Called for a tow truck, asked how much it'd cost me, told him my location and he told me he has no trucks in that area even though I'm a 15 or 20 minute drive from their location, then proceeded to hang up on me.
We were very happy with the way Carl took special cae of our truck when towing it. He was very professional and friendly and on time. Very satisfied. We would recommend him and this company!
My son had an accident and the paperwork says it was towed by them.
When I called they told me that they didn't have it, and plainly told me good luck, to call the cops and hanged up on me. Very unprofessional and who ever answered needs some class.
Worst service. They damaged my vehicle. Tried to over charge. I still ended up paying over $100 more then they should have charged for their service. They couldn't give me any information when I called so I had to run back and forth getting money and information on how much it was to get my vehicle. They changed the price on me 3 times and it ranged from $400 to $700. I found out that they were only authorized to charge at the most $330. They are scamming people so beware and contact authorities.
Called this company in the middle of the night. They are advertising 24 hrs, however no work will be completed until morning. When asked about the hours, the man answering the phone disconnects. Completely rude, unprofessional. This isn’t how you treat customers. Why waste time answering the phone in the first place? Just a mental note, not to spend my money here. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Couldn't say enough good things about this company. I ran off the road and was caught in a ditch and needed someone to pull me out. The driver that showed up was courteous and professional. The service, in my opinion went above and beyond. After pulling my car out and paying him I drove the car and something just didn't seem right. He stopped his truck and waited for me to check and see how I was doing. This was after I had paid him. If you have a towing need in the area please consider this business!
Called just yesterday around 6:30 because my car just dies and they were onsite in less than 15 mins. Quick tow, driver was awesome and would definitely use again if I’m in the area. If you call ask if the old man is working ! He’ll get ya done right. Thanks for the incredible service.
If your vehicle gets towed in Polk County these guys will haul your car and take belongings within your vehicle such as key locks for tires, not to mention electronics. Be alert and careful with this establishment.
Broke down on i4 asked if they could meet me at 8:30am they were running a few mins behind so they sent a man to let me know they would be a few mins and took my keys so I could leave with my fiance and not have to wait with the car .they dropped it off at the mechanic and the tow guy was very nice and helpful. Also reasonably priced .I will definitely use them again. And refer them as well .
We we're stuck on I-4 on a Sunday night. Van answered my call and didn't hesitate. We then called him back to cancel as the Road ranger stopped to help us. I called him back and he was just as pleasant when I cancelled even though he was already on the way. And wouldn't hear of me sending money for his time.
Trashy rude place. Destroyed my already wrecked car by cracking the radiator when they picked it up. They were also very rude calling me "stupid for driving in the wind and rain, and I should take more care in my immature driving."
The guy that picked up my car also tried getting my wife's number. Highly disrespectful place.
I've used this company on more than one occasion, they are quick and do great work for fair prices. Van was friendly and patient, as I forgot the keys to move the car.
My husband was in accident, they took my husband by ambulance to the hospital , the state police didn't give me a call or chance to get my car off the road they dispatch this towing company to come and get it. Make long story short. I was very upset already from what had happen. I went to the pound where my car was taking. The first thing you would miss it because it's a junk yard from the road. Second a small shack broken up appearance, when you go through the door it will blow you away, theys people are hoarders just like the TV show. The place has strong mildew smell, you couldn't bare this horrible smell, not only this the woman was very much older look sloppy also her desk was full of trash, cigarette butts, papers all over. When we try to talk to her she get rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. You can see and tell she was a heavy smoker, at one time while she blowing her cigarette smoke toward me. I told her I have asthma. I can't be there. So got so nasty. When I went to see my car, I was very concern because my car was expensive and it was park in a area with the most clutter loose, scraped metals laying around. Of course I had asthma attack in the yunk yard because this was the after affect from being indoor the house of horror. I will not recommend this place to no one, because if you value your car, this is not the place very low class business and a low class place and especially low class people.
The owners and staff of this company will give you 5 Star treatment when you need it the most and are having a "bad" car/truck day. Prices are very reasonable and it's very obvious when dealing with them that they care and will do their very best to help you with the mechanical or accident related issues that you are needing assistance with at that time.
These guys are reasonably priced. Less than $100 for them to tow my car 10 miles to my house after it broke down on I-4. The driver and his wife were very friendly, quick, and courtious. They even gave my 2 year old daughter a stuffed animal.
When I initially called, the dispachter wasn't the friendliest person, but the rest of my experience with Ace was outstanding. I would highly recommend.
They would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the dispatcher.
