Ask for wipers and the guy says year make and model.....ok is that a 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel ......thought he was joking so I said 6 wheel it's a Dually try to be funny because it was a mustang and yes they had blinker fluid on the shelf go see it for yourself

Bright and early Sunday morning with a storm looming in the area I came to the shop on Toledo Blade to ask to have my battery checked. Nick and Cameron were both willing to help me and got my battery checked and replaced in no time. They were kind and courteous and even replaced the battery for free because it had a little bit left on the warranty!! This is my go-to auto store for this very reason. Thank you!

Bought windshield wipers, do you think the young punk w/ the long hair offered to put them on for an older woman?? They are worthless, yes, it is raining & the old lady was wearing a raincoat chatting with the white haired old man sitting on his stool!! Never again will I return to an Advanced Auto again !!! Unless your a man, women stay away !! No respect here !!!

Lady never got off her stool. Pointed to the correct aisle for windshield wipers Not helpful at all I left and went down the street to Autozone. Very friendly and helpful!!&

Bought a pair of wipers but could not remove the old ones. Went to the store to see if they could do it and was helped by Cameron. Not only did he remove the old ones but installed the new ones for us. He had a willingness to help and a very friendly attitude. Thanks so much!

I went there for some undercarriage screws and Jack Russel helped me with not just finding a screw and washer, but also with screwing it in for me. He was a ton of help and truly went out of his way to assist me. Overall, it was a great experience.

Went to get a headlight, Sally asked if it was high beam or low beam. Told her low beam. She told me the #for high beam. Went to put it in, unfortunately opened package. Bam wrong one. Couldn't return and had to buy the right one. I will never shop at Advance again.

A place that has every part for your vehicle if they do not have it in stock they can order it for you and it's usually the fastest shipping great staff always happy after leaving well for cheap fixes at lol

Ishmael at the northport store came through in the clutch on an old school Dist. Cap I was looking all over town for and needed that day. He talked to me on the phone and assured me he’d find it and call me back. I figured yeah yeah typical lip service And get u off the phone deal. Well son of a gun he called me back told me who had the cap and where to go get it!…dude is the bomb and can’t say enough good things about the great cust. Svc. Keep up the good work my brother not many like u left.

I had an amazing experience with the workers Steve, Kenny, and Jason. They were absolutely phenomenal, and they gave me what was probably the best customer service experience I have ever had. Go to this store more than any other auto parts store, because their workers are phenomenal.

This store is awesome. Peter and Chris came to my rescue today. Have 2017 kia forte with difficult to change headlights. These guys went to work figuring out how to replace my burned out bulbs and 30 min later I was on my way. .much cheaper and faster than dealership.cant say enough great things about the exceptional service received today..if you want good prices and great service this is place to go for your auto needs. Joseph

Very helpful. They swapped out my old battery for new one. They have a tool to keep the car electric energized while the battery is removed. This keeps all the electronics from resetting. Good prices but no one wearing a mask. Not required they said but I think it would still be smart.

Pretty solid store. So far, they have had everything I've been looking for in stock. I can't complain. Only dealt with one employee since I've been going and he's been friendly and knowledgeable.

Price for 5L of oil here was twice what it was at Walmart, and the filter was literally 4 times the price. Both Mobil 1 oil and filter, not cheapo junk. Wouldn't price match either. If you need parts, you are way better off finding the part # and doing a quick Google search, you will find whatever you need way cheaper online or at Walmart. I don't understand how places like this, O'Rielly and AutoZone stay in business. The only competition I see is being able to get a part right away (which a lot of times isn't even the case), and even then you could very well still save yourself precious time and money in the long run by ordering what you need online and getting a ride from a friend/Uber/Lyft to wherever you need to until your parts come in. Overall, I saved $12 on my oil filter and $36 on oil by shopping at Walmart instead, so I saved about 50 bucks. They would've had my business if they could've price matched but the guy behind the counter (rudely) told me he couldn't do it. I'd also like to mention that this isn't the first time this has happened to me at one of these chain auto part stores. Whatever. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Need negative button, got a battery less than a year ago, truck starts cranking slow then one morning dead. Go up to store they tell me battery is good. But you can tell it is starting to have issue with slight corrosion by post take it to work same issue. Take to auto zone and they test and show me computer and say yeah going bad, I take it back to advanced and they say nope it's good and nothing they can do for me. Needless to say I got a new battery from auto zone!!! Ya'll lost a customer. From now on next block over I will shop!!

My battery light came on Saturday night so I took my van here to have it checked out. They tested my battery and alternator and said both are fine, battery is just low and its probably because I don't drive far enough for my alternator to so much for my battery. They said just a 35+ minute drive will charge the battery. Next morning we are on our way to Busch Gardens, van dies at the gas station. We get a jump and bring the van back to Advance. Different guy tests battery and alternator and says battery is bad, alternator is fine. We buy a new battery... Get to tampa and the van dies on I-75 ..... IT WASNT THE BATTERY! We ended up stranded from 10am until 8pm an hour from home with 3 small children on the side of the interstate because these idiots decided that my alternator was fine. Then when I asked them for my battery back and a refund on the one the guy insisted that I buy, he said he couldn't do that because I already drove on this battery. Worst experience ever.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY Electronics from Any advance auto parts. They have a new policy where they will not return any electronics not even a spin sealed in the box and you have a receipt so do not purchase anything from this chain. Also prices seem to be a lot more just go ahead and price it for breeze air freshener for five dollars versus Home Depot for breeze for two dollars. They need to do better at being competitive been a while since I’ve beenTo advance auto parts and I will definitely be on the lookout to come to auto parts as well. Not the store it’s the corporate policies and put a hurting on consumers

My local store , I believe factory parts are crucial in many areas , that being said my local store is tops in their industry. I'd leave zero stars if I could. I went in to find some LEDS for my motorcycle. I took in the bulb that fits and saw a pair that I thought was a match. I took it to the register and asked the guy before I bought them if they would work, he called the other guy to analyze the bulbs and said no. I asked what size is needed and he literally said, you'll have to go over there and see, that's it's one of those over there. I simply said, okay and went on to look for what will work. I was the only customer there and the guy on the register was on his phone and the other guy was in the back doing nothing and showing each other these cool videos they found... I got no help at all.
