Great Service! Got stuck on the highway in the middle of rush hour traffic. I called in a spoke with Leo, he got to me fast and kept me informed with his eta while I was waiting. Leo went above and beyond and the pricing was great as well. I will definitely be using this company again if I ever need a tow and I highly recommend!

Leo came to my location as my Pacifica was dead. And had to be towed. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I had called 3 other places before and no one picked up. But once I called L&R, Leo was great! He was very responsive over the phone! Great communication. And you can tell he cares about your car as much as you do. The tire was down to the rim so it was a tough job to get the car on to the bed of the truck. But he was amazing at giving directions to how to maneuver to get the car on to the right position in order to get it on the truck. Would definitely recommend him any day!

I got stuck at the store truck would not start and Leo came to the rescue and tried to help to to avail not the battery so he made sure I made it home safely by towing my vehicle and I might add he was very reasonable. Excellent service very professional very courteous had my back. Definitely recommend to anybody in need of tow service. Leo came in the middle of the night to come and get me with no other tow Service wanted to get me. time right now is 4:50 AM Friday morning. You already know Friday mornings are the worst time to get a tow service and my man was there at the drop of a dime. Give this man a call if you need any type of assistance for tow services.

Called them and they were able to send someone out quickly. Was a short wait time, great communication and very friendly service. The price was very fair and I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off!

Called 6:00am for a dead battery in a Boxtruck (24v) 2 batteries so it’s not a small car. L&R picked up right away and was there about a half an hour later ready to go. Got my truck started and I was on my way to work just like that for a reasonable price. The hospitality of the Driver that came out was A+ he was respectful and got straight on it, understanding of the situation and knowledgeable. Thank you L&R I will be saving the number and recommending to my peers.

my car broke down but L&R to the rescue within 15 minutes or less the driver pick up my car even though it was raining my driver got the job done I would highly recommend L&R , very professional, very generous , very fast but most importantly my car was delivered safe ..I dealt with a lot of tow companies before all across the country but L&R gained my respect I have never gotten a tow that fast these guys are incredible and definitely reliable if yu want to talk about punctuality that’s L&R…God forbid I need a next tow but I know who I’m calling...Thank you L&R

Im good with cars, drive a reliable standard transmission. I can push start this little thing if it runs low on battery, and work around many issues. And I always do my best to stay prepared and on top of maintenance; I'm not usually one to rely on others... But sometimes the unexpected happens... Like when you're going for third gear and it suddenly disappears then the 4 others with it! I was stranded, in the dark, at 10 O'Clock, with a problem I couldn't limp home. Googled and took called 5star "L&R towing"! They answered right away, let me know a Price and ETA right away! They were patient with me and showed me how to send my location over the phone, and kept me upto date on ETA and status. When they arrived, the driver was very nice, even though my car is very low. I was scared he might not be able to help me; ive issues with other towing services, with cars that were not nearly as low ... But "L&R towing" has a flatbed he had no problem! The driver really took the time to do everything right and even used quite a few planks of wood; as my daily driver is quite "Stanced" Got the car home by 12am with far more peace of mind. I'd definitely use "L&R towing" again and recommend them %

This towing experience was very delightful. Recently, my daughter broke down while driving. I was out of town and could not help her, but Leo came and was excellent. He was very quick and efficient, but also kind and considerate. Overall was a very good experience.

Came in very efficient timing and very professional plus added some humor to the job as well instead just an "I TOLD SO" L AND R WILL ALWAYS HAVE ME WITH THEM AND THEY WILL HAVE BACK AS WELL! I would also like to add one big detail, I was stuck the night before Leo came to get me and my first move was to call AAA but after 4 hours all services around 7:30 at night either couldn't help because they were closed or I was out of their jurisdiction. The following day they set me up with an appointment and the window had closed they just came out and said my membership didn't cover this kind of assistance because I wasn't on a state recognized street nor would I be reimbursed after being told I would be.

Great Company. Great owner. My Semi wouldn't start, needed a jump start. Called 7 or 8 different companies and No one would do it. Called these guys, they came running! And the price quoted was excellent! Love Road side service wanted $200 bucks and I was only a half mile down the road!! These guys were willing to do it for WAY LESS, and they had to drive farther!! Awesome experience. Thank you
