Very disappointed. I’ve been taking vehicles here for 10 years to get alignments. Took my dad’s truck there and they failed to align it, told us it was aligned, left the steering wheel misaligned, and killed the battery in his truck. I will not be coming back, and they have lost my recommendation. If I could I would give negative stars. Edit, Dana the service manager took action and matters into his own hands. He accepted responsibility and made things right with my dad’s truck. Much respect for Dana and his desire to make sure his customers are treated correctly.

They had a specific wheel i was looking for at a reasonable price. I did think a core charge on a wheel was very odd. Freindly staff.

Ive worked with Buget Auto for approx 5 years, 2 cars later. I have never experienced such kindness, quick into finding the issue and fixing it. I can not complain about Budget at all. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Unfortunately, I seem to be a frequent customer. My car always seems to find something to hit or run over. Fortunately, Jose and everyone here are always super helpful, (and luckily in my case not judgmental) they always have the parts I need, and get the job done quick!

No matter what, If anybody ever asks me if I know a place where to get parts for their car, I always turn to Budget Auto Parts. They are the first number I call.They have never failed me. They pull the part, you pick it up!!! It's as easy as that. I love this place. Great group of folks, who are polite and knowledgeable, and their prices are awesome.

Friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. I called about bringing in my maxima and they gave me a quote for replacing the A/C condensor and compressor for a price that was very competitive. Service was great, work was done quickly. I would recommend this shop.

I would like to personally thank all the guys at Budget Auto Parts & Service, especially Dana. I'm new to this area and didn't know where to look to have my charger serviced. I looked online and found this place and MAN- am I happy i took it here. From the moment i came in i was greeted with courteous professional treatment. They serviced my vehicle and were honest and thorough. Needless to say- I have found my permanent place to trust in having my car serviced. Thanks again gentlemen!

I feel I was treated better and got the best deal on services for services when James was there. Here wouldn't have you pay for parts that weren't needed for the job and didn't keep your vehicle longer than needed. It cost me a lot more than I had planned,I will say though Jose stepped in and was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The service(transmission replacement) was of excellent quality. Not to mention the fact that their prices are hard to beat. A definite "Yes"

Jim Kincaid got my Ford Escape looked at right away. Aaron (the tech) found a problem with my radiator and AC condenser. Jim gave me a thorough written quote and told me he would try to save the radiator if he could. He was able to save the radiator and replace my damaged condenser. My AC is now blowing cold. I was kept informed about everything. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely be returning to Budget to have future work done.

Was referred here by Johnny's Automotive as I was having transmission problems. The staff allowed me to drop my car off after hours as work wouldn't allow me to get there while they were open. I called after a few days to inquire on the status of my car and Jim spoke with me and I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for his transparency, honesty, and kindness. He explained all the problems and their costs and recommended how he would proceed. Moreover he made it clear that he would want someone to treat him with the same decency he had extended to me. In his attitude and conversation Jim made it very clear where they stand in terms of business, customer service, and satisfaction. While I didn't have repairs performed by them, they gave me this comprehensive diagnosis at no cost. I couldn't recommend Budget Auto more, and cannot thank them enough.

Super place to find a good deal! Jim was most helpful in finding the parts that I requested. It was very professional and I'll request him the next time I go I need parts from there. All employees are courteous helpful and very knowledgeable in their field. I'll be sure to go back!

Budget was recommended to me by a fellow church member who owns another shop, My need was out of the scope of their work. Jim handled my need accordingly and was very affordable. Instead of just charging me for what might have been wrong they handled the problem the right way. I highly recommend budget for all your major repair needs!

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Great work,great prices and great people!!! Check them out, you wont regret it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

You won't find better guys ANYWHERE! They put a new lump in my truck for the cheapest price around and the fastest turnaround...I was thrilled. A few weeks later, my transmission started acting up so I took it back to be checked. The guys called me and told me that they couldn't rule out a line got twisted while the new lump was going in, so they basically ate the cost and charged me for the fluids only. Seriously, WHO DOES THAT????? NOBODY, that's who. They are as honest as they come and I can't recommend them enough. Their values are old fashioned and Jim and Jose at the front desk are personable and fun!

I had to go here unexpectedly for a new window because mine got smashed. It was the day hurricane Matthew came. The guys here are great. They were the only ones nearby that had my window. They even installed it too. Great service.

Overpriced and they have thieves that work for them! I took my Escape to them to have them replace the distributor caps and plugs and have a tune up and my Garmin GPS was stolen! About three weeks later my engine shot a piston out of the oil pan. And I now have to get a whole new engine to put in it! Something that should only have cost me a couple of hundred dollars is going to cost me a few grand! Can't prove they had anything to do with it but I'm not the only one that has had this problem with them!

I can't rave enough about this place! As a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, their manager Raymond, was so kind and patient as I poorly attempted to describe what was wrong with my car. He obviously knows his stuff, because he could figure out what was wrong just by my description! They had to locate a hard to find part for me and had the lowest price around (I called a bunch), and as a teacher with kids, my schedule is crazy and they made sure to get me right in! Aaron, the mechanic who worked on my car was able to get me on my way in 1/2 the time he originally quoted! So impressed as they made sure we were completely safe before we drove away. I tell everyone I know to go see the great guys at Budget!
