Always friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Parts in stock or can be brought in the next day or two.
Extremely convenient. But as with any convenient store, you pay a premium. Part prices are sometimes triple or quadruple what you would find on part websites. But you can't make money and grow as a business without charging the prices they do. I'm satisfied as a customer. Keep your receipts for hassle free warranty returns.
Battery died and Keith hooked me up with a battery check and installed a new battery within 20 mins. Put some tire valves on for me too. Great service definitely would come back
The staff at this Advances Auto Parts are exceptionally helpful, polite, and genuinely friendly. This store sets the standard for what an auto parts store should be.
When I came in to replace my car battery, they went well beyond what I expected in terms of service and support. There was none of the indifferent, “we’re doing you a favor” attitude you often run into elsewhere; every interaction felt like they actually cared about getting me back on the road quickly and safely.
The store itself is spotless, well-lit, and thoughtfully organized. Even the small details stand out: it smells clean, the layout makes sense, and it’s clearly managed with attention to both customers and staff.
I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. This location has earned my trust and future business.
The staff member that just sold me potentially the wrong product rushed me through the transaction and was rude when I tried to ask a clarifying question.
I drive a Toyota Corolla. I called in needing a battery replacement. Ashley helped me and she was wonderful. Funny and knowledgeable worker. I was out of there with a new battery within 30 mins.

I was thoroughly impressed. Both employees working on 03/31/25 were attentive and kind, but Jessie truly went above and beyond. His exceptional customer service, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and genuine effort to help me resolve my issue stood out. I hope his employers recognize what an asset he is. I’ll definitely be returning to this Advance Auto Parts location in the future.
Just got my battery changed here. DeAsia (sorry about the spelling) and her coworker were so kind and helpful I could cry. My car was not easy but they were very knowledgeable and even taught me about my car. Would highly recommend this location specifically for the staff.

Would have been nice to actually get what I needed here. Got there at the posted opening time and no one showed up. Wasn't happy about getting all sweaty in the parking lot right before having to go to work with no way to cool down because I couldn't get the coolant I needed. Lame.
In from out of town and radatior hose blew the night we were looking to head home. Got with there and a nice lady showed me all the hoses and found the closest match, got all the parts I needed and allowed me to make sure it all fit prior to paying. Super nice, super helpful and even had the tools to do it
Twice in the last 6 months I've popped into this location. First back in spring when I needed new windshield wipers and some other items for a "new to me" car. Ashley went above and beyond to help back then. Today, I once again needed help. Ashley helped save me hundreds of dollars by testing and cleaning my car battery. Then explaining my chargers are likely draining the battery at night. Thank you, thank you Ashley for once again going above and beyond.
I was in a huge bind with my battery terminals this afternoon. I had less than a half hour to get to my kid's school before they closed and the car wouldn't start. Jem was my hero!! She took time from her work to get my terminal fixed. With some creativity, she managed to get me on the road just in time for me to pick up my little girl!! Everytime I see her in the store she's helpful and cheery! Best auto store I've ever been to, bar none!!
A life saver! Today, when I left work, my car (2008 Honda Civic Hybrid) was acting funny. When I let off the brake, it wouldn't roll forward as expected. I had to step on the gas, and it would jump forward. I was scared. When I got home, I noticed my brake lights were still illuminated even after I got out. Thankfully, I thought to go by Advance and just ask if they could help. When I got there and explained my problem, Lady Jem said, "Oh yeah, it's the stop pad." I'd never heard of that! I was afraid I would spend hundreds at the dealership. $10.69 later, I was good to go! Lady Jem knew exactly what to do! Thank God for Lady Jem.
The hurricane hits us tomorrow and my battery died as I was gassing up the Honda! I ordered a new one online an hour ago for pickup at this store and got free fast installation. I'm back home already! Jesse was extremely professional. It's the first time I have replaced a battery when I didn't have to reset the radio security code afterwards. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Store has a good selection of all the necessary car stuff.
The staff at this store is exceptional. Definitely would recommend this store for any of your vehicle issues. You'll always get an honest answer even if they don't know it. Also the store doesn't see too much heavy traffic. Not to say they're not busy. I usually don't have to wait very long to talk with one of their associates. Or maybe they're just that fast. We'll never know. Hats off, you have my up most respect.

The men who work here took good care of my Mini Cooper and identified what was wrong with my car. The time they set aside gave me peace of mind. The team members are knowledgeable and very personable. Even though there were three or four customers ahead of me, the wait time was not long at all. They are very efficient and worked on my Mini right away. I recommend Advanced Auto Parts for your vehicle. :)
Stopped here to get a headlight bulb and wanted to replace it right away as one of the headlights was out. Gem helped me get the right bulb and then walked me through how to replace it right then, so I was able to go home without lowered visibility.
I was expecting to spend 20 minutes figuring out how to do it myself, but I was done and on my way in a couple minutes, thanks to their help.
My boyfriend and I had the best customer service experience. Mr. Pat went over and beyond to help us with our battery, finding just what we wanted and even help make adjustments to make sure the battery would fit properly. Its a breath of fresh air to find someone like Mr. Pat with his knowledge in his work and outgoing people person greatness. You really helped make our day so much easier. Thank you for all your help!
Had no idea what type of ceramic wax to buy for my older Lincoln Town Car, talked with Jason and he honestly took 5 mins of his time to explain the products pros and cons.. He even recommended a person to fix my rims I believe the term was to refinish or recondition them which they truly need. Just a great guy who really cares about his job and customers.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I literally can't stop thinking about the experience I recently had at this location. I went in because I was having issues with my battery and my car starting and wanted someone to look at it. The people at this location are usually super nice and helpful, but the short, young guy up front (I think his name was Nick but I cant remember exactly), acted as though he didnt know what I was talking about when I was clearly talking about my battery, and after looking up my car's make and model and he demanded his coworker to install the part for him. The girl he asked was already helping another guest too. Like if you cant do something as simple as looking at a battery, why are you at an advanced? Super disappointed in that, and he was very unfriendly, acted like he didnt want to be there while ringing me up. The girl who helped me was really nice (I think Tiffany), even though I couldn't get my battery changed that day. If it weren't for her it would be a one star review. But seriously check your staff.
Nice people work here. But it was a complete waste of time to buy a motorscooter battery there tonight. A very typical scooter in St Pete but the folks here had no idea what any if the smaller batteries they sell are actually for. Not able to take the tech code from one brand and convert it to fit their inventory.
You know, you can go to Home depot or Sherwin Williams and they can pull up the formula fir the other company's paint color per their code. Yet a battery which is about volts and Amps can't be matched up at Advance.
I am definitely NOT a mechanic...that's why I go to this Advance Auto Parts! It's not close to my house, but is worth the drive, because the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Yesterday I went and got a new set of windshield wipers and the lady had them replaced in two seconds.
It would have taken me an hour and I probably would have broken one?!?

Second time there in 2 weeks. No one tried to oversell me, installed windshield wipers and arm 1st time, second time, a new battery installed. Both times, no waiting, polite and helpful service. Became VIO member, saving 25%. Usually go to dealer. Will go there again when not needing maintenance or serious service. Excellent.
Dropped in for wiper blades, $25 cheaper than dealer and still got their top brand. It was really quick/friendly service to get them switched. Jerhall was awesome. Told him about a long trip the old SUV is going on and he even helped me check all the lights, blinkers, and fluids to be sure it is ready. These were things he suggested to check. I just told him what was going on and he talked it through with me. I feel they are honest because I know I got a deal and that I had just had the car in at local dealer so fluids were good.
