Steve was very honest and professional during this time of letting go of my old vehicle. After Helene and Milton, I had two flooded cars to sell in an inundated market. After so many calls , emails , wasted time and thoughts that I need to grow a thicker skin, finally I got across Steve. First, his excellent reviews got my attention and I was wondering if they are real, but then he won me over by the phone. I already had two offers slightly higher than his, but unlike all other junk dealers he was unusually considerate and human and suddenly I felt confident with him. It took me some time to make up my mind, but now I have no hesitations that I made the right choice. Steve knows what self-respect means and that is the fundamental for all other choices. Of course, he did all he promised he would do and more and he did it graciously. While waiting for Steve to come and pick up the car, I mentioned to my son that I discovered a man. Top Notch was a lifesaver! I had a junk car that I needed towed out of my carport. It was missing the front half of the car including wheels and axles. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it out since it was far back in my carport. I called Top Notch and spoke with Steven, the owner. Even though it was a difficult tow, Steven thought outside the box on how to get my car out of the carport by using jet ski dollys.
