The battery for my 2022 Subaru died on 10/11/2025.
R.I.P. little buddy.
Went into this store on 11/12 at opening and was greeted by both Xavier and Scott. Xavier proceeded to work with my spouse on determining the best choice for our vehicle and without hesitation loaded the battery cart and proceeded to replace the item for us. (A heck of a lot cheaper than an auto shop or dealer)
Both employees were positive, professional and answered our questions with alacrity. This is a convenient location with outstanding personnel. Bravo and thank you!
Very good experience. I had to exchange only a battery but Even it was very busy Miquel was very professional. He had very good multitasking skills and kept his cool I'll worked in retail for 25 years myself and if I still would I would have hired him on the spot he is a keeper. Store was clean and well organized. 5 + stars for the whole experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ps also 5⭐ for the battery. It lasted longer than we thought ⭐
Went in going on the wrong coolant info. After speaking with DQ,who took the time to double check to make sure that I got the right one for my vehicle.
Customer service helped me very efficiently. Looked up items with a quickness found items i wanted. Even though they didn't have the parts he gave the places I could find them and recommended what he would do. Thank you all for being able to look at the situation from the customers views.
I go in here to buy a tail light bulb for my 2009 Chevy Malibu, I hand the guy a $50 and I'm told I can't purchase it because they can't accept $50. What kind of business doesn't accept your cash? No sense in having stuff on the shelf if it can't be purchased. Off to Autozone I go. Was told the cashier name was DQ, tall gentleman. He told me he can't help me because they aren't prepared for people using bigger bills and that I wasn't able to conduct business.
Just a store like every others.But the staff was very friendly and guys didn't have to.But they did it change the Headlights in a car and the Couple extra other little things.

Best place for batteries. Professional, quick, helpful, expert service. Miguel was friendly, answered all my questions, and is very knowledgeable. They offer free battery, starter, and alternator testing. There was no hassle, no wait, and nothing recommended that I didn’t need. Miguel showed me exactly what he found and it was very obvious. Then he left the decision to me with no pressure. Good place with great service.
Stopped by this place today . I was having a little trouble starting the car every now and then so I wanted to get it checked .Well, I made the right decision and also found the right person His name is Sebastian and I can’t say enough good things about this young guy .He found out my battery was almost dead and replaced in less time I thought it was gonna take . Thanks again !!

Employees Scott and DQ are absolutely amazing. I took my 78-year-old mother-in-law in to their location on 38th ave in St Pete. They assisted her with a check engine light as well as a dead battery, they gave her multiple options. She said it was the only time she felt that she had true service with someone wasn’t trying to take advantage of her. We will be shopping at their store in the future. Thank you, gentlemen for the truly excellent customer service.

Advance Auto Parts has been a mainstay for me to obtain replacement parts for both of my cars, a 2013 Cadillac XTS with a 3800 and a 1999 Jaguar XK8 convertible with the 4.0 engine. Both are performance based so they are both a challenge to maintain in tip top shape and a thrill to get behind the steering wheel every time. I don't recall any visit before yesterday when Advance didn't have parts for any of the cars that I have owned over the course of some 50 years. To their credit the Jaguar is a tough one to satisfy due to the limited inventory of spare parts worldwide in that only around 90,000 of that year and model were built half of which were sold in Great Britain and the other half in the USA. I needed a relay switch for the fuse box in the trunk. The store salesman dug deep in their inventory but did not find one. He was ready to place an order but suggested it may be worthwhile to check with the local dealership for the part. Well in so doing, the Jaguar dealership had to place an order for the part anyways. So my hat is off to the Advance team being at the same level of customer satisfaction as the OEM. Plus their stores are located near to where you live and their prices beat any dealership hands down.
Xavier went above and beyond with finding me a set of specific spark plugs at a different store within an hour of closing. Even though his shift was probably almost over and worked all day he still managed to provide the best customer service I’ve ever received from any local auto parts store. Advance auto parts please recognize this employee. Give him a raise or a bonus. Very well deserved.

Every time I need something for my 2018 Chevy Silverado, they don't have it, and i'm having to travel to other stores
One of my favorite places for my auto needs.A great bunch of guys.Also out back behind the store there is a very knowledgeable auto Mechanic named AL. He is a top notch mechanic one of the best. He can fix your car or diagnose the problem for you. He has a machine shop out of his truck . He's there most of the time. He's very honest and fair and reasonable on repairs.
This is the only store location I go to...There's a couple stores that are closer to my home, but the employees at this store, make it the reason I only shop here...I want to say that Edgar, DQ and Jason are amazing and I can't thank you enough, for the excellent service that you always give me...Y'all are so great and thank you very much...
This Advanced auto parts store is one of there best including the employees Scotty and DQ. They are always very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Store is very well taken care of and is usually stocked with most of the things I look for it.
We wish we could give Scott 20 stars! He was respectful, well mannered, efficient, very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond when the screws were too tight, rusted and complicated. Scott spent time to ensure the quality of the battery install was perfect. We truly appreciated his upbeat and genuine enthusiasm to assist us. This is exactly the kind of white gloved service that every employee should display. Scott, we can not thank you enough for not only your work but the smile and trust you provided!

I stopped at Advance to pick up a couple quarts of oil for my truck and a tag light bulb I was greeted as I entered the store and asked if they could help me with anything that's always nice I proceeded to get my oil and bulb as I've been in the store a couple of times and know where the products are I went to the counter paid and was on my way, friendly service and a well-lit store easy entrance back on 66th Street
I ordered wiper blades online to pick up in the store. It was very easy to do this and I received an email within 15 minutes telling me it was ready. When I went to the store I was taken care of by a very nice man, Scottie He checked to be sure that he had the right blades for my order and then put them on the car for me. I appreciate the service there and highly recommend going there and the employee!
Great customer service by all the staff. They look like they enjoy what they're doing. I was very impressed with the youngest staff member. He had to be about 20 years old if not younger. When I came in he was the only one at the counter as the other staff members were outside helping customers. He gave a professional greeting and then asked how he could help. Everything went well but this young man just really impressed me. He was very respectful to me as his elderly, a customer, and a human.
Our guy was super helpful and proactive. Found my son's windshield wipers in 2.5 seconds and was out the door and pulled the others ones off before we knew what was happening. Had them installed in no time while we shopped around. So kind and overly helpful. This will be our new auto parts store for sure. Thanks so much!!
As a commercial account my experience with Brian has been exceptional. He goes the extra mile to make sure that the parts that I need are available in a timely manner. He plays a major role in my decision to purchase through him and his store location.
Got locked out of my car and Matt that works there was able to get me back in it! When I asked for help all the guys chipped in and were more than happy to help as well. Best dam auto parts store around thanks so much for your willingness to help me when I really needed it!
