The driver of the tow truck was in a rush to drop my car off at the mechanics and ended up damaging my front end bumper because he let my car roll into the back of the tow truck. Anytime I call the owner to get my car fixed and paid by them they act like they don’t know who I am or what damage was caused. This company sucks!!!
Cory was great in assisting me to get serviced quickly from where my car broke down to my home safely, gave me a 30 min wait time and arrived on time! 10/10 service & they answered my call quickly aswell

Wish I could give more the 5 stars! I was stranded after long day of work and called a few places for a tow..they all said over 2 hour wait and extremely pricey. Glad i stumbled across tropical towing! They came fast and got my car out from where it was stuck with ease! A1 service all around. The driver mondo was also very nice guy.
I can’t recall the name of the nice man who helped us to jumpstart our van. We were at the Westgate resort and our van didn’t start and he came and help us! Thank you so much!
For me, it was a very upsetting time!! The driver was so calming and assuring. The tow went very smoothly and didn't have to wait too long in the heat. Will definitely recommend/use them again!
I caught a flat on the side of the hwy with no spare or jack available. I called Tropical Towing (1rst company to pop up on Google) and let me tell you - A1 service! The customer service quickly routed my call. They were very nice and and arrived in 30 mins or less. (Roadside Eta was 2 hrs). The driver was careful & concerned. The cost was reasonable. Hopefully this never happens again but if it did- I would definitely call Tropical Towing. Great 5 Star Company!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Christopher was amazing. I called and had a few questions. He was patient and helpful and really friendly over the phone. The price was very fair. He came to pick up my vehicle in 20 minutes where everyone else was quoting me an hour and a half or longer. He loaded up my car in record time and was friendly in person as well. I am so grateful for the service and experience I had with Tropical towing during what was a super stressful week with my car breaking down on me twice. Both times tropical towing got the job done and went above and beyond. I will absolutely continue to call on this company in a time of need. I HIGHLY recommend Tropical Towing for all your towing needs. You won’t regret it.
Got my ford escape towed by tropical at a good price. Left the key with him and got it to my house by the time I was off work and he left me a business card. Keep doing ya thing bro ?
After calling several companies in the area and getting an extended ETA, Tropical towing had a truck nearby and available. Texted a couple of pics to get a fair price and their truck was on scene Within 30 mins. Pulled our work truck out of the sand with ease. Thanks Tropical towing!! You guys saved our crew!
Some dumb fat black man who has zero social skills practically destroyed my vehicle and gave me terrible customer service. He was by far the rudest dude I’ve met in awhile. I believe it was bc I was white.
Terrible customer service, they where literally less than a mile away from where my handicapped wife (whom is a senior citizen) was stuck on the shoulder of the road in sandy soil, class"C" soil to be exact as defined by the occupational safety and health administration handbook. Wanted to charge her an arm and a leg to pull her out!!!!! She's an amputee for crying out loud!!! I'm appalled at such attrocious customer service I nearly missed my morning walk with my dawg.
I was stranded and frustrated, a call to CoolRunnings and Corey was there in a timely manner to help. He was so professional and friendly and really helped me feel better. Fair prices, friendly, and fast service. Although I hope I don't need another tow truck soon, I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to all!
