Quick and efficient! They found something wrong with my tire valve and immediately let me know and made sure everything was good before I left! Would definitely recommend!
Called and he gave me the price for 2 tire installation. I double checked the price again when I dropped car off. He said yes that was the price but when I went back to pick car up he sent his worker out and asked $10 more. Would not come out when I said that is not the price he told me.
Obviously you lied and over charged me so that was the last dollar you received from us.
Your guy didn’t even know where to look on car what pressure he was supposed to inflate tires. So he over inflated. The max pressure on the tire is what the tire can handle maximum, it is not the pressure for all vehicles. You do tires and don’t even know that??
We’re rehabbing an old jeep and it’s the most pitiful vehicle. Our best experience so far has been finding Bernie’s. Such a reasonable price for everything, great work, done fast, and a really good selection. We live in Clearwater and work in Tampa, but to us it’s worth the drive to deal with someone honest who does good business.
Kinda of upset , my boyfriend drives premium car & somehow the Kia symbol that covers the nuts on tire has now somehow Fallen off at some point of driving , only got tire replaced one day ago . & I hope for the future mechanics can triple check things like making sure they’re completely secure , some things small to one are big to another ,
The guys that work there are very nice and professional. I had to get two tires and brakes for the front of my car. They actually had the best prices for the work that had to be done, and they were able to get it done in less than an hour! I will for sure go back there.
A place I'll never go again we ask for 2 tires for a lexus RX350 and we got note this the tires we buy was the wrong side and use. He sale it like new. I don't never again.

I bought a used tire from here and the same day it blew out, they said I had a warranty so I came the next morning to have them warranty it and they said they couldn’t. I don’t recommend this place they don’t care once they get their money. They will not honor their warranty so beware.
Went to Bernie's to get a patch in my front truck tire, they came out and looked at the tire told me they could take care of it as soon as they finish with the customer they were working on, they took care of it in about 20 minutes and I was on my way a satisfied customer
Went in and got a 'new to me' tire for a really good price. Had a slight issue . went back they fixed it no problem. The minute I pulled in there till I pulled back out again all happy was probably 20 minutes. very happy very polite what a nice shop and I will definitely be going back. They didn't try to up-sell me they didn't try to diagnose a bunch of problems with my car they asked what was wrong I told him they fixed it absolutely stellar I literally got happy tears going on because I'm so tired of getting ripped off everywhere. Woke up to this bad boy on a Sunday. After 2 different attempts at well known tire companies, I found Bernie’s which was open and got my Jeep tire all fixed! Thank goodness for local shops… and those who are open on Sunday.

My car alerted to me that one of my tires was low, so I looked and saw a small nail in my back left tire. I took it to Tire Kingdom and was nearly peer pressured into purchasing a completely new tire that didn’t even match my other ones!?! I was completely unsatisfied and felt like I had wasted my time. The next day, I took my car to Bernie’s and the gentleman looked at my tire and was kind enough to spray my tire with soap and water in order to locate the hole because we could not find the nail. He found the hole and said the nail didn’t even puncture all the way through! In summary, I didn’t even need a patch much less a new tire! So pleased with my experience at Bernie’s and am strictly going here from now on. No BS, unbelievably helpful & friendly!!
They have worked on my car and my mom's cards I took her up there and they're very courteous they're very quick on getting the porch if they don't have them they've done all four of my tires and off of my mother's tires with used tire replacement and had a great experience with them.

Have been here three times since they opened (moved) on 66th. The 1st time, I came over to get 2 used tires, had a flat in the front. They were friendly, and did the job fast, priced ok. Two weeks go by, I get another flat, I came to them to get 2 other used tires for the back. This time, they changed the tires, and noticed that my BACK BRAKE PADS need to be changed. The mechanic was friendly and no issues.
The Problem is, I guess there are different qualities of Brake pads, BECAUSE, they gave me possibly the cheapest pads without asking me. REASON BEING? My back tire rims get sooo dirty soo fast, and it seems I have to wash my rims every week. I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE!!! Never. Also, one of the back (used) tires, since I got them here, has been loosing air, every 30-40 days, I need to pump air in the one tire.
And, a few weeks ago, my "CHECK ENGINE" light went on. I drove up to them, 2 guys sitting relaxing, not busy, I asked them if they can check what is wrong, and their reply "what do you want us to do?" I asked them, if they can find out why is the "CHECK ENGINE" light is on? And they either tried to play stupid or were not interested in helping out, although they do have signs and banners offering all engine repairs etc.,..
I have basically given up on them, when the boss is not around, I guess, that's the problem...
Berries, they were very friendly, professional and good attitudes and personalities. I was getting tires and and didn't want to get my car dirty. The gave me cardboard to put the tire on. I thought that was very thoughtful. I will definitely go back for car repairs and may truck repairs.
2nd time Coming here first time for a tire. Quick and easy this time for screw in the tire. They fixed quick and easy. And then let me know that one of the bolts on my suspension wasn't tight and all the way they fixed it for me. No problem. Amazing shop! Thank you all so much.!
We needed 3 new tires, on NYE...I called all over to compare prices from places that were open. Bernie's offered a great price! We went and everyone was very nice, and efficient! The main reason for my 5 star review, is that I thought we needed 3 tires, and that's what I told them, after looking at the car/tires, they brought me over and showed me that one of tires really didn't need to be replaced! They saved me some money and were honest and didn't take advantage of the situation! Very great business!!
Fast friendly service and reasonable prices. A large big box club wouldn't install the tires I ordered for my Jeep because they were larger than the size on the door sticker. Bernie's had them mounted and balanced by the time I walked to McDonald's and back for a snack.

Shawn and the guys took excellent care of us. 4 used tires while we wait less than 30 mins. He also noticed the tie rods are bad and we are bringing it in next week for that.

Friendly staff, fair prices, very honest and quality work on tire repair. They were open at 8 am on Easter Sunday and saved me from being stranded and having to miss work on Monday. I greatly appreciate them and highly recommend.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind group of automotive tire outfitters. Clean, well maintained, and organized shop. It is my opinion that there is a direct relation between an entrepreneur's love for their business and the amount of elbow grease they expend to properly maintain that business. Hence when they love their business, it shows - just like at Bernie's Tire. I didn't even need a tire we I met them but I'll definitely be back when I do need a tire. I just stopped by for friendly advice on where to sell a new tire I wasn't able to use and they gave me suggestions that made sense. Again, I'll definitely be back when I need their help.
I have been coming to this tire shop for over a year. Josh and Bernie always give me superior customer service. In my line of work I frequently run over nails and need a plug or patch. Usually there is no wait prices are reasonable. Anytime I have had an issues with a used tire from them they have lived up to their warranty and replaced the tire with no problem no questions asked. I highly recommend this shop.
I stopped here after calling 8 of the first searches on Google for "used tires Saint Pete" as he had 2 matching tires for my truck and no one else did. They mounted, balanced and disposed of my old tires for a very reasonable price and gave me a 30 day warranty on them. They have some dirt bike, trailer, and motorcycle tires as well. I was in and out. parking is small, call first to make sure they have the tires you need.

I am a single mom with kids. The dealership wanted to charge me 400$+ for one new tire. They were able to patch it and sent me on my way. Was told the patch should last as long as the tire. I saved a lot of money and they took care of me speedy fast. Although my rim did a lil banged up... I was happy with the fact they were able to help. Can't put a price tag on peace of mind.
