Purchased a new battery, which I thought would fix my vehicle. I thought I could save money by installing it myself. NAPA delivered the battery to my house free of charge (couldn't start my vehicle). I installed it and the car started and I drove it immediately to the store for my core refund. I left and the car wouldn't start again, the Manager Brian tried to help get it started with a jump, didn't work!! I had to tow it to my chosen repair shop, to find out it was a bad starter. Brian offered to refund the purchase after my car was fixed, he even tested my old battery and it tested good before I left the store. Wow, great service and he saved me $225 bucks!! I would highly recommend this location and especially the Manager Brian!! Thank you!

I have had the best experience when visiting NAPA. My boat had an unexpected issue that arose, and I wasn't sure if I could find the part. I went to NAPA after several failed attempts at other part stores and David from NAPA helped me locate the exact part that I needed. He had the part on hand, and I was able to get my boat repaired the same day. After this wonderful experience I don't go to any other part store.

We were traveling from out of state when we had an unexpected problem with our car. Dave took the time to make sure we got the correct replacement part we needed to get us back on the road. We were fortunate to have someone with his experience ready to help us on a Sunday morning.

I had a very productive experience here, David helped me tremendously we figured out the problem and solved it the easiest and best way possible. He got me out of a very difficult spot with my vehicle and if it wasn't for him I don't know what would have happened his help was greatly appreciated.

I love Napa! And I've tried all the rest. At Napa you get employees that actually know what they're talkin about. The other guys seem to have young dumb associates that don't know what they're talkin about and I've received the wrong parts many times. Napa always gets it right!

I was stranded with a dead battery and stopped in to get a price. The cashier David was talking to another customer for what felt like 10 minutes about air planes and being a pilot. All the while having me stand there with some sea foam gas treatment waiting to get battery info from him. He gave me a cost for the battery so I went back to my care to fetch the core. I also tried to get my AAA discount but didn't have the card but did have the card from my membership app and he said I had to be in possession of the card all the while going on about the government rules and such. The app clearly shows my membership and both front and back of the card. He just didn't want any part of it. So I took my business to Discount Auto parts and am banning my family from shopping at NAPA even though it's close to my home.

Very run down store, the bathrooms, showroom and parts rooms and office are in complete diss array. Billy has zero customer service or managment skills and honestly I’d pick any other Napa. Or any other district personally.

I would never but a battery from NAPA. They do not honor their warranty unless you have the actual receipt. Keep your receipt or your warranty will not be honored under any circumstance. Bought a battery 3 months ago, it now has a bad cell. Do not have original receipt. That’s the “down side of their job”, they say, delivering this news, so they may do this frequently.

Complete waste of time, if you want to accomplish absolutely nothing you hope to get done this is the place. Save yourself a trip and go to advanced auto or o rileys!

The ASSISTANT store manager (he told me he IS the store manager) is just disgusting towards customers. Wouldn’t let me tell him what the customer service line told me to tell him and told me to leave and I told him to let me speak (he was interrupting me the whole time). The district manager will be calling me back to hear what he has done to me.

Ordered online for pickup. Waited half the day for parts. First time I went in, friendly service younger people. Second time, older man.Not so female friendly. Not helpful at all. Other auto parts stores ( AA) are so much more helpful and help out female customers. Bought windshield wipers in store, while waiting for parts. The order I placed was supposed to be in store in the morning, it was mid afternoon before I got the call.

Billy and Mike at the 66th st store in St. Pete were SO kind and helpful when we were trying to find 3M 1 step primer (so hard to find!!) We were feeling a little downtrodden when we came in because we had been to 2 different auto stores before then— but they met us with great personalities and smiles (and their one and only bottle of that primer) !!! Thank you SO much you two!!!!

This store is awful, the layout of store is confusing, they had no transmission fluid, except the small bottles. Customer service was terrible, they wanted me to pay over $90 for fluid that was $60 at advanced and better quality. They tried to just think i wouldnt know any better, shame on this place. Stay AWAY

I'm a late 60's child graduated in 85 back then napa was the place to get quality America parts and excellent place to get advice now they're the same as Advance Auto or AutoZone the fast-food of Auto Parts

The prices are comparable with other auto parts store but the quality is always guaranteed here even if you do pay a little bit more

Adam and Brian were both exceptional managers as well as human beings during my multiple visits to Napa auto in St. Pete. They not only helped with what I needed but beyond that in their approach to our interactions. They helped me find solutions that I didn't know I needed for my friend's car and I'm forever grateful.

Walked in and wasn't even acknowledged. Rather than wait for some sort of greeting, I figured I'd try to find the part myself but their system is confusing and the information from their own website doesn't match the information on the sales floor. After 15 mins of trying to figure out their number system, still without being even acknowledged, I left. No sale. Disappointing.
