Apart from having everything more expensive than any other place your in line cashiers watches you and doesn't attend me that's ready to pay. Both of them ignored me one on the phone and another waiting for another employee I could have been attended since there is 4 registers. Bad service
The staff is so helpful!!! Parts came in immediately and the prices in the store are very competitive. The store is clean and well organized. The professionals working there are just wonderful.
Wish I could leave a zero star review for the customer service that we have recieved. Tomas and Dominic could not answer a single question for me and keep passing the phone back and forth so they wouldn't be held accountable. They actively did not assist me when bringing forth information and proof regarding an employee actively talking to minors online. Very disgusted and outraged with this stores professionalism and care for there community. I would avoid this location at all costs.
Customer service SUCKS!! Dominic and Tomas were so rude. I was given the run around and the phone was being passed around. Definitely ruined my day and will not be going back to this establishment!!! BEWARE!
I wish I could put zero stars. Customer service was awful. Had a major complaint about a customer speaking with minors and management hardly cared. At one point they were passing the phone to someone else who was not the manager. Do not give them your business until the individual is fired.
Great store in Frostproof, FL, exchanged a battery this morning and got excellent service. Very knowledgeable employees, I appreciate the help, and thanks to Shelby, knows her job well.

I called in to see if they check batteries and the representative was very attentive and polite. I walked in and asked for battery check. Representative was very polite and knowledgeable. My battery needed replacement and representative was very informative and helped me make an educated decision.

I have had to order parts twice and was told they would call when the parts come in. I was given an estimated time when they would arrive. Both times no call. I waited an Extra hour no call. Parts had come in earlier waste an hour waiting. Excuse was late lunch for got to call. Time is money I can't get back.

Victoria and Christy both gave me excellent customer service concerning questions I had about my online order. In particular Victoria went above and beyond the call of duty. Ask her to tell you my two jokes.
Amazing customer service. They didn’t have an alternator with the proper pulley in stock. They went out of their way to find a compatible alternator with the wrong pulley and then swap the pulley off my old alternator on the spot. Could not speak higher of the staff here. A++++
LGBTQ friengly...im a transgender female and I have had repeated bad experiences with the store in lake Wales. I was never planning to use O'Reilly again. But I had a starter that was under warranty so I came to thus store in frostproof to swap it out. On Tues at approx. 10:00am a lady helped me and I unfortunately didn't get her name for this review,....but she was so spectacular with my pronouns and so helpful that I will continue to use "THIS" store in the future. She made O'Reilly's look good again. It's amazing how terrible the lake Wales store is and how good this employee made this store look.... night and day experience
I went to get a battery check and wound up having to replace my battery. Mikey was amazing and wouldn't give up even though the battery was giving him all sorts of trouble to get out. He was able to get it out and changed and did it all with a smile!!! What great customer service!!! I also have to mention the lady that was working with him. She was also very helpful and friendly but I didn't get her name.
Extremely unprofessional....they never address the customer with anything but a scowl and a grunt, randomly Google parts not even for my car and having me pick from Google photos of random parts, and the last straw was the hag at the counter swearing and picking a fight with her coworker while I was checking out today. I gave them a chance, but for now on I will take all my business to CarQuest Of Lake Wales.....where they treat you good, and actually know what they're doing.
Two young boys helped me and they was great, I needed a part and they were able to find it and order it for me. other than the young men the rest of the staff was on their phones and looked unprofessional. However I didn’t let that bother me because I was the only customer. I had my mother in law go in there to get an alternator for her car and the gentleman she spoke with she had told me he was rude and didn’t seem to want to help her so she walked out.
