I came to this advances auto because after I changed a camshaft in my vehicle my windshield wipers wouldn't spin and Rick a wonderful gentleman came out to check out the issue. He has them working in less than 2 mins. Thank you again RICK!!!
What a Godsend Mr. Rick is. On vacation and my sun roof wouldn’t go back down. When GMC wouldn’t help me I drove here to figure out how to tarp my car and just was going to figure out another way until he came out and helped me get it closed so I can enjoy the rest of my wellness trip. I stopped by the store earlier today and was in need of a new battery and windshield wiper blades. Rick was extremely personable and so helpful! While changing out my battery he noticed that some of my fluids were also low so he was able to also assist me with filling windshield wiper fluid and coolant at the same time, and I was reminded to use a coupon that I had received and forgotten about. So overall this entire trip was very productive and a great experience. Would definitely recommend this store, to others and I will definitely be back the next time I need replacements. Stopped by a this week and received awesome customer service from James and Daniel. They went above and beyond expectations and were friendly and very helpful. They even tested my battery, starter, and alternator and explained the results. Thank you!

I was stranded at my eyeglass business when my scooter died and she took the time to check and came up with a battery. She has a great personality and very knowledgeabl I am on disability and she made everything awesome thank you again Mary
Came into this Advanced Auto Parts at 7:45pm after my car battery had just died and this was the only place open. Bought the battery( the salesman, James was very kind- I will give them that) and then was told by James that they “close in 7 minutes so normally he would install it but he can’t because its “company policy that they can’t install car batteries within 40 minutes from closing”. My thoughts are, you’re either open or you’re not. I understand I came right before closing but I had no choice. So went back in the next morning at 7:50am and was told by the man at the counter “well there’s no way I can install it for you now because I’m the only one here working the counter” so I asked if I could wait until more people got there and he said yes…..so I waited another 20 minutes and finally was able to get the battery replaced by Holly who was awesome and very kind but seemed shocked that the guys from the night before didn’t install it… so don’t think that’s a company policy…. Aaron also helped with the install and was great. Will never be coming back here or probably to any other advanced auto parts. Horrible customer service.
I shop here whenever I need something for my Jeep or Suburu. Today I wanted new batteries in my Suburu key fobs. I was lucky enough to have Demaris take care of me. She took her time, was very careful and went the extra mile, by cleaning the fob insides really well. All staff there are warm and friendly. This is why Advanced Auto, 34th St N, is my only car part shop. I highly recommend.
Best local price for a new alternator with a lifetime warranty. Was very happy now hopefully the thing last more then 6 months this time. Cause that's about just how long it lasted from autozone last time I bought one

I've avoided this advance auto for 6 years until it was the only one in proximity with the part available. This is THE WORST advanced auto in Pinellas county! Employees ALL HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE. Its seriously horrible. Nothing has changed since 6 years ago when I wrote my first bad review. Lazy and bad attitude. It's also the only advanced where the employees literally sit behind the counter away from the service desk straight up avoiding work.

I love this store, I will always be a customer. Nice friendly staff. It does need an update on the times for when it's open. Online it's says 730am but it's open at 8am especially on Saturday. If you can update your hours of operation that would be very helpful. thank you
Wow the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful attendants I've ever seen, truly took the extra time to help me do the job right and answer any and all questions and offer suggestions.

It’s always a great feeling when walking into place even with a mask,sunglasses,with a cap on sometimes and been to store in two weeks..and general manager Scottie Hutson greets me from across the room..any car issues I have he spends the time to give quality advise while he is multitasking with other customers providing excellent service to everyone in the store and does the research if in question.. also will have a down to earth conversation with you.so cool to have someone help you get it right every time.

All around great experience here. We were able to pick up a part that had been ordered for us by a relative in Pennsylvania and it was ready to go when we got there. Friendly service with zero hassle. The store was clean, well stocked and well maintained. Employees were great. No problems at all.
This company charge me 3 times Fairy Tail for a headlamp... And will not refund the money due to a policy that they put in place in September of 2017 stating that they do not refund money on electrical parts... Even though it's in an unopened box and has not been tampered with.
I've been doing business with this company for over 20 years and I will never give them another dime of my money.
I was waiting around for like 10 minutes and nobody bothered to even help me. There was like 10 employees and most of them were talking to each other and not paying attention to any of their customers. This is the worst experience I've had at any advance auto parts store! Nobody decided to help out so the only thing I could do was leave, which is what I did.
