Anclote Metal Recyclers have been great, we have a demo project in Dunedin that has required 50+ 40yrd containers to be hauled off. Roll off dumpsters have been delivered and picked up in a timely manner, the driver is great with arranging times and schedules for pick-ups. It was great dealing with this folks, 100% would recommend! Thanks AMR for the services!!!

My now recycling place to go. The young man of 36 years old came out to my truck and unloaded all of the scrap metal, including the spent brass ammo cartridges. ($1.70#) He talked about how his father had instilled manners into him at a very young age, and it showed very well. Other employees were very friendly and knew their job. Michael, it was a pleasure

If you have sizable amounts of aluminum or metal to recycle, then this is a great place for it.

We had to get rid of a broken mower so I took my daughter around some neighborhoods to experience her first scrap collection and recycling excursion. This place and the guys there are super friendly and helpful. If you are looking to recycle metal I highly recommend this place. We had a good time and she made a few bucks. We will be back for sure.

Best scrap yard in county. Always polite and professional - never rude like most others. Prices are fair and weigh is honest. Easy to work with and good for planet.

I've been there at 3:55 350 and 3:45 they've been closed every single time they never stay open till 4:00 I doubt they even stay open till 3:30 they don't give you very good prices go somewhere else

This place is great. They are more than willing to help with getting carts or loading up the bin on a forklift. I will keep coming back.

My husband has been doing business with this company. For quite some time, they're very friendly and they take good care of their customers. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I do not know how this place has any good reviews because they literally rob everyone they can for recycling metal especially aluminum. They label extrusion on your receipt, which means dirty metal wen I worked all day cleaning it unscrewing all screws and taking plastic off it! when I didn’t have to do any of that for the money they gave me for the aluminum I brought in. A lot of people DO NOT even know they are getting robbed which is the sad part! People who scrap metal are needy most of the time to rob the poor is DIRTY! Do not trust these people!

Not experienced in taking small amount of what would be considered scrap metal to sell, however, each gentlemen who helped me were especially considerate & kind. I googled before going and read the comments on the company and the remarks were true. Five stars from me!

Do not go here, they try to rip you off if you don't know current prices. I have hundreds of lbs of cat5/6. I went here and they tried saying its at 45cents a lb...what!!! 😂🤣I've never seen it so low and I go everywhere!! I decide to call around and at this very moment cat5/6 is worth 90cents everywhere els....they litterally try to half price your stuff..and I looked the guys dead in the eyes and said "are you sure"? They swore up and down their prices are right....nope its not!!! GO ANYWHERE ELS, CALL BEFORE TOO...I BET YOU WILL SEE EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. Update to owners reply: The problem is, you guys are half pricing. The market is at 90cents per lb and you guys pay 45. That's a 50% profit increase from just one type of wire, I can't imagine if thats for all metal sold to you. It looks bad for you and is great business for others. there is no excuse as you can buy it off people for 90cents and still make your profit as Intended but rather rip those off who are either in a rush or don't know market prices. Thats...the issue

If your not a regular they will rip you off. Watch for their scam. If you have a lot of scrap they swap ticket out and add weight to their own ticket. They move very fast so don't blink. Nice workers and very friendly but hey will rip you off. Over 7 years I been going here nothing changes.

I have known these guys for YEARS! Love them very much. Great, competitive prices and a knowledgeable staff. Never will you get cheated or ripped off. Best scrapyard I’ve been to and will only go to.

The guys here are so nice. Quick and easy. They’ve got a well organized operation. We went there to scrap 200 lbs of junk we cleaned out of our garage and got 20 bucks for it. George out front and Mike in the office are pleasant and helpful.

Anclote metal is a great place to scrap any of your metal to get a few extra dollars for the month. The people that work there are helpful, honest, and friendly! As far as wheelchair accessible parking, there is none...but I use a cane or a walker when necessary and they will help as much as they can. People in wheelchairs just don't do much of this kind of stuff and at this type of business and I feel that wheelchair accessibility is more dangerous than needed!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike was also very pleasant, answered my questions fully and promptly.. Personally, I found them to be more pleasant than Publix or Home Depot Staff. A rated in my book

Quick and friendly and the guys in the back will actually guide you with backing your truck up or getting stuff off the truck! That's very unusual! And the staff upfront is always helpful and quick!

Worst experience I've ever had. The guys were rude. Maybe it was just the day but WORST PRICES EVER. I was stuck though needed money and they were the only ones I could find that were open on Saturday next time I'll be patient and wait till Monday to go to Pasco Iron and Metal.

My son is recycling scrap metal to save for his first car. The guys there have been really helpful giving him tips on what to break down to get the most money from his scrap. Great guys, very nice, very professional and the lot is very clean.
