Not sure don't think they ever called back . Good voicemail sounded friendly. Ended up towing motorhome ourself. Reach out if u need help I'm looking to do more than trees. Security, app teaching, banking, restaurant, gas , money, theres app for everything. Transportation assistance of of state, sales, consulting. North Port towing may have a tow app I probably should of used.
North Port Towing responded when noone else would, including AAA towing companies. Picked up daughter's car on I-75 near Kings Highway and delivered it to Xpertech in Englewood on a Saturday afternoon. Gently and expertly got car on flatbed.
Do not use this towing company use anyone but them they will damage your vehicle and not take care of it like they should then when they agree to at least give you your towing money back your never here from them ago very bad people...if u do use them make sure you take pics before they tow but please not use them...read the other reviews
These fine folks damaged my vehicle while attempting to tow it last year and then did absolutely nothing to try and make it right. No contact with me and no contact with the insurance company. They also don’t carry insurance themselves to cover accidents. Would not use again because they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes
Blew a tire out last night just before exit 179. Was able to get safely to the 7/11 where I left my truck parked over night. This morning I woke up called North Port towing and they Mat met me within 45 min. It took a bit to get the tire off my truck because of the lug nut caps, but Mat got it done. He was very professional and took care of my needs. Thank you
Just arrived in Florida and had a major issue with our Corvette. Called North Port Towing- within 20 mins Matt pulls up with a flat bed and did an excellent job loading our Corvette. Thanks Matt!
Late showing up but arrived during daylight hours, got our little Chrysler convertible started & loaded it up to take her to our mechanic for some brake work. Driver was courteous, very helpful & careful with my car. We have AAA tow membership & we're happy to know there's a good company we can call on when we need help. Thank you!
I called this company when I was stranded on the side of the road with my 5yr old daughter at about 7:30pm. He told me he’d be to me in about 40 minutes. I waited about an hour and he didn’t show so I called him again to see how much longer. Didn’t answer my call and never showed. If something changed and he couldn’t come all he had to do was call me so I could make other arrangements. But nothing. I ended up sitting there for a total of 2 and a half hours with my child before a new truck company arrived. An hour a half of that time was thanks to Tim with North Port Towing.
First beware if you use a credit card with this company. I was charged two separate times (separate days) for one service and they rarely answer their phones so I couldn’t have them fix it. Had to dispute the second fraudulent charge with credit card company. My daughter needed to be pulled out Oct 1st at 5:30 in the morning I couldn’t get ahold of anyone until 7:30 by then a lot of scrambling had to be done. The reason I gave credit of 3 stars is because the guy that pulled her out did a great job.
Matt was so professional and helpful. I had to get a tire change off highway and had children in the car. I want to thank him for his impeccable service. He was truly a life saver I'm the heat and traffic on highway. Thank you Matt!
They showed up very quickly and were very friendly and professional. They also charged me less than I’ve been charged by other tow companies in the past. Definitely recommend them.
My work truck broke down unexpectedly and I was in desperate need to return home. Not only did they respond very quickly but their fee in my opinion was very reasonable. The tow truck driver happened to be a mechanic and was able to give me a few pointers off what the issue could be. Very grateful for the service and customer service
I am going to start by saying I dont like giving bad reviews but when it has to be done to correct a fault inside a company and to help other people on making there decisions on a tow truck company I will.
North port towing was a company i would always recommend to people in north port and north Charlotte on a daily basis due to my lone of work in the automotive field but after hearing to complaints on there work and after seeing it at first hand with myself never again I will recommend.
I called to get a tow at 7am for 6:15 pm just trying to pre plan because I know things happen and to give them enough time to prepare, the tow was set for 6:15 pm. I arrived at 6:10 pm and after waiting till 6:30 I was a bit concerned due to my scheduling this at 7 am and no show, I called them to see if there was a eta which they said he should be right there. I waited till 7pm and told them I couldn't wait any longer and I'd leave the key in the car ( they had car color, make, model and plate number ) I told them call me if theres any issue on getting it towed to the repair facility. I never recieved a call so I thought everything was fine till I arrived at the repair facility to find that the car was still not there. I called them and where surprised with that information, they apologized and said they would send someone right away ( this was at 7 am ), 11:30 comes around and still nothing not even a call so I called them ( phone goes to voicemail ). 2:30 pm comes around I call again and they tell me it still hasn't arrived? I laughed and said never mind I'll call someone else. I called talon towing and in 1 hour my car was at the repair facility with no issue.
I would never ever use North Port Towing. They left me waiting over 4 hours last night. No calls I have Triple A they kept telling me they were on there way. After 4 1/2 hours the tow truck driver shows up and then tells me oh I can't tow that I need to go to my boss Matt house and get something to tow it mind you its now 12:30am he said he would be right back his boss lived on Biscayne. So I waited and waited. There dispatch lady calls me and tells me they are trying to reach there driver for the last 2 johours I said he just left and was coming back. She said she he hasn't answered her calls in 2 hours. And she was suppose to call me back I wait at 1:30 I got a ride home. Had to leave my truck in the middle of the street on the wrong side of the road by a stop sign. And north Port Yowing never called me back. Who the hell leaves a women stranded all night.
One of the younger gentleman in a light duty vehicle got the call on my family being stuck on I 75 in our Buick Enclave. I can’t thank you enough I was in such a hurry I didn’t even think to tip him.awesome some service great help find that man and give him a promotion. Highly recommend!!!!
Had Chris come out today to help us out with what we thought was an alternator issue. It turned out to be the battery. He was prompt, courteous and genuinely helpful. Wound up having him tow it to our mechanic. Really went the extra mile.
RV broke down on 75. Chris was spot on with his capabilities, timeliness and preparedness. It was 2 in the afternoon and hot as he!!. He jumped right under the RV and went to work disconnecting the driveshaft so it could be towed. This task was problematic due to the vehicles age but he got it done and towed us to our campsite to save the weekend. Thank you Chris and thank you North Port Towing.
My son’s car broke down on I-75 at 11pm. Northport Towing kept him updated as to his time of arrival. My sons girlfriend came to pick him up and her car lost power. So he had to jump start her vehicle and tow my sons car to Cape Coral and price was very reasonable. The tow truck driver was awesome.
The best tow company in sarasota and charlotte county. Very professional . Fast service. Drivers are very friendly and go above and beyond. I recommend this company for all your towing needs. They also do vehicle lock outs, fuel service, tire changes, and jump starts.
Used them today. Tire blew out on highway with kids on car. The driver was very caring. He brought drinks for the kids. Although my sister came to get them before he arrived my husband was blown away by the thought and concern for our family. He towed my husband and was very nice and professional. Great job!!
I’m new to North Port and found myself needing a jump start, then a week later I needed a tow. I called other tow companies in North Port, but North Port Towing had much better rates than the others. I decided to call them and I received prompt and polite service (from different drivers each time). I was very pleased and will definitely use again. I asked to tow an RV from a block away from their office on Friday evening after another company raised the price of their quote by 30% when we were moving forward with the town. The lady said, "I will send someone by there but, it's a little late to be calling, isn't it?" I said, "Your website says 24 hours", she replied, "I will send someone over to take a look." I called Monday to find out the status of the quote and was told, "We don't do RVs". Thanks a lot for wasting my time!!!! Now the home we were looking to purchase will be delayed, as we can't get the RV off of it!
As you can see, they waited a year to comment back. That was the same with their service, unfriendly and blaming the customer instead of lending their assistance. It appears that their trucks lack the ability to tow all the way to a junk yard. Maybe had they offered that information on the call, instead of a year later in response to a bad review, this would be written in a different light. Vanity is not becoming on you! Most companies that put the customer first reply with something like, "please give us a call so that we can help to solve your problem right away", not berating the customer! Bitter and rude! Buyer beware! Also, "owner" please read the beginning of the review where I stated we were working with another company. It would be a good idea next time to fully understand the review before making a response that makes you look foolish and obviously less than thorough.
They were prompt. Actually arrived ahead of schedule. My driver was female and knew her job. Great personality. Price was low. This was one of those very few times that the service I received was worth more than the price I paid.
Staff on the phone were very courteous and accommodating, and the driver was very friendly. Price was fair, couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will definitely use them again.
We have had to call twice in less than a month for 2 different cars. Drivers arrived quick, even in rain, and took care of everything. They were nice and helpful.
After having my son in an accident I called North Port Towing and asked if they can tow his car. They said they were very busy, I then said that was fine please put me on the list, she kept interrupting me saying that she could not say when, and that they were down to one driver and had other calls. finally again I told her that was fine just call me when you are ready, she then told me to call back later and see if they were less busy as they did not want the liability of it being parked on the side of the road and harassed by the police about the car, I explained that the car was parked in the right of way and was not bothering anyone it was in the same place as someone that was parked in front of a house. She then said that they could not take the liability for this……..I said fine I will pay you or I will beg you but I’m not going to do both.

Very quick response times, Drivers are always respectful and professional. They always take time to make sure my cars are loaded and unloaded without incident and get to the destination in a safe manner. Good running clean equipment, I have used them many times over the years, and will continue to use them in the future! a+
Great towing service!!! Every time we used them they never did any damage to our cars. We know about towing service because we are from New Jersey.They handled them with kid gloves. We have had to use North Port towing four times in the past 3 years. Each time they came the drivers were courteous, friendly and also professional. We have a 66 Mustang and a 2006 BMW and when we used the towing service for our Mustang they brought a flat bed and handled her with kid gloves. Today we used them because I had a tire flat in our yard. Dan came this time. He was earlier then the time allotted, was very friendly and courteous and professional. I can't say enough about them. Would not go to any other towing service around.
