The Best Service: Beyond Expectations I had an exceptional experience at Advance Auto Parts, located at 103 County Rd 315, Interlachen, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Justin. My story begins during a nighttime trip from Jacksonville to Ocala, when my Kia Sportage displayed a Low Engine Oil warning. This was surprising because the car had received preventive maintenance and an oil change earlier that same day at the Kia dealership in Jacksonville. Just 40 miles away from our home in Ocala, we pulled into the parking lot of Hog Wild Country Cafe to check the oil level and discovered it was below the "L" line. Fortunately, some kind-hearted people exiting the cafe recommended Advance Auto Parts, just 5 miles away. When we arrived, Justin welcomed us warmly and immediately offered to help. With great professionalism, he inspected the engine oil level and confirmed it was nearly empty. Without hesitation, he checked the system to identify the correct oil for my vehicle. After purchasing the recommended oil, Justin, with an exemplary attitude, not only added it to the engine but also ensured the level was accurate. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, we were able to continue our journey and arrive safely at home. Justin didn’t just solve our problem; he exemplified the kind of customer service that makes Advance Auto Parts stand out. Because of experiences like this, I highly recommend this store for any automotive parts or supplies needs. Justin and his team provide reliable technical advice and unparalleled customer care. Can’t compliment this store enough but especially, Mr. Bobby Snow. We were on route to our son’s soccer game when our car engine light came on and we had to pull over. We pulled into Advance Auto Parts where we purchased some coolant and as we were heading out to attend to our car, Mr. Snow offered to help. His kindness was truly appreciated and we couldn’t possibly recommend this location enough!! Thank you again Bobby for all your help and for offering our dog Milo some refreshing water :)

I've always went during the day, thru the week and have had excellent service. Day crew knows their stuff so all the stars go to them.💯 But forget it on the weekends with closing crew. Had an Advance Auto part, the wrong one but that's another story, that I purchased online but picked up in Palatka cuz it was one of two stores within 100 miles that had it. Tried to return it to what used to be my local store, this one, and was told they can't do anything with it, gotta take it back to Palatka. And come to find out that was a lie. Clerk nor manager wanted to be bothered. Sure glad Auto Zone opened up cuz now I don't have to be bothered with making a u-turn at the light to get here and get no service. Me nor my business will use Advance any longer. At least this one for sure!

This is the auto store that I shop at in my local area. Got a battery there last week, had it installed in 5 minutes. Quality help is right here.

Being a single woman it's hard sometimes to pick out things that I need for my car like the right kind of oil or oil filter spark plugs Etc but every time I go in to Advance Auto Parts all I have to do is go to the counter and ask somebody and they are always so friendly and courteous and ready to help me get everything I need I would recommend every single woman to go to Advance Auto Parts

Needed lower ball joint and stabilizer link for passenger side, and stabilizer link for the driver side. Had already recently replaced both sets of ball joints, but the castle bolt on the lower had somehow sheared off, and she needed some extra love. Ordered online, got 20% off (saving me like $35). Great people, top notch service.

Great staff, always very helpful and courteous. I rarely walk out of there with the wrong part, which is more than I can say for a lot of parts stores. Also, they don't mind that I use the place as a UPS drop-off point for my packages. They scan them in for me and are always nice about it, even though they don't make a dime from it, that I know of. I come in there not only for vehicle parts but also stuff for my electronics business. Great place, I love it.

Extremely helpful gentleman in the store, did the check engine light on my daughter's car, advised me to what it said and then assisted me with checking out the prices for the parts I needed for her vehicle. I'm happy with the respect shown to me and I will continue to buy whatever I need or want from Advance Auto Parts of Interlachen, FL.

Eddy and Chester went above and beyond today. I rolled in with a flat tire on my 2023 Ducati motorcycle. Not something the employees are used to seeing at the store. Unfortunately I was 70 miles from home and none of the recommended shops in the area had a tire or the tools required to change the tire. The dynamic duo were able to lead me in the right direction for tire sealant and also hooked up an air compressor just to fill my tire. I wanted to give a big shout out to both of them for going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, in my rush to get back to my house I lost the receipt, otherwise I would’ve left a great survey response. In connection with my purchase. Hopefully corporate sees this message and acknowledges their excellent service. Without their help I don’t think I would’ve made it home safely. Thanks again Ride safe.

I go there far too often. Mainly to return Amazon purchases. I have bought a variety of batteries and antifreeze this past summer. They are always helpful and greet you. One battery was for my car. They installed it for me. Great service.

Luis is the most helpful person. Being a Female I have No idea where anything is or how much and Luis Always gives me his Best Effort. He's Awesome!!!!

I liked going there, but when I went in I had to explain to 2 people that I was just looking at their tiny section of sunglasses. Love the product that I bought though. (I guess because I'm a woman I have to explain myself all the time in there.)

The associates at Advance Auto Parts are very kind, courteous, and knowledable. I have never had bad service there. I am so glad we have them in Interlachen, Florida.

I gotta say, I was very impressed today, seeing How hard this individual employee was working. If this salesman's name was Lewis! everything he was doing was a 110% If he was working for me I would give him a raise! because he would set an example for the rest of them... Keep up the good work I look forward to asking for you next time I come in.

They tested my battery for me (helping me find out it was shot), then charged it for me so I could see the max charge of it. Extremely good service and really friendly staff! Would highly recommend this place if you need to get your battery, alternator, or starter tested.

Went here to do a UPS return, my first time in the store. The young guy accepted my package and told me I was all set. I asked , do I get a receipt or something proving I dropped it off? He said ,no it doesn't spit out a receipt or anything. I hesitated walking away without proof but he said it was fine. A few days later I called to make sure my package had been picked up. This man said everything was picked up and asked if I tracked my package with my receipt. I said I wasn't offered one. He said yes,I had the option of an email receipt. I was surprised and bothered about this. I told him maybe they needed to train the employees on this process in the future. So, I continued to worry about my return for 7 more days until I received notification from the company that it had been received.

Fair pricing, good inventory of auto parts and very helpful with your car problems. Will come out and check out various components of your car engine. They offer great battery and alternator service on the spot.

Fast, friendly, helpful people. I couldn't have asked for nicer, better treatment. It's handy to stop here, right on the corner. I needed someone to hook my car up and scan the computer to see why the "check engine" light came on. It only took a minute and I had my answer. Advance Auto was a great help!

Amazing staff! Jose and Stephanie were so super helpful and knowledgeable! Jose helped clarify and demonstrate things we didn't understand. Definitely TOP notch service! Thank you Luis for your help and generosity. I'm leaving this review because of the possible disaster that was avoided because of you. I ordered parts online only to find out they were in store locally. I purchased them there same day. It was too late though. The order couldn't be canceled. I returned the online order when I had time just a few days before Christmas. I was on vapor in my gas tank. I was told that it could be 3 days before my money would be deposited. Distraught and very upset, I thought my Christmas was ruined. Luis took the money out of his own pocket so I would have Christmas . That is not part of his job obviously. Always friendly and helpful. Not afraid to tell you where you might find something they do not have. I think that's great. I always go there first exactly because of that reason.

It's in a great location and the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue, and this is for corporate, is there aren't enough of them to handle the volume of customers and the constant phone calls. Get more people in there, Advance, and I will give you a better rating!

I went in the store to shop today and was followed around the store. I asked the sales representative Robert Perry ID # 579053 was he following us and he proceeds to say "yes I am" I asked why and he stated that it is the companies policy. I have been there many times and this have never happened to me before. Robert was very rude and very unprofessional. I hope it wasnt because the color of my skin. He caused the the company to lose at 600 dollars today 8-11-18

It is a clean store but usually not enough employees. (The employees are nice enough) Went in and bought a part for my brakes, (with the name and description from mechanic) my mechanic was not pleased to have to go back and get the right part. The one sold to me didn't even look like what was needed. I now go to Larson's down 20, family owned, local business. I notice that most all the photos here are not this store, the street view is actually McDonald's next door, reported.

Before I go anywhere to have my vehicles serviced or even repaired, I don't make a move without speaking to Lewis or Jose as well as any of the staff at this Interlachen location. They don't even have to see the vehicle, you can just tell them what you're experiencing and they just know what the issue is. They took great care of my Chrysler 300C and now they're taking excellent care of my truck. Love the staff!!!!!
