clinic in town, my family and I heavily appreciate all the work that Kirk has done for us with all our personal and work vehicles. We refer Kirk and his crew, for how efficient and honest they are, to anybody that needs work done.

2009 Honda Ridgeline serviced
Met with Kirk, he's a friendly guy and listened to all my concerns about what potentially may or may not need to be done. I said the truck is well over it's maintenance schedule for a timing belt change and Honda recommends in the manual a valve adjustment in certain intervals, but it depends based on a physical inspection with a feeler tool and/or an experienced tech's evaluation. I mentioned since we're draining the coolant that I may as well have them change the thermostat as well as possibly the upper and lower coolant hoses. Kirk explained to me we'll surely service the timing with a quality timing belt kit and change the thermostat. He gave me an estimate for the one repair and how much for the other if it's needed. I was very satisfied with the quote. He mentioned he'll evaluate the valves and upper/lower rad hoses. At the end of the day, the shop completed the job servicing the timing belt and changing the thermostat. The parts and labor were very reasonably priced! They didn't need to change the coolant hoses or need to service the valves which could have added about 3 hours for labor, as well as the need for two gasket sets for the valve covers and intake manifold. To me, the fact that this shop doesn't shy away from certain repairs (a previous shop quote wouldn't even touch the valves), are not trying to sell me on repairs that aren't absolutely necessary, and are priced either in the middle or slightly lower than the local market is everything I could look for in a shop. Last Thursday on my way to work my car started skipping bad so I turned around and went back home before I got stuck on the road and needed a tow. Being new to the area I had no idea where I was going to take it to be diagnosed and repaired. Being in the repair business years ago I had an idea what the issue was. Having multiple back and knee surgeries keeps me from doing my own repairs anymore. I googled auto repair shops near me and Nick’s Auto Clinic was one that popped up. Seeing it was around the corner from where I live and reading the reviews I decided to head over there. When I arrived and went in the gentleman I spoke with asked if I had an appointment. I said no and he said he was booked up for the day. After talking further and discussing what my issue was he said what he thought the issue probably was which was the same thing I was thinking it was and asked if I could leave it with him. After saying I could he said he would fit me in and get it done. He called me after he diagnosed the issue and gave me a price and after I gave him the ok he had it fixed by 1pm. I picked up the car and it was good as new. Runs great! I just wanted to say thank you to Kirk who I found out is the owner for going above and beyond to get me back on the road within hours. He gave me an honest price and didn’t try and tell me I needed parts I didn’t need. If you are looking for an honest and not a price gouging Auto repair shop Nick’s Auto Clinic is it. I went to so many other mechanics who tried to extort me, even after explaining that I’m new in town and I’m fresh out of college and struggling financially. Very Honest and very knowledgeable , was told by several mechanics that it was the lifters and it was going to cost me $2500.took it to Nick's he called me 3 days later and said the van was done and it was not the lifters at all and the bill was $425 talk about honesty. Van run better then the day I bought it. No joke... Thank you.

I’m from out of state and had been having issues with my car. Called Kirk this afternoon brought my car in the same day. He took a look at it and it was like brand new and reasonably priced. This garage is absolutely fantastic!
The owner is the nicest guy. He really helped my dad out with his truck when he was in the hospital. That was the only time i picked up my vehicle and it cost $10. Thanks again Nick for helping out our dad(Jay Kunkle) in his time of need.
They manager here went above and beyond helping me back in January. Understood the tough situation I was in around the holiday season, and expedited service to fit it. Completely reasonable price ways. Cannot say enough good things about my experience here.
Been using this mechanic for over 20 yrs. Nick has never steered me wrong. He was reasonable about prices and customer service was great. He has always made time for me and made me feel like i was a propriety everytime I been to see him.
