I had a very easy time here. Service was super easygoing, I was helped by a lady named Kenzie which was super nice and quick. She knew exactly what I needed without having to explain to much. I recommend this AutoZone.
Really enjoy a couple of the employees that work there friendly fast, courteous, professional overall, pretty good auto zone.. As a corporation, though they need to work on the prices.There's no reason why i wish I should pay almost fifty bucks per sway bar Link for the front of my truck..
Newer store so it's clean and organized. First time visiting. Cashier was polite and efficient. They had what we needed (fuel additive and windshield washer fluid). We would come back here again.
Awesome customer service from kenzie. Came in needing just oil walked out with the whole bundle. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! Will be going back.
Great new store! Very clean and tidy. I’ve come in a few times now and they always seem to be busy. Melyssa, Laila, and Clarice have always seemed to get through the loads of people within a timely manner and are so nice and helpful even if they don’t have the answer right away they try their best to use several resources to get you what you need. Excellent staff, I’m also always greeted when I walk in sometimes by more than one person working. Very refreshing to be noticed like I truly matter.
Only putting 1 star because I can't put zero. Imagine not letting me use my wife's discount card. She specifically got the job autozone. Which was very thoughtful. I've traveled to AutoZones across the country and never had a problem terrible customer service.
I had a transmission under warranty that went bad. Called the store and the store manager Martin was very helpful and was able to help facitate the transactionan got me back on the road.
Meylssa assisted me with getting new wiper blades for my car. She showed me what options were available, then installed the ones I selected. She used a protective mat so the windshield would not be damaged, and she wiped down the glass as well. She was very professional and I'm very happy with my purchase.
Went with a bad low beam and they replaced it with no issues. Auto zone has a new customer! Thank you for helping me as I am recovering from cancer and it is very difficult for me to get down to do these things.

Bottle lawn mower battery. Got home and looked at my receipt they charge me an extra $1.99 I said two items I purchased but I only purchased One battery. Call them they said no there's a little attachment to the battery with grease in it. I've got plenty of that grease in my shop. Took the battery back took the little packet with it on it attached to the battery. Got my money back. Went to advanced Auto bought a new battery no problems. AutoZone is a ripoff. Called corporate office said they would have someone call me back never did it's been 3 weeks.
Would like to thank Riley for helping my boyfriend and I. Our battery had died and couldn't get our truck started and he was so kind enough to give us a jump.
Great customer service great prices and the customer representative was well knowledgeable about everything we needed and gave good suggestions to help us better solve our problem and solve our confusion as a woman I would definitely go back there if I needed help with any Auto Parts
Awesome store with awesome employees!! Very friendly and helpful. Any questions are answered respectfully and if they are not sure of the answer they go beyond and get the answers for you without nasty attitude. It's about time interlachen gets a good store with great service. AWESOME JOB, KEEP IT UP YALL!!
