I had a tire blowout on my rental car while on the interstate a few weeks ago, and Dustin who came out was absolutely incredible. I was stressed about missing a work event, but he was so kind and reassuring. He genuinely cared about my safety and got me back on the road quickly. Towed my motorcycle overcharged me if I did not pay the bill they would’ve sold my motorcycle while I was in the hospital. I will be reporting them to the better Bureau of business.
Really bad communication between the towing and my insurance my insurance specified the tow with the forks not flat bet and they send a flat bet and they said the insurance company never communicated with them and my insurance actually did will not recommend this towing company
