Since I contract with doordash as a driver, I go in there periodically to pick up parts to deliver to auto mechanics. Most of the employees, including the manager are great, except for maybe one that's kind of the youngest member of their team and seems to have an attitude every time I go in there. Probably thinking, just because I'm a delivery driver. He gets to treat me and probably the other delivery drivers like we're stupid. Anyway, I'm only writing this review because the other day I asked him a question regarding an engine filter and a cabin filter for my car so potentially wanting to be a customer of theirs. Not so much now.
Stopped by for a valve cover gasket and coil pack, Robert was taking care of me and actively went out to ask if I was with Pinellas technical and helped me get a discount. He was super polite and respectful and genuinely made my day
NAPA auto parts got me the right part that I tried to get with online parts vendors with no luck. It was the third part I bought and the right one!
Who could ask for more.

have any questions you barely get any answers sad employee make a sad business better off at auto zone
USED TO BE A GOOD STORE BUT HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!!! SERVICE STINKS!!! HAD ME WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR 10 MINUTES AND STILL NO ONE TOOK MY CALL, SO I HUNG UP!!! I USED TO BUY FROM HERE FOR YEARS, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! YOU'RE LUCKY YOU GET 1 STAR FROM ME!!!

They always seem to have what I need. There NAPA brand parts are high quality. Where I believe the big auto parts stores like auto zone and advanced auto parts have there name brand made at the lowest bid. Quality is never in question at NAPA!
Worthless customer service. I went in to return some orbital buffer pads my wife bought by mistake. I was the only customer in the store. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and listened to two employees bicker back and forth, one of which was sitting right in front of me. Then when a third person shows up behind the counter the guy in front of me exchanged a few words with him and then turns to me and says "Sorry but you're going to have to wait". I told him that I'd find another Napa that's not as busy and walked out.
The Right Choice for Auto Parts Excellent Experience Expertise came in for a few questions about my Car needed Parts, David and staff were very polite courteous and very helpful picked up replacement KEY FOB Batteries as well.

Went to get a part for our vehicle.A Tahoe. The person who took care of us was very polite & friendly.Turned out to be the wrong part but wasn't his fault, it was a universal part. Called him & he w/no hesitation said to bring it in that he would give us the credit. Regaurdless l still thank him for he was professional. He, my husband & I had a good laugh. Thank u for your services.His name is William, but regaurdless I give a good review to the location in general. Ever so grateful for ur customer skills.This is the place to go!
Special ordered a battery from these guys, turned out to be a dud. Not only did they call around to rush a replacement, they ended up giving me an even better battery. They've earned my business.

I like going to Napa when I need parts for construction, Industrial, Forestry, and material handling equipment. Most local auto parts stores do not show listings for this type of equipment... And for me it's a great location. good delivery service when they have to ship a part in from another location.
