excellent distribution center. there is a gate at the entrance that's closed. call the number on the keypad and they'll let you in. i was here for a delivery so i went around to the back of the building where receiving was. unloaded in half an hour. staff was great.

This place is absolutely terrific. 5 star service and a true example of how to run a decent size place at peak efficiency. Trucker friendly all the way around. Make right at stop sign and 1st left. No overnight parking but a few trucks can tuck in for the night and there’s a little marathon 3 miles away and another little spot down the street you can park at. Shipping side on the front where you come in and receiving around back on other side of building

Very clean facility/warehouse, easily accessible, call number clearly visible on gate camera. Most of all, everyone was nice and helpful. Trucker Friendly Company.

Appointment at 9 am checked in at 8 am out by 920am FCFS

Doesn't allow overnight parking for a delivery if that's the case then get your drivers to pickup for you

I drove two hours to the office interested in talking to a manager or supervisor about potentially buying damaged items on a monthly basis, the front desk lady did not know who to find and did not know where I could call to find out, I researched and found corporates number I talked to two individuals and was supposedly getting transferred to the right person in the warehouse, a few seconds later without any Information or words they hung up on me, I am a reasonable individual and if I would have been able to speak to someone that would help no matter the outcome I would have been happy, unfortunately that was not the case.

One of the best places I ever unloaded at. Very friendly and kind staff, very fast and efficient work.

Great place to delivery got here at 6:45 am got the dock right way checked out at 7:20Am I wish that I can deliver here everyday

Appointment at 0500. Gate does not open. Call at 0512 twice.no answer. Came in at 0700. Receiving tell me I am late and I will have to wait because I am late..... Strange....Can be better organized.

[1st Visit, Delivery, MAR 08, 2024] (appointment 07:00 / arrival & door 06:30 / departure 07:30) pass the gate by intercom —-> check-in & door at the receiving office (backside of the building) —-> park & wait for unloading (put the paperwork in the trailer) —-> paperwork in the trailer *** very nice guys working *** quick unloading *** good management

Easy in & out. About 1.5 hours to unload. Shipping on front and delivery on back.

Arrived at the gate at 6 a.m., tried calling someone for 10 minutes, but no one answered. There's a sign "for delivery go around the building," so I assumed there must be another gate on the other side of the building. Went there, but that was my mistake! There's no other gate for truckers! Had to drive an extra 10 miles to make a U-turn!!! Came back to the same gate and spent another 10 minutes trying to reach someone on the phone. So, in total, I spent 30 minutes getting from the gate to the receiving office ((( But the shipping office woman was very pleasant and unloading super fast )))

Im delivering after two years again at this facility today 4/4/24 and is a pleasure to mention that they are fantastics. Check in at 10:54/Door at 11:00/Check out at 11:40. Office staff are very kind.Thanks one more time .

I had a very good experience today my appointment was for 7 AM I arrived super before the appointment at 1 AM and they let me enter the place they gave me door at 6:45 and at 7:45 they had already unloaded me

Update, thank you for the peace offering and being a better neighbor. The racing, loud music and shining headlight in our bedroom windows all night have stopped. Thank again for the effort of peaceful neighborhood. Disrespectful employees, speeding in and out all hours playing loud music that shake all the windows in the neighborhood. Employees park with headlight facing our house and keep the lights on for hours overnight. They don't receive drivers without an appointment and the poor drivers have to park overnight and long hours during day out on Scenic Hwy. They don't even let them in off the highway, sometimes they are lined up waiting along the highway to get in.

Really need to have an option to get into the area if you arrive overnight. Or get rid of the signs and set up some overnight parking. Nearest safe parking area is the Love’s about 15 mins up the road. No sense in getting here early because of that. Just come at the apt time. Receiving and shipping office crew are nice.

Strictly by appointment. Ladies at the receiving office were very nice and polite. Quick unloading. Good place to deliver .

Upon approaching the Truck Entrance gate, it was obvious it wasnt working. Big chain and lock on the gate. Rang buzzer, no answer. Called phone #, gentleman answered and said they were short staffed and to open the gate myself, giving me the combination. Then had to push gate open, pull through, go back and lock gate up. Put bol in upper mailbox at Shipping office, drive around building and park on Receiving side. Fortunately, it was a drop and hook. Unfortunately, no empty trailers. All of them loaded with product, none labeled or marked. Spent an hour on an empty hunt. Exit gate works automatically, thankfully.

Vary nice facility and great employees and I hope to get more deliveries here

Appt 7am Arrived 0630 Went to Receiving to check in-They come to the desk at 0700 sharp. (I did see a sign at the desk that said, “Receiving Check in is from 7a-5p if you come after hours check in at shipping” ) The Warehouse workers start at 0745 no earlier. I asked for them to take their time cause I had to take a 2 hour break. I was at the dock 0715. Dock plate down 0745. Unloaded and Paperwork in back of trailer 1030am. *not sure why bad reviews. It was painless. **signs on street say no overnight parking Might be able to park overnight if they keep the entrance gate open. **** Receiving is all the way to the left and back of bldg. No one at that speaker box just drive in.

People in the office are nice. The forklift drivers are a joke. Got here at 9:30, appt was at 10:00. Did not get unloaded until 1:00! Ridiculous. Went in at 12:30 to figure out what was up and the lady told me he had went to lunch! Crazy! I will not come back to this place! Funny thing is, on the receiving side, there were only 3 trucks that came in. They need there priorities straightened out. It shouldn't take that long to unload a trailer.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH NO RESPECT FOR US DRIVERS, AND OUR SCHEDULES!!! DRIVERS REFUSE LOADS TO THIS DISTRIBUTOR!! So call "supervisor" is very condescending. She said it's ok to keep me waiting here cause I'M JUST A TRUCK DRIVER.

Good people but they are strict on delivery appointments. More than half a trailer you need an appointment. No overnight parking here. Had an 07:30 appointment got to the dock about 08:00 they took an hour to unload 18 pallets. Then you go back to receiving to get your bills signed. I was back on the road by 09:30. No idling on there property so don't go in to much after daylight. you'll roast in the Florida heat.

Awesome place, always quick got there two hours before my appointment and they unloaded me right away. There is lots of room and you can even get there early and park in main entrance way. Everybody nice, everything clean, one of my favorite places to deliver.
