On February 13, 2026, this company towed my wife's vehicle, which was parked in front of her daughter's house. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, we discovered they only accepted cash payments. When we looked at the receipt at home, we found that the employee neither wrote his name nor signed the transaction. What is the mystery? We went to pickup the car at 701 Lafoley Ave, Haines city, Fl 33844. Is this the right address for JM Transport, Towing & recovery?
So I wake up last night to my dog barking at something outside my house and I go out there and I see the tow truck driver trying to hook up my truck and explain to that no parking after 10 so he says it’s gonna be $75 to take it down first of all it wasn’t on the truck but whatever I wasn’t in the mood to argue so all I have is $100 bill on me and he doesn’t have any change. Very unprofessional
Terrible Company would not recommend. I’ve been waiting 2 hours for this company to come give be a Tow. Dispatch continue to tell me the driver was on his way, At one said the driver was eight minutes out
I got stuck with my son by a dangerous exit, and Jesus from the tow truck company came right away to help us. He was professional, quick, and made sure we were safe the whole time. My car was up and running in no time — truly grateful for his help and excellent service!

We contacted them to install a battery for a young mom and her 3 kids visiting Disney. He accepted the job, and didn't show for the first appointment. They set up a time for a second appointment which he never contacted anyone or would even answer the phone. 4hrs later he called and claimed to be there for us to find out that was a lie. He left them stranded over and over again. BEWARE!!!

We were in a pinch with a flat tire on vacation, but JM Transport, Towing & Recovery was able to assist and get us on our way. They stayed in communication while en route and made sure we would get back home safely.
I would give negative stars if I could. I called to schedule a towing service that was literally for 5 miles in distance. They confirmed the time and day of the appointment. I reached out on the day of the scheduled towing service date, and no one replied via call or text. When I did call, I was sent straight to voicemail. Thank goodness this was not an emergency towing service or I would’ve been stranded. Horrible communication because there was no communication. Be wary of this company.
Excellence comes to mind when using JM transport! Customer service was absolutely pristine, punctuality communication and just overall kind. After being stranded in my truck with my family and reaching out to AAA I waited over nine hours and AAA never came through. I started searching and found Jay M transport. I spoke with the owner, he told me he can pick up the truck. And within the hour, I got a message and a phone number to one of his drivers Miguel, which was absolutely amazing. Miguel communication was very professional. They communicated with me the entirety, In route to my truck when they got to my truck and On the way to my house. Miguel Got to my house he was super friendly and very professional! I have JM transport saved on my phone for any future Towing and highly recommend them
Was sent a notice with an amount to pay of 420$ and when I called they quoted 3000$ even though the paper says on it amount owed and then changed the story 2 times and constantly put on hold every time I asked a question.
I called for a tow truck service today and spoke with Jesus and immediately he sent me a driver. The driver came and took my car to where it needed to go for a repairs. JM transport is efficient, expedient, and affordable. I am so happy with their prompt response to my needs. I will definitely refer friends and family to JM Transport. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would give them a10. Thank you
If I could give JM Transport more stars I would! Jesus is conscientious, smart, fair and a good guy. He went over and above to help me get a broken trailer and boat to the dealership. I’m glad there are business men in the world like Jesus. I wish him every success.
My alternator went out in Haines City in the middle of 27. Called JM and they got me within 20 minutes and I was home in 15 minutes. He was even courteous enough to stop and get me a drink. Definitely going to ask them again if ever needed.
JM towing the best service ever. Jesus was extremely professional. He kept us updated the entire way to us. If you’re going to need a towing company I recommend them each and every time. We were waiting on AAA who never called never showed up after waiting 2 plus ours we called JM towing and Jesus showed up in 40 min. I wish we called them before AAA.
Stuck on busy road with 3 grandchildren. Called this co. Asked for quote with accurate addresses. Assured me via text they were on the way. GPS said 15 minutes for their trip to us. It took him 35 minutes. Meanwhile the local police stopped and pushed my vehicle out of harms way to keep us safe. When I went to sign the credit card on his cell phone he had charged $25. more than he quoted me. I asked why and he shrugged and stated credit card and taxes.
This company came out towed my daughter car to safety I cannot thank them enough there response time was great I would recommend them above all to anyone.
I called JM Transport & Recovery not knowing a thing about them. I was in Georgia and my suv was broken down in Reunion, FL on a Friday night. The owner was responsive, professional and told me not to worry, he and his guys would get my suv to Miricle Toyota in Haines, FL. Later that night, I received a text with a photo of my suv at the Toyota dealership. That's service at it's finest. The price was fair and I highly recommend this company if you need help.
I want to thank JM Towing & Recovery for their amazing service tonight. They drove me & my car from Lake Whales all the way back into Lakeland, a 45 mile drive.
They were friendly, courteous, professional, and I appreciate it very much. If it weren't for them, I'd still be standing by my broken down car wondering what to do. hahaha
It was $255 and I tipped $45 - $22.50 for each of the guys. They deserve it, and I wish It had been more.

I called 5 different tow truck services. Some didn't have a flat bed till noon and some didn't even answer the phone. JM towing came out in about 35 min with a flat bed to transport my vehicle. Easy to work with, did what they were paid to do. I highly recommend.
