An accident occurred involving our company vehicle, and my coworker was stranded at the scene. Since we work in Miami, you can imagine how stressful the situation was. After calling two other places I found on Google with no success, I came across JT, who stepped in immediately—even though it was around 7:00 p.m., after most places had already closed. He reassured us that his shop works directly with insurance companies and could arrange for the vehicle to be picked up there.
My coworker was understandably overwhelmed and had left several personal items in the car, including the license plate, and the office was incredibly helpful in assisting with that as well. Everyone was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the process. I don’t typically have the best experiences with tow companies, but this one truly exceeded expectations. I would give them a 10/10 without hesitation!

JT towing went all the way to Vero beach to help me get my towed trailer from the thieves there in Vero. I road all the way there and back with Paul, he was confident professional, on time, He stayed with me when the Vero beach tow co rep was screaming at me and refusing to return my property to the point the sheriff had to be called to deal with that company Paul made sure at 60 plus years old and 5 foot tall and in poor health I was not scared. I called JT’s towing to tow my 2016 Jeep that had a busted radiator. Mrs./Ms. Rachel answered really quickly and was extremely nice. She had me quoted and a driver on the way within 3-5 minutes. She explained Paul would be coming within a short time. Paul arrived quick even before said time and was able to deliver the vehicle to the repair shop with no issues. Paul was really nice when he called to pick it up. I paid for it over the phone and that was it. Such an easy professional company. I appreciate how smooth and fast they completed the service I needed today from initial request to vehicle drop off. Also, I wasn’t with the vehicle so I needed pros I could trust to get the job done quickly. Again I would recommend JTs anytime you need a tow service. Thank you JTs towing. Honest company saved me hundreds. I thought I needed a tow across the state which would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars. They provided me a cheap solution to get a part from a parts store instead and try to drive myself. They were right and could’ve charged me but didn’t. I’d use these guys anytime I need help.

He showed up exactly when he said he would and was able to get my car on there even though it was difficult especially with cars passing on the highway. My car died on the side of the road and the shop said they used this company and I didn’t want to deal with waiting for my insurance companies service. Jake showed up in less than 10 minutes and dropped my car at the shop and then dropped me off at work. Very pleased with their performance
JTs Towing provided excellent service. My car caught fire, I was upset. JTs employee, Paul, was sent to pickup my car. He loaded it in the rain and then went and removed my tag (at my request) ... In pouring down rain. He was polite, professional and caring. He made sure I had a ride home. Even though my situation was upsetting, Paul made it better with his kindness.
Ben is an absolute pro at towing really low cars. He even refused a tip for making sure my car didn’t have a scratch saying this is what we do, so don’t worry about it. The prices were extremely fair and they treat you like your family. There’s a lot of scummy auto/tow places around Polk, and this one is NOTHING like that. There is no possible way I could recommend this place any more than I already do.
I don’t know about this company and why it has 4.9 stars. But I am from out of town sitting in a restaurant in my car. And the tow driver tried to hook up my car. And t Rachel in the office is making excuses. There is no way this is an Infinite. Which is the excuse I got. I am so traumatized by this could not eat and waving anxiety issues.

Ben the tow truck driver was BEYOND AMAZING in helping us out last Sat and Sunday. We were in a very bad accident and he was awesome and quick to come to our rescue. AAA had once again let us down for a tow but Ben stepped right up to the plate and was there to assist us within 20 minutes from contacting him. Then he knew we were upset and needed to get our things out of the vehicle as soon as possible so he went out of his way to meet with us on Sunday so we could clean out the car. I can not sing his praises loud enough! Then when I called and spoke to Rachel to let her know she was so gracious and kind. If anyone EVER needs a tow this is the company to call right away. THANK YOU BEN! You helped turn a really bad situation into to something that was positive.
