It took me a month to get my part but I finally did get it and they gave me a good discount, so if you're in no hurry you have time to wait on your part call them, prices aren't bad

we had sold a 2021 Nissan kick that had a faulty radio would work when it wanted to, called Judith at parts counter and she had ordered a radio for me came it came in and i installed it radio worked but camera did not, called Judith back on Friday and let her know that the camera did not work she ordered me another one had it by Monday installed it and everything works great! I recently had a TOP SHELF experience with Fenix Parts in Auburndale FL. Needed to replace the driver and passenger seats in my 2013 Mini Cooper because of an air bag sensor part failure. After a month of unsuccessfully looking on my own I reached out to Fenix for assistance. I give all credit to their employee Judy who located two front seats in great condition in Utah. She expertly handled all communications between me and the seller and even provided shipping updates while the seats were in transit. Judy’s professionalism and attention to detail were invaluable to me and reflected greatly upon herself and Fenix Parts. Many thanks. Don Harris

I’d give -100000 stars if I could due to no communication, customer service, they say they have parts but don’t, they’ll take your money in a heart beat though, they cancel your order without even notifying you about it. Here’s what happened to me with this company. Went to order parts for my daughter’s 2006 VW Beetle convertible over the phone and spoke with Marco. The parts were the rear seat and both from seats. He stated all they had was just the RF seat until I stated that on their website they had all three, then he said they had the LF seat but not the rear, then after giving him the number for the rear seat as well then he said they had the rear seat (should have been my red flag to not order from them). I placed the order by paying for it and got the receipt, but then he wanted a copy of an ID sent to his phone or to a phone number. Never did because of concerns dealing with identity theft. Went to the closest location in Auburndale to show the ID instead and pick up parts, but no parts at the location, something they don’t tell you. Needless to say they cancelled my order without notifying me about it but they definitely kept the money, so far. Had to get ahold of my banks fraud department to make sure I get my money back because after reading reviews some people say they’ll refund never got refunded or took forever. When they know you’re upset about everything they refuse to answer their phones and messages. I will never do business with this company again and would definitely suggest buyer beware, as some have said.

This place has almost any part you need. If they don’t have it, they can get it. From low mileage engines and transmissions to any body part you need. Everything is OEM so it’s not a manufactured part. No need to bring tools, they pull it for you, wrap it or box it. They also ship anywhere in the United States.

Called to order part and pretty sure talked to someone in another state, but they were amazing and very helpful. He texted me when my order was ready and answered any questions I had when I texted them. When I went to pick up part I was greeted and asked if I was picking up or looking, so I'm guessing you can go to the yard and ask them if they have what you need also. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. People at the yard were great and very helpful. Part was a good quality used part. Will definitely do business with them again! Thank you!

Have been going through an absolute nightmare trying to find a specific seat and wire harness and even though my search continues Fenix went above and behind to try and find this unicorn for me. Mark Ausborne and Judith Delgado tried so hard for me that I had to leave them this review. Judtih was even counting wires on harness just to make sure it was the correct one. This is what perfect customer service looks like and how you keep customers saving your number as a favorite.

Waited 3 days to have a motor delivered. No communication between delivery or meeting they show up randomly and don't call or anything to let you know they're there. You try and call to get in touch with your sales person no answer or response over 2 days. Call the business number and get told they cannot do anything and hang up the phone saying "sorry buddy" cutting me off. Unprofessional, lack of communication with shitty attitudes. Do not recommend doing business with these guys...

DO NOT USE FENIX. These people are the worst. They sent the wrong part and when trying to get the correct part sent was a ridiculous hassle. They will not allow you to get on contact with a manager they will say we take your number and the manager will call. But he never will! Jamie Brown is the managers name. They run the absolute worst customer service i have ever dealt with. The original part took days to get and the replacement has taken over 2 weeks and still has no update. I already paid over 3200$ for the axle and the truck has been down for 2 weeks. use any other auto salvage yard besides fenix. Call me back Jamie we can figure this out homie. Or keep being scared haha.

I just called to get a price on a used battery based on a google information. I asked for the price and if they had them , she kindly says they do not. I said it currently is on google and she says we don't do it anymore at this location and hung up. Great customer service Fenix. I wonder how many times this attitude has caused you to lose revenue?

Don't buy from these people.. over $4000 for a Mercedes engine and they cut every single wire, plug and a one time use $450 pcv hose as seen in the 3rd picture.. if you can't take the time to properly disconnect an engine, then don't be in the parts or recycling business. This engine can literally be unplugged and taken out completely and with nothing broken or cut in 45 minutes. What a bunch of clowns.. picture 5 shows how the motor should come out. Yea I understand you don't sell it with "accessories", but every hose and wire doesn't have to be cut either. The expensive parts like the high pressure fuel pump, coils and injectors they leave on the engine.. makes no sense at all..
