Just picked up a trailer from them I bought on auction time .These folks are incredible and I personally would like to say Brenda James rocks she is one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met and the rest of them are really helpful.Cant go wrong dealing with these folks

Brenda was extremely friendly, kind, patient, helpful and flexible. They were fast, fair and friendly. Nobody ever wants to have a problem that requires towing or recovery but when you do need it, it is nice to run across great people in the process. The flatbed operator, Doug, was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed my 1.5 hour ride during the tow. It's encouraging to encounter family owned businesses that are still operating. It certainly makes me feel better to spend my money with people like Brenda. Keep up the great work Brenda and if you find yourself in need of a tow anywhere in their area, I wouldn't hesitate to make them your first call.
Ritchy’s Wrecker and Transport is the best of the best!! Needed quick service and Bruce helped me out like Iam sure no one else could have. Very friendly, and attentive. Would greatly recommend.

Overall a great experience. The dispatcher was very nice and friendly. She was patient and understanding. The driver was very nice and friendly. He was super helpful and flexible. He was quick to set up even in a tighter spot. Would definitely recommend this company to other truckers who need a heavy wrecker.
Never Ever let your vehicle be towed to this place ! They are the most rude unprofessional people ever created! My belongings were in the vehicle that trashed my car ,some are still missing or just vanished into thin air !!! you are treated like a criminal and watched like your a thief when trying to recover your personal property oh and you have to walk and carry your stuff across their lot .
They do not return calls because you don’t matter !!!!
I never authorized my vehicle to be taken there but if I ever have another accident I will make sure they do not get my vehicle !!!!
I don’t event want to put 1 star This is the worst towing company ever they go to senior trailer parks, fishing cars and towing them. Guy is very rude and the manager is even router. They took my car and expected me to pay $65 for them to take it off the flatbed or 120 and they took it all the way to the shop. I followed them in a neighbors car and I had to get my car back and I did not pay anything bad service bad work don’t have clientele so they gotta work the wrong way to make money BEWARE
This guys will damage your vehicle and drag it across the ground for 20 minutes to the point where your radiator leaks and not take accountability and cuss you out for mentioning their incompetence.
