I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experiences with Allums Auto Shop, where I’ve been a loyal customer for over six years. During this time, I’ve entrusted them with multiple vehicles, including my Jetta, Maserati, and Mercedes, and I have always been thoroughly satisfied with their service.
From my experience, Allums has consistently delivered top-quality work at fair and reasonable prices. Not once have I had to return my car after a service, as they always get it right the first time. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days, especially with the concerns many people have about auto shops taking advantage of customers, particularly women.
In addition to my own positive experiences, I’ve referred three family members and two friends to Allums, and all of them have been equally happy with the service they received. Their professionalism and integrity have earned my trust, and I continue to rely on them for all my automotive needs.
I’m not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but based on my personal experience, I have never encountered any dishonesty or unfair practices from Allums. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of honest and high-quality automotive care.
Tells you they have them and they'll call with a price in an hour, 3 wasted hours waiting, 4 more phone calls, they are out of stock then they just hang up on you. Not worth the aggregation I'll pay inflated price at another place.
Brought in my car in to have the hybrid ac compressor replaced. I was told the compressor part had been ordered. When I picked up my car they had refilled the ac, ordered the wrong part, told me there was a leak in the system (even though they did not visually locate one) they refilled the ac system anyways, doesn't make sense. Was charged 214$ for a "diagnosis". Week later my ac compressor has gone completely out. Thanks Bruce
Did a job great and saved me money replacing my 328i wheel bearings. These guys know what they are doing and I will bring my car back when I have an issue.
Bruce and his guys are the best. I was having starting problems with my 18 year beloved vw new beetle and several other garages couldn't figure it out. This problem could have been caused by many things. They figured it out and I am up and running thanks to these guys. Great job!!!!!!
Where do I put zero stars?...
I personally delivered a wiring harness for my son's mercedes for my mechanic 9 months ago and they lost the part, tried to give us a similar but wrong part, and finally admitted to my mechanic they lost it. After many months of calling by me my wife, and the mechanic Mike @ Mike's Automotive they refuse to do anything so we are going to claim the part was lost by Allums and their insurance can go through the roof. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE FOR ANY THING WHATSOEVER! If insurance route fails then we have all signed sworn affidavits concerning the time line for a lawsuit. Again they can not be trusted in any way. Check your parts right away. They sold me the wrong part and when I returned to get the mater corrected the owner throw his hands up said nothing to do but order another one.
