Great experience today! I visited Batteries Plus today to repair my phone. Charles was quick and thorough. I appreciate his conversation and suggestions. I was impressed with all of the products offered and definitely will be back. I liked the variety of flashlights, phone accessories, camping accessories, light up pet collars, windshield wipers and of course, any battery need we come across. What a joke of a place, I was sent by my phone provider to get my phone fixed. Then they ended up repairing it but in the process messed up my phone even more and now tell me they can’t do anything about it when they are the ones that put in a faulty part and didn’t fix it properly.
Brought my car in because it was having trouble starting. Angel was extremely kind and helpful and quickly changed out my battery. Fantastic service! I would definitely recommend this store.
I always have the best experience! Everyone is so wonderful, helpful and friendly. Today we took my daughter's cell phone to get fixed. Stephanie was great-it took her a few minutes to fix the phone. Her customer service was exceptional.

My husband bought a battery for his Harley from this store a few weeks ago, but he had to take it back this morning because it would not hold a charge. The man working made it clear he believed the battery was fine, and the fault was with the charging. The employee told my husband he was going to charge it and he should come back later. My husband did that. As my husband thought, the battery was faulty. We went back to pickup a replacement. There was a man in a small room off to the side who ignored us. Four more people came in, and the man in the room ignored us all. One customer asked him to come help us, and after a few words of trying to not help, the guy came out to cash people out. He was barely civil. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but we have options and we will not go back.
Angel and the rest of the folks at this batteries plus location are awesome. Every time I go in there I’m so happy with the friendly service and honestly kind of blown away by the number of services they offer. It’s a great shop with professional and friendly professionals running it.
Cut store with battery related and survival products. I need some watch batteries. You place the order online for the battery then to go to the store for a fast (under 5 minute) battery replacement. Very reasonable prices.
My car battery died- I got it jumped and headed straight over. Despite it being later in the day, Charles was amazing. Helped me out quickly, professionally, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He also changed out my key fob battery that’d been giving me issues lately for a great price! We’ll definitely be back, and recommending this place to everyone we know. Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and made my experience great!
Angel was the guy working and he was very professional, helpful and friendly. He was working by himself, but still managed to handle several customers politely and without anybody getting frustrated.. thanks for hooking me up with a new key fob!

My vehicle has been starting slower lately, so I stopped in to get my battery tested and turns out the battery was going bad. I purchased the previous battery here in November 2020, so they gave me some good mileage.Angel and Alex tested my battery and replaced it with a new one quick, fast and friendly service.
Charles went above and beyond to help me with my battery issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He quickly swapped out my battery and had me on my way. He also did a great job letting me know about other products and services available at the store. AND gave me a flyer with a coupon for my next visit! He was awesome!
