Probably one of the worst car towing experiences I have ever had. Due to a coolant leak issue I had to tow my car. My insurance company thankfully helps with towing. They assigned me to Pagan. At first Pagan was super responsive and quoted me a good time frame (around an hour and half). By the second hour there were no more updates so I decided to call and find out what’s going on and got multiple answers. On the chat the customer service agent told me it was still on the way around 20 mins then when 20 mins passed I called and immediately received a text message from the number to text instead. The person I spoke to through text told me they were already there even sending a picture. They were in fact not there and the picture was a random car not mine being towed on the highway where I’m stuck in a residential area. So I tried calling a different number and got ahold of dispatch who at first tried to make excuses that they got confused since mine and another car were the same models. I told him about the picture and the car’s make and model were not indeed the same as mine. He didn’t have much to say after and only added more time to the wait Another 30 mins… so I waited and of course nothing. Got into the chat and was also told another 30 mins. I gave up and called my insurance company who were great at finding me another towing company who are almost here as I’m writing this and has communicated their where abouts since the switch. Needless to say I would not ever use or recommended this company for towing. Best of luck!

The Pagan Towing crew are miracle workers! They managed to get my family's school bus/RV out of a really tight spot. Any other towing company would have probably given up. They didn't. I'm so grateful for their hard work and determination. Can't recommend them enough. One million stars!
Teo towed my Miata for me, and I couldn't be more impressed. He threaded the truck into the garage with a perfect inch of clearance on both sides. Completely impressed.

after having tried using insurances roadside service at 3 pm on saturday , insurance refused to send somebody other than some guy that had definitely discovered and fell having to hard drugs which effected his towing recovery time to a likely “not coming”, i finally got the insurance company tonfhange my driver. matthew from pagan towing responded to the dispatch, called me, retrieved my truck, and had on my property in less than 30 minutes. 1000 percent recommend
DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY. The driver showed up and didn't quite know how his tow truck worked. Then, I asked him if he would like me to turn off the hazard lights on my car. He told me no, he would turn them off when he arrived at the destination. He then proceeded to leave my lights on overnight (around 10 hours). This left the battery completely dead, making it challenging to unlock the vehicle. I had to drive to the repair center to unlock the car myself. Then, after the car had been repaired and charged, the battery still didn't work and now shows as 2% battery health. When contacted, the company said they didn't really care that I was stranded with a dead battery and hung up, promising to call back shortly. It's now been 3 days, and I still haven't heard from him.
Driver was nice. Company quoted 90 minutes. Over 4 hours later they arrived. Every time I called to check status, they said 20 more minutes. If they would have been honest on time we could have scheduled our day to work with the time line. Either way 4 hours is unacceptable for in town service.
I would give negative 10, came smelling like beer, stayed 5 mins and didn’t let my battery charge, told me it was my alternator, which I explained it wasn’t, I left my lights on, my alternator was just replaced! Told me he would tow me to his BOYS SHOP FOR THE REPAIR, I declined. Charged me $60 and left. Then my neighbor jumped me in less than 10 minutes (because he let the battery charge up. When I called back and explained they told me it wasn’t their problem, and hung up on me after pretending like they couldn’t speak English but could communicate just fine w me prior!
Super fast and professional. My car was hooked up and delivered where it needed to go in less than 20 minutes! Driver sent a picture at drop off for ease of mind.
Used this towing service twice in the last 2 days through my insurance roadside assistance. They were excellent! Very professional and kind. I was a little leary of the name but both trucks were emblazoned with Bible scripture verses. Awesome!

Wow! I have been in the automotive industry for 40 years. My tow was arranged by my insurance company. My driver was Ashley. He was punctual, hard working, and tolerant of my displeasure my new vehicle needed to be towed. Ashley went through a series of troubleshooting then made the correct decision to tow. He took great care in seeing my car was not damaged in the process. Seeing scripture painted on the cab of the truck was also indicative of how this company is run. Nice guy, he dropped my truck exactly where I asked him to and even offered me a ride. He did very professional work, he got the crappy car I was driving up on a wrecker in no more than 10 minutes. The only reason I'm dropping a star is that it was pretty expensive, $147 for 3mi tow. Anyway I wouldn't shy away from using this company again. He actually got to the tow destination before I did so I couldn't give him a tip. I hope four stars compensates for that, thanks man.
Unfortunately, my tire blew out on a busy highway, but Pagan Towing truly saved the day. Teo arrived in under an hour, got my car safely to a shop, and was incredibly kind throughout the whole experience. I’m so grateful for the quick response and his professionalism during a stressful moment.
Unfortunately my vehicle died on me this past Saturday, in the high heat, I was worried about getting my car to the garage in time so it could be fixed the same day. I called Pagan towing and got immediate service. I was so impressed by the FAST service, GREAT customer service and AWESOME driver! I couldn't believe how professional the driver was, he explained the process me and took care of my car. Thank you Pagan towing, my car was fixed the same day due to your awesome service.
The company may have a good reputation, but they need to train their drivers in basic courtesy and common sense. A driver blocked the only vehicle passageway in a small shopping center by backing in to hook up a pickup truck. Instead of quickly hooking up the truck, the driver spent the first 10 minutes taking pictures while blocking traffic. I suggested that he park the wrecker first and then take his photos before returning to hook up the truck. He just laughed and continued to take his time, showing no concern for others. I notified dispatch in the hopes that this will prompt additional training and a discussion about common courtesy with the driver.
My car suddenly stopped and broke down on the Howard Frankland bridge. Cars were flying by me at 100 mph and I was worried. Pagan towing was quick, responsive, and towed me off the bridge within 20 mins of the initial phone call. Thank you to the driver Roberto Ortiz
My jeep wouldn’t start when I came out of the veterinary clinic with two dogs on a hot afternoon. Shane arrived much more quickly than the Road Service estimate, and was professional, kind, and helpful in every way. He went above and beyond “normal“ service, with great consideration for me as a wheelchair user. He wrangled my two dogs and helped me climb into the cab of his truck after loading my jeep on his flatbed. I would not hesitate to use his services again (but hopefully not) and have no reservations about recommending him wholeheartedly.
