Drae was prompt to answer my phone call on a Sunday afternoon while in the middle of another pick-up. Since my location was on his way to the other customer’s final destination, he was courteous enough to stop and help me. (Keeping things efficient)! After quick review of my car’s symptoms he calmly and confidently said all we needed was a little battery jump start. Used Green's Towing this morning to tow my dad's truck from south St. Pete to North St. Pete. The truck was in a difficult position to get towed, but Drew was awesome with navigating how to get the truck out and loaded. He was so patient working with me and arrived very quickly. Car stalled out on a major road the day before and was pushed into a narrow parking space. They were able to get it towed out with ease. Great price for a short, 1 mile tow. Called for an estimate and was greeted by the owner who was friendly and accommodating. Their driver, Drew, went above and beyond to communicate effectively to let me know he had gotten pulled to an emergency run but he was still coming! I didn't mind the wait because when you have a professional team that takes time out to communicate effectively, does a phenomenal job with their customer service and cares about their craft ; nothing else matters! Drae answered and was professional and flexible in pickup time for a fair price. Drew was the driver that towed my car to my auto repair shop and even called me with details of the protocol of dropping it there after hours. Would highly recommend!
Needed a tow after my transmission went out. I googled local tow companies after waiting for AAA for 3 hours. There were several options, but I only called Green's Towing because of their exemplary ratings. They were kind, courteous, professional and fast. The driver even put off his lunch to attend to my problems. There is a reason these guys are 5-star - they deserve it! As another reviewer noted, I'm dropping my AAA membership (after 37 years) because they couldn't hold Green's oil pan!

Will not answer the phone, maybe sometimes, left oil fingerprints on my car, I noticed it right away. When somebody call for a tow, it’s usually urgent, don’t wanna leave a message and wait for a call back! Answer the phone. But he got the job done. I was happy about the flatbed too.
My classic car was on the fourth level of the parking garage down in saint Pete. AAA said they were coming 5 times lied to me for 4 days. Called green's basic, they said no problem.They were there early and they pushed my car down 4 levels and got me out on the street so they could put it on their trailer.Best company I ever used
Used these folks to transport a Jaguar 122 miles from Seminole to Orlando after the original transporter failed to come through. Despite it being late in the evening, they were happy to help and showed up within 45 minutes. Transport and drop off went smoothly. Other companies didn't want the job because it was short notice, long distance and after hours. Five stars to Green's!

I chose this company after seeing their reviews online. They were affordable and pleasant to work with. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I was not notified of the 45 minute delay and had to call to find out when they were coming. Other than that , they were relatively quick and easy to contact.
I had an overall amazing experience with this company. The communication was great. He was on time and made me a replacement key at the comfort of my home. My key was cut and programmed in no time. Very quick and professional! I recommend to everyone. Took the stress out of replacing my key and had the best price around. Definitely a 10/10.
