My serpentine belt decided to bite the dust. I made it to the halfway point home, but decided I better wait and try another alternative. I thought about calling a tow truck but I knew that would be expensive. But this angel saw me sitting with my hood open and my car stuck at the entrance of the Wawa in lake Wales. Without my calling for him, he stopped to see if I needed a jump for my battery. I needed to be towed home, so instead, he towed my car for a very reasonable cost. This is now my go-to to tow company. Service with a smile, friendly, personable. Excellent customer service!!

I called at 8 on a Saturday night, trying to get my car towed home quickly. He showed up fast with no complaints and helped me get it home. My whole wheel hub was broken and without a tire so it was not easy for him, but he managed to do the job with zero damage! he did an amazing job and was very personable. The overall experience was great and he was so helpful. Also for a great price! Definitely would call him again!

Juan was amazing! I had a flat tire and after waiting for 5 years, AAA tech came and couldn't even replace the spare tire. It was past 10 pm and I was 70 miles from home. Juan came to my rescue, got my tire replaced and also towed my car back home. I had no water with me, right after he was done getting my car on the truck, he quickly made his way to a convenience store so I could grab some water. He was very professional and got me and my car back home safe and sound!

Definitely recommend. Rented a tesla and the battery died, Bertito towing made it to me in 45 mins, he and I were clueless on how to do anything with that car and he never left me to figure it out he stayed until the car was back on the road and I was on my way home. Amazing company and humans!
No body wanted to help me get my van to the shop because she is lowered. Bertito not only was there with in the hour but got her on the bed with no issues or damage. He also towed my truck on the same trip and was very affordable. I highly recommend Bertito towing if you need a lift!

I had my Wife's Lexus towed by Bertito towing service. I'm happy to say he's very professional and very kind..Bertito was extra careful to protect the paint job of the car and carefully secure the vehicle.. he stopped a couple of blocks down got off the truck to make sure everything was properly strapped and double checked everything.. the flatbed truck was very clean and very good condition and very well maintained that saves a lot about this company... He was very communicated his prices were very reasonable and very responsible, I've used them twice in the last two and a half weeks .

Can’t beat their service, when no other towing company would answer or their price was to high, Bertito Towing came in with no problem . Hands down one of the best with their price and professionalism. The guy had my truck picked up and dropped off in 30 minutes, he was very patient and new what he was doing. Juan was simply a life saver. I called late at night after driving the truck and backing into a gutter in the front of my house. I was getting frantic after calling several people and roadside and getting insane quotes. I called Bertito Towing and he answered the phone wide awake. He asked important questions and made suggestions. I also received a very fair quote for a 26 ft partially loaded truck. After further efforts , I called him back an hour later. He showed up very quickly and SHOWED OUT! He was very pleasant and greeted us with handshakes. Then he and his coworker got the job done in literally less than 20 mins ! There was also no damage done to the truck, which was a blessing. He then swung this monster truck around and gracefully backed it into my drive way beautifully! I was so happy I gave this stranger a hug!!! Listen... If you're ever in a slippery situation or even a tight hole( no pun intended) this is your guy! Whatever you need towed, or winched out..give them a call!
