Gotta love Chicken Salad Chick! I love my Fancy Nancy on croissant my husband loves the Kickin Kaylin on toast. The soups are terrific and well i love the sides and cookies! Service is always friendly and quick.

Most of the time I have a good experience here. But there is a older short overweight man with gray hair. He is always rude. If he is there he is always complaining about how hard he works. Today he acted like I was supposed to know when to enter my phone number as though I worked there. The did nothing to help get the number applied. Super rude.

Advanced Auto is generally a busy store. The day I stopped by was no exception! The 2 guys there that day made waiting in line go fast and painless! I was in and out in 7 minutes flat! Thats even having 5 people in line I front of me! You guys are AWESOME!!!

I was having trouble with a low tire that was stressing me out. I stopped by the AutoZone and was assisted by Charles.. has someone who suffered with muscular dystrophy it is hard for me to do anything that requires the use of my hands. Charles was very professional and was a great help in installing the product that was needed to fix my tire. He was very polite and understanding and I really appreciate the excellent service.

This branch does not honor their own company's logo/mission statement: SERVICE IS OUR BEST PART. No service here! On a recent visit I visited this branch with an issue I had with my Advance Care+ Protection program. The employee did not want to or did not know how to deal with it and brushed me off to go to another branch! What I did and where my problem was solved with a proper SERVICE attitude. I thought all Advance Auto Parts places had the same service level...but NO.

I was having trouble with installing windshield wipers on my car, Sean helped me out , tried to put on the driver side wiper, it wouldn’t budge, he happily got a different one and got put it on in 1 second, silly but I’m happy he was there , it’s also really cold and rainy today, you’re a lifesaver Sean !

I went to Advanced Auto Parts for a battery swap, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Jason was fantastic—super knowledgeable and efficient, which is rare to come by these days. He made the process quick and easy, answering all my questions with confidence and expertise. It’s clear he’s exceptional at what he does, and I felt like I was in great hands. Highly recommend this location and Jason for top-notch customer care!

Today I called in to the store before arriving due to my battery dying overnight due to the headlight being on. I was able to get it jump started but wanted to bring it by the store for a battery check and to be sure those services were available before I drove there. The person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, however, my arrival to this store was a different experience. When I arrived to store s front desk, two employees had just finished with their customers. An older man asked how he could help me. I told him I needed my battery check and he immediately was like " I'm going to have her do it, I have parts from Goodyear to take care of" *points to a younger female employee*. This female employee immediately looked at him PISSED and muttered under breath "why can't you just do it?" She grabs the equipment to test the battery and was still muttering under her breath while walking out the door to my car. When we get outside, I asked her " do you need me to turn my car off?" (It was still running at the time) And she VERY RUDELY rolls her eyes and yells "Yes!". Then proceeds to say " I know why he couldn't just come out here. He didn't want to come because he just doesn't want to do it!" I asked her again, do I need to turn the car off, eventually she says yes. While hooking the tester to my battery she looked for my engine code to input, couldn't find it and said " oh well, guess I'll just put whatever in". While testing the battery the results she was getting on it weren't making sense so she says to me we have to go back inside and ask someone. So, we go back inside where she has the old man who sent her out to help me. He looks at the tester and says it goyod to go. I don't press about the fact she inputted any old thing information and maybe that is why she wasn't able read the information on it properly. as I leave the store I pray in my head silently that my 6 year old and I make it to Sebring Fl from Tarpon Springs without any incident. We did, but I will have the battery tested again as my local auto parts store for assurance tomorrow. This location's customer service is BAD! Only go here as a last resort.

Was trying to replace my air filter and I could not get it put back together correctly. Stopped in to advance Auto and the gentleman there came out and literally put it in in a couple minutes. While he was doing that he was also putting a new antenna on a car for a lady next to me. But he realized the antenna was going to take a long time so he asked her if he could just put this in for me and then finish the antenna the lady said yes but you could tell she was kind of snobby about it. I can't thank the employee enough I was really running late and he really helped me out. That's the kind of service that when I need another air filter or wipers or any thing for my vehicle I will go there again and again. It's the little things that really make a big difference and separate true customer service versus somebody who's just trying to waste time at a job. I wish I knew his name but it happened this Friday so hopefully corporate will figure out who it was. He was a Hispanic gentleman and he deserves a raise

This store has some of the nicest employees ever. Shout-out, to I believe, Andy for helping me with my flat tire. Without his help I would have had to walk 5 miles home and 5 miles back with tools just to get my truck back. What a nice guy.

No one was in the store when I came in on Sunday Dec 3rd around 2 in the afternoon except 2 employees who did say hello and then completely ignored me, I finally did ask for help and one of the girls told me which isle to go to. I stood at the checkout for about 5 minutes and finally had to ask if I could check out. I’m new in the area and looking for a parts store but it won’t be this one.

When pricing out parts we found advanced auto to way undercut their competitors. Staff never tries to sell you what you don't need. Good service is a plus.

This AAP is consistently helpful, regardless of who has helped me. Today it was Logan. He provided me with a quick battery check and said that although the battery is good, it could be a bad starter and to watch it. Now I know what to tell the dealership when I return. The only thing I do not like is that sometimes if you want a part, like say a nicer cabin filter, they have to be ordered because many of the locations in Tarpon and even within a 15 mile radius do not carry it. Excellent customer service, always.

Came in to get some break pads and some advice. I was not disappointed!! They where very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers to make the breaks job easier and Smoother. Thanks guys breaks work and sound great!! This will be my "go to" for parts for my cars

I came rolling into the parking lot w/ a dead battery, hoping it wasn’t the alternator. It was. Tony offered to recharge my battery so I could make it home. I truly appreciate what he did, didn’t want to leave my jeep in the parking lot overnight. Thanks again Tony🔥🔥🔥

Always great service the professionalism is unmatched Im in at least once a month for parts and supplies for my 2007 Mitsubishi. They are always willing to go up and beyond whats expected great staff good price, the speed perks are a bit finicky but its always a bonus two thumbs up for this store👍👍

Just avoid “Tony” quite the rude human. *reply* Thanks for the response, was asking on what companies you are able to price match and was met with very rude replies from behind his computer screen (I was speaking with another employee at the time) So, instead of confrontation; I figured I would put my item on the shelf and go somewhere els.

Typical auto parts store, staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Only lost star for being hard to turn left into. Not the store’s fault. But if you use turn lane onto side street there is an entrance that’s much easier.

Wonderful very knowledgeable young lady named Rachel help diagnose my car with a check engine light and installed a difficult to reach battery. Every staff member I met was very happy to help polite and courteous.

Noticed my car was starting to hesitate when I tried to turn it on. Stopped by this location and received five star service from Shawn, the manager. He installed new battery and checked the alternator for me as well. Efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Tony needs to stop treating customers like his making them a favor. AAP it's my favorite place but I'm wasn't used to this lack of service coming from Michigan. I rather go to another store even if it's far.

Shawn was awesome and stepped in when another employee told me they didn’t replace motorcycle batteries. Rolled his sleeves up and helped me install it too. I highly recommend this shop for the knowledge and customer service.

Very helpful & knowledge staff with parts I need for my daughters truck. The young lady spends time to explain & help. She is a great asset to this store as well as the young man from Hudson or Spring Hill. Love that they both know so much about trucks & even my Nissan Rogue.

Had a battery that got drained by alternator belt issues. It wasn't under full replacement warranty but still pro-rated it instead of just selling me a new battery, they checked and let me know they could charge it for me. A lot of places would have just sold me what I didn't need. They were courteous and professional, charged it and sent me on my way, very happy.
