They kept my car from me and then put a lien out against my registration and then when I came to pay over $600 and was told they could fax over the needed documentation to remove the lien to the tax office. They told me they are literally the only business who cannot afford a fax machine. I really rude people and very sketchy location. They even have a sign saying if your car gets stolen from here that they are not responsible. So whatever you do remember especially if your car had only 55,000 original miles on it. It will instantly come up stolen and they will put a lien on you for having it parked here even though I never requested for them to take it. I’m pretty sure one of their workers needed my car and they marked it off as stolen Do not ever let Mission towing pick up your car from a crash site or anything you’re bound to be robbed
