Great store. But just so you are aware that area is a historical neighborhood so the entire street design of the entire surrounding area is a riadial spoke layout. This is no single business fault but you should be aware of the layout and plan accordingly. There are a few entrances into this parking lot but you'll probably have the smoothest entrance and exit by not using the entrance facing 4 th street that way can be difficult, but on 62 Ave in the radial you can take those streets and more easily navigate the area. But be cautious again there are families with children that live in the area as well. Do not speed. As for this stores inventory, quite well laid out for the location and dimensions (hence why that was mentioned first, they work with what they have). I was able to find the products I was looking for very easily and the one item I was looking to specifically get, the cashier confirmed he hadn't seen an over the seat trash bag holder that would work for a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado in a long time. So we were both kinda annoyed since that seems like a pretty big standard kind of item a parts store should have. All in all I still rate this as 5 stars. As I got what I was looking for and got the information about the trash bag product with no issues. So while they didn't have that product they had several other items we needed but didn't know we needed. So, win/win

They give terrible advice then pull out a "policy" to prevent returns. I've been here before for oil or basic items I will never go back. Looking at used cars I went in for advice about a diagnostic I'd heard about. I was recommended to buy this "great unit". Went to look at a couple cars. First it asks you to type in the milage. The point of this was to get a true reading of the milage in case they did something. Then while I was looking at the dashboard with 3 lights lit the unit said there where no issues. So I went to return it. Only then was I told that there are no returns on electronics. This wasn't said to me when I bought it, there are no signs anywhere and there is nothing on the reciept. Seems the only time they mention it is when you try to return something. Manager took an attitude and said the policy is no returns. Maybe he should train his team to make that aware at purchase or put up a sign at registrars. But of course that might cut down on sales. It's easier to just tell people after the fact that they won't lift a finger to make it right. So they lost a customer for a $39 unit that didn't do what THEY said it would. STAY AWAY

Advance Auto TOTALLY ROCKS in my book.. Bobby helped me the last 2 mornings with a dead battery. This morning he took my battery out. And put it on their charger. Yesterday when I went in. My battery was in the 300's. This morning it was only in the 200's. When he took it off of the charger. It was in the 500's. And I didn't need another battery. Thank God.. Bobby is an exemplary employee. He's EXTREMELY honest. And he has the BEST customer service I've ever seen in a long time. And he can really multitask while he's working. Especially, since this store is constantly busy. He's also helped me in the past. So, I was glad to see him. When I went in there yesterday morning. I called the store this morning. To make sure he would be there. Advance Auto is EXTREMELY lucky to have someone like Bobby. Kudos to Bobby. The manager. And the store..

Stopped by in the morning on 7/9 with a dead battery. The man at the counter was friendly and quick to help. He confirmed the battery was dead, but he was unable to replace it, because Volvo doesn't make it easy to remove/install them. He gave me a jump, and I drove straight to the dealership where I learned my battery was still under warranty. Yay! I was impressed by the friendly and helpful attitude of the employees at this store, and I would go back.

It's a part's store. Had what I wanted. The staff was not very helpful or attentive. The bearded clerk was too busy flirting with a customer and his girlfriend/wife, still not sure which one he was hitting on, both I think.

I replaced my vehicle due to Hurricane Helene I had to purchase a new tag frame and went in this location as it was not too far from work. Bobby was extremely helpful and even offered to put the new tag on for me. I had a boating accident that has left my arm very weak so I was extremely grateful for his service. Will definitely come back here for all of my car parts needs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not a very friendly environment. I've gone in there several times and this woman is always yelling at someone on the phone Or Just creating a negative environment in general.and gave me a hard time today. I understand That everyone has a bad day every now and again, but this is the third time I've experienced this. I like this company, but I will not be returning to this particular store if she is there.

Since Tony wanted to keep me on hold for 10 minutes and not answer my call I figured I’d say what I needed to say here. It’s very rude to yell at me over the phone when I am only doing my job. Not only did you yell at me, but the entire store heard you since you were on speakerphone. I had a few customers tell me that they were disturbed by your tone and your volume. I understand you have customers to take care of, but so do I. Next time show some respect.

As sad as it is to say, I have pretty much lost all faith in people’s ability to provide exceptional customer service. That is, until today. My battery died this morning and I wasn’t even close to having enough money to buy a new one. I was helped by Toni Booker at the counter and explained my situation. As hard as it was to admit that I simply couldn’t afford even the most inexpensive battery, I did because I didn’t know what else to do. My car was running in the parking lot, and as soon as I turned it off, it was not starting again. Toni asked me what I could afford, I told her, and she said that she was going to help me out. I assumed that I was getting an employee discount or a manager override. Then she asked another employee to go get her purse from her car. As soon as I realized what was happening, my pride completely rejected the possibility of a total stranger doing something like this, but she insisted. Bobby quickly installed my new battery and I went on my way. Good as new. Labor Day has never really meant much to me. I actually always thought it was strange that most people had the day off. But after today, thanks to the kindness and generosity of Toni Booker, that has forever changed. Toni oversees multiple locations in the area and if you own or operate a business that is struggling with genuine customer service. I suggest that you pay very close attention to the culture she has developed there. Toni thank you for restoring my faith in the humanity of others today. I will no doubt pass it on. LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Last time i was here was 8 months ago and Jarhell helped me with air filters and was great. However today 08/31/2024, there were four older white guys working with one of them being in the back and one helping with a battery check for a customer. the other two were on the registers and i asked about a product and if it may help my concern. Sadly, i am not knowledgeable in cars so i do need to ask for advice and clarification on some things. He told me to wait for him to help me. I stood behind and to the side of the normal waiting line for 40 minutes. Once the business died down, i saw him grab a cart which looked like “go-backs” he started to put them away in the back. Did he completely forget about me? he looked at me multiple times throughout this waiting period. Nobody else greeted me or was told that I’m waiting, please communicate to your coworkers. It was a very simple question and i had the product in my hand. Anyways, I ended up getting back in line and just paying for it. Hope it works lol.

Today during check out, an old man rang me up with the worst attitude. I didn't pull my card out fast enough from the reader and he began to speak to me like I was an idiot. He pulled out a straw and started pointing to the directions and speaking them to me in the most condescending tone. He then looked at his co worker and rolled his eyes. His co worker even looked uncomfortable and said, he didn't know what his problem was. The receipt said "Fizzrank, B." under the register user. His arrogance toward me was so disrespectful. I wonder if it's because I'm a woman and he assumes I know nothing about cars. Either way, his attitude needs to be checked or he's too old and crotchety and needs to retire.

His expertise and dedication were evident as he went above and beyond to test and replace the battery in my Mercedes. I'm genuinely appreciative of the excellent service I received during my visit.

The worst customer service ever! it's my second time at the store and Logan is the guy at the counter, when he checked the computer of my car to see what was wrong with it he refused to print out the codes for my car. All Advance Auto Parts print the codes for the customers so we know what parts do we need to buy from the store, and also we have some knowledge of what it's wrong with the car. He lie in my face and told me that Advance Auto Parts stop print out codes for people 2 years ago, when I told him. I'm a customer of Advance Auto Parts for many years and I know they print the codes all the time and I told him that I just got done printing out the codes a for my other car month ago, he was like, ""well... I guess I'm going to print it out for you""" Thanks for your service Logan! I will never come back to the store again even know I live 2 blocks away from there! I prefer to drive to a farther Advance Auto Parts what are they can provide me with better service.
