Called Jay on a Tuesday afternoon and he answered my call in a few seconds where most other "FREE" appliance pickup companies either do not answer the phone at all or charge a hefty fee to pick up my old kitchen appliances. Jay was being very honest on the phone and came by the very SAME DAY (about 3 hours after I made the call). Very impressive about Jay's work ethic and professionalism.

I would highly recommend using Jay! We had our ac condenser replaced but the company did not take the old one away.
