Great Place. Great Service. I bought a battery a year ago and it was giving some issues so I came back. They investigated the trouble and fixed it. No charge.
Great price, installed battery at no charge and was out in 15 minutes. Amazing service and price. Don't go anywhere else to have your battery replaced.
Today I went to Electro Battery to have a battery looked at that I was having a problem with. The battery had a two year warranty which still had one year left. I wasn't upset about the battery that happens with everything. I went there last week and the gentleman told me that I would have to leave it so they could charge it with their charger. Today I called and the told me to come down with my ticket. The gentleman Ronnie took care of me and told me that the battery had a bad cell. It happens now and then, but the out come had a happy ending. They replaced my battery with a brand new one and I left there as a happy customer. I will continuing to patronize the bussiness in the future. They sell a variety of batteries for just about everything motorized, anything from a motorcycle to RVs,to boats also chargers for full time maintenance. Everytime I have been there they always had plenty of help that had a wealth of knowledge about the battery industry It was a pleasure doing business there with no hassle.
Owner is one of the nicest people I've met. Courteous, knowledgeable and all around nice guy. I've always used their products but never had the opportunity to meet the owner. I'm glad I did.
Absolutely the best. I was no sooner out of my car before I was approached by an employee who offered to help me. Asked what did I need help with today. Well....I needed a new battery for my Expedition. Minutes later and after being explained a few battery options my new battery was grabbed from the shelf and the install began. A very, very short time later I was off running my errands. Thank you Electro Battery !!!!!
Electro has always been our place to go, it's truly a family run local business that actually cares about its customers. Last year, hurricane Milton tore down three trees in our yard and left us with no power. The morning after we woke up to start our generator, of course the battery was dead. Everyone told me no one would be open but I took the drive by Electro and the owner was standing outside and even though they were closed they had no issues helping me out with a replacement battery. What a lifesaver, literally! I know this is a late review but at the time we had no power and internet was down for weeks. It's something I will never forget and now I'm in need of a new battery for one of our vehicles and I will be stopping by Electro soon for that replacement. Electro has a customer for life!

Each and every visit I've made here has been pleasant. My battery lasted much longer then I was anticipating, and almost got 5 years out of it with daily use. The prices are very reasonable, and the employees are all very helpful and down to earth. Just got a new battery from them and couldn't be more satisfied!
Absolutely a great place. Someone helped me right away was able to look up and give me a quote on the batteries available for my vehicle and he quickly got to changing out my battery. Overall they were quick and efficient and the price was very good for what I was previously quoted by AAA roadside.
Well, I don't usually write reviews, but this one I felt I needed to write. I bought two batteries from this company last month, on February 20th. One was a regular battery, and the second was an auxiliary battery needed to start the car. The salesperson advised me to purchase one of their auxiliary batteries, so I did. To make a long story short, after a month, the auxiliary battery failed. My car wouldn't start. I took it to Advanced Auto to have it tested, and the test indicated it needed replacement. So, I did what anyone would do: I tried to get a warranty replacement. When I got there, I was denied a replacement because, according to their battery test tool, the battery was in great condition. If it was in great condition, why wouldn't it start my car? Anyway, I didn't want to argue with the guy; I think his name was Ryan. So, I went home, put the battery back in my car, and it still didn't work. Then, I went to Advanced Auto, got a DieHard replacement auxiliary battery, went home, installed it, and my car started right up. The moral of the story, I guess, is that it's true what people are saying: you get what you pay for. If you can afford a higher-grade battery, get it. You'll be thankful in the long run and won't have to deal with warranty issues through this company if anything happens with your battery.

This family-owned business saved me from some major trouble with my truck battery! They are incredible people. You’re truly in good hands with this business.
The stamped code on the battery is H3 08/2023 but then sold them to me with their own sticker on it that says D4 April/2024
So when I bought them they were already over six months old and of course within 8 months of buying them they have issues and are not under warranty
Stay far away from these theives.. don't take my word for it look at the pictures I posted
EDIT TO THE OWNER: I HAVE ALREADY BEEN THERE TWICE WITH MY RECEIPT AND BATTS AND BOTH TIMES I WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO
Highly recommend electro! I recently needed a new battery for my VW and they changed it very quickly for a bit less than the major auto parts stores. They also offer warranties. I found some places wouldn't install on VW bc the computer has to be reset and they couldn't do it. Very nice people.

Purchased a battery from Steven. He installed it in my Mazda CX-5. He explained the warranty well. I live one block away from a big-name battery business, but found lately that I find better prices elsewhere with better service. Even though Electro is out of my way, it was worth it and I see myself as a return customer when the time comes.
Had the same problems as the other one stars. My partner and I would not recommend this place due to their warranty. They do not offer you a loan battery while yours is charging over night even if you have an emergency like we had. We bought this battery from them less than 5 months ago and the battery has already gone bad, they weren’t super helpful either way it came to this issue. Definitely won’t be going back. Warranty is not worth it.
Wow , excellent customer service once again by Nate . He was actually working the office and came out to help me out with my issue. I drive from Largo for my battery issues always because of this kind of customer service. You don't find customer service like this in the other 20 places I passed to get here. Thanks Nate n crew. I was very happy with my experience at Electro battery. Most places you go you have to sit in the waiting room and wait 30 minutes not here they cleaned cables and made sure the new battery that I purchased will last for two years or longer. I will definitely use this business again.!!

Buy 2 year warranty’s on 8 batteries through them the first time I try and get one replaced , it’s an issue of course . Offered to give me a battery for a 65$ and I have to return it when they charge the battery which odviously dosnt hold a charge from the get go . Bad customer service and the “warranty” is a joke
AMAZING customer service!!! Within an hour David sent out a really nice man to change the battery in my daughters car. Even though my first priority was quality over cost, David & his team delivered on both! The price difference was significantly lower & their customer service was incredible!
