Had an appointment this morning to get my screen replaced via insurance. I have to say the process was painless and easy. Dropped my phone off and picked it up within an hour ready to go! Charles did a fantastic job on the repair. My phone feels brand new! He also threw in a screen protector for a gray deal! Highly recommend this spot for any cell phone repair needs!
Angel was such a great help getting my phone cleaned out and looking better than new. I recommend everyone get their chargers cleaned out here for an in and out great experience!
Charles was fantastic!! Installed the car battery practically before I exited the car. Very knowledgable and professional and just a nice man. I have never had that fast a service on my car ever. Can't recommend him enough!

Charles was sooo helpful and FAST! My daughter has been using a key for her cat…yes a key no buttons, old school 1988, key to unlock the door. But thanks to Charles she know has entered the 21st century and she had a Key fob! Thank you Charles
I had an awesome experience thanks to Angel at Batteries Plus. He did an amazing job fixing my Google phone — super quick, super professional, and he clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain everything, made sure the repair was done right, and the phone looks and works like new again.

I took a nativity scene that was supposed to light up in and asked for new batteries. The man, Charles was very kind and said it didn’t need batteries I just needed to pull the plastic tab out!! Of course I felt like an idiot but he was very kind and I told him I’d be back k when I need batteries!! Everyone give them a try they are good people !!
Went in for an Assurant covered screen repair via Spectrum. Super helpful and friendly staff until I returned home and realized there's a fine line across the screen. Called immediately and they assured me it would be taken care of upon return. Long story short they refused to honor the 90-day warranty guaranteed by Assurant. DON'T GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIR!!! Edit: Maybe go there if you want to get ripped off for a car battery because I watched them deny that warranty as well while I was trying to get my problem fixed
Truly horrible experience. I brought a battery back to the store that I purchased on 2/25 because it was dead and not holding a charge. I dropped it off on Friday to be charged and inspected and then they jerked me around for three days (pushing it off, not returning calls, not answering the phone.) Until ultimately they said they wouldn't replace it due to "neglect." Absolutely ridiculous! The battery is 8 months old and the corvette that it was in may have sat for about 3-4 months, but so what?! It should still take a charge, give me a break! The guy I talked to really insulted my intelligence. What makes it all worse, is that I've dropped like 2,500 dollars between this store and the one on Park Blvd over the last few months. I could go on and on but it just makes it all worse for me. Never again. Edit (11/19) : Alex the store manager (who wasn't available during my prior experience) reached out and is going to make things right. I really appreciate his attentiveness to the issue and his efforts to rectify the matter.
Angel was super helpful and most importantly FAST with helping me with my battery issue. Thanks dude! Also didn’t realize they do phone repair. Have to keep that in my back pocket and hope I don’t need to use it.
I visited the 4th Street St. Pete location on Saturday and I give Charlie 5 stars. He helped get my sons broken charger cable out of the port and then I decided to buy some chargers since he was so helpful. He went above and beyond. I recommend them for all cell phone repairs and great customer service all around. I go there for all my ipad and phone repairs. Thanks again Charlie!!

I had an excellent experience at Batteries + Bulbs and More located at 6920 4th Street North, thanks to Charles! His customer service was absolutely top-notch — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
This store has just about everything: batteries, bulbs, car key fobs, phone repair, including charger hub cleaning. They even had lighted dog collars, fire extinguishers, fans and camping supplies. No matter what I needed, Charles took the time to explain my options and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Not only did he fix my car troubles but he also fixed my phone while I waited.
It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and cares about each customer’s experience. Charles is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to everyone I know! You should stop by and see how you can make your life easier with a one place shop!
The experience I had today was absolutely wonderful.My phone was repaired beautifully within two hours and Charles is amazing. Service was awesome, polite and quick. My granddaughter was a very happy camper. Thank you so much again.
I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a Batteries Plus but am a fan now. They fixed my son’s charging port on his phone in a couple minutes, helped me find the right wipers for my car and even put them on. Alex was amazing to work with and I will be going back!!

The clerk was very nice and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Especially, since it was my first time in the store. And I wasn't 100% if they cut keys. THANKFULLY, they do.. I didn't have to end up waiting that long. Which is GREAT. Overall I had a nice experience. I would definitely go back to the store. Especially, if I needed anything battery related. Great experience today! I visited Batteries Plus today to repair my phone. Charles was quick and thorough. I appreciate his conversation and suggestions. I was impressed with all of the products offered and definitely will be back. I liked the variety of flashlights, phone accessories, camping accessories, light up pet collars, windshield wipers and of course, any battery need we come across. I always have the best experience! Everyone is so wonderful, helpful and friendly. Today we took my daughter's cell phone to get fixed. Stephanie was great-it took her a few minutes to fix the phone. Her customer service was exceptional.
My vehicle has been starting slower lately, so I stopped in to get my battery tested and turns out the battery was going bad. I purchased the previous battery here in November 2020, so they gave me some good mileage.Angel and Alex tested my battery and replaced it with a new one quick, fast and friendly service.
