The driver showed up and didn't quite know how his tow truck worked. Then, I asked him if he would like me to turn off the hazard lights on my car. He told me no, he would turn them off when he arrived at the destination. He then proceeded to leave my lights on overnight (around 10 hours). This left the battery completely dead, making it challenging to unlock the vehicle. I had to drive to the repair center to unlock the car myself. Then, after the car had been repaired and charged, the battery still didn't work and now shows as 2% battery health. When contacted, the company said they didn't really care that I was stranded with a dead battery and hung up, promising to call back shortly. It's now been 3 days, and I still haven't heard from him.
Driver was nice. Company quoted 90 minutes. Over 4 hours later they arrived. Every time I called to check status, they said 20 more minutes. If they would have been honest on time we could have scheduled our day to work with the time line. Either way 4 hours is unacceptable for in town service.
I would give negative 10, came smelling like beer, stayed 5 mins and didn’t let my battery charge, told me it was my alternator, which I explained it wasn’t, I left my lights on, my alternator was just replaced! Told me he would tow me to his BOYS SHOP FOR THE REPAIR, I declined. Charged me $60 and left. Then my neighbor jumped me in less than 10 minutes (because he let the battery charge up. When I called back and explained they told me it wasn’t their problem, and hung up on me after pretending like they couldn’t speak English but could communicate just fine w me prior!
I was stranded in the middle of 38th Avenue with my car overheating. I was waiting for roadside assistance, when two nice men from the company pulled up and pulled me out of the middle of the road. They weren’t even there because of roadside assistance, they were just driving by. Thank you so much!

My tow driver, Luis Diaz, asked me what was wrong with my car and I mentioned it wouldn’t start. He got in the driver seat, turned the key about halfway until it fired up and then explained to me how it’s just my starter and that the older GMCs usually have a similar issue. Didn’t charge me anything to come out and was very friendly. Saved the day!
Wow! I have been in the automotive industry for 40 years. My tow was arranged by my insurance company. My driver was Ashley. He was punctual, hard working, and tolerant of my displeasure my new vehicle needed to be towed. Ashley went through a series of troubleshooting then made the correct decision to tow. He took great care in seeing my car was not damaged in the process. Seeing scripture painted on the cab of the truck was also indicative of how this company is run. Nice guy, he dropped my truck exactly where I asked him to and even offered me a ride. He did very professional work, he got the crappy car I was driving up on a wrecker in no more than 10 minutes. The only reason I'm dropping a star is that it was pretty expensive, $147 for 3mi tow. Anyway I wouldn't shy away from using this company again. He actually got to the tow destination before I did so I couldn't give him a tip. I hope four stars compensates for that, thanks man.

I have not used this tow company but I want to write about 1 of the drivers. I was coming on to 275 from the skyway, this driver is merging, no turn signal and then hogs 2 lanes for about 10 sec. I hit 90mph going around him as he was speeding. I flashed him and hit the horn, then as i passed he was hitting his horn at me like i was the bad guy here, and then he was cutting other driveers off. He continued to do that all the way on to ulmerton road and further. I did not get the truck # which I was trying to do.
I hope you can train this driver on how to drive correctly.
My insurance works with Pagan and sent them out to pick me up from Bayfront yesterday where my car was up on the 4th floor of a parking garage. My driver, Anthony (I believe?) was nothing short of amazing. He went well above and beyond to help me out in a situation that was so much more upsetting than I can express. I bought a used car a month ago and it’s been in the shop longer than I’ve had it at home to drive it. He was so kind and helpful; it made a crummy situation into a good experience. I know tipping isn’t an expectation, but if I’d been able to, I’d have tipped him big. He deserved it (this is me campaigning for that man to get a raise because he is a gem)! Thank you, a million times over.

My experience was great. I had nail in tire and major flat tire while out at the market and Ray came to the rescue. He showed up so quick too, barely waited 10 mins. He was so professional and kind. He went way above and beyond for us. I truly appreciate him making it stress free as I am recovering from cancer and major surgery. I highly recommend Pagan and big thank you to Ray. Pagan was provided by my roadside assistance through State Farm. Though the State Farm app experience was dreadful, Pagan's service was exceptional. The State Farm app estimated a 90-minute wait as I wasn't in traffic. But I was blocking a business and the team there weren't pleased. I called Pagan to see if my call could be escalated. The dispatcher was knowledgeable, polite, understanding.... and my truck was already just 30 min away! The driver ( should have gotten his name, but you know your head's not really in the game in these situations... the cab read Legal Towing) was courteous, efficient, and friendly. I'd elected to have my car taken to my home and he went out of his way to park it in the side yard (so my dotty neighbour wouldn't hit the wing mirror... again). I and my car were home and settled in about an hour....the night before a holiday. Wow. The difference was in the people - any truck could have gotten us towed... the two gentlemen I interacted with were reassuring, effective, and supportive. The experience was as positive as it could have been, and I've now told my daughter should she need roadside assistance to just skip the State Farm app and call Pagan.

I called early on a Saturday, was given a reasonable rate and told a pick up time. The truck arrived before the estimated time, which is impressive!! Overall a company with a good system, always nice to see folks working in pairs for good training and service. Friendly dispatch over the phone, excellent communication, with me and internally.

The company may have a good reputation, but they need to train their drivers in basic courtesy and common sense. A driver blocked the only vehicle passageway in a small shopping center by backing in to hook up a pickup truck. Instead of quickly hooking up the truck, the driver spent the first 10 minutes taking pictures while blocking traffic. I suggested that he park the wrecker first and then take his photos before returning to hook up the truck. He just laughed and continued to take his time, showing no concern for others. I notified dispatch in the hopes that this will prompt additional training and a discussion about common courtesy with the driver.
Appreciate the professionalism and knowledge from Anthony. Had the car loaded quickly and explained the whole process. Anthony is the man for luxury vehicles!
Used them through our Hum service and always have had great service and they come quick. Needed a tow outside of our service where another tow company quoted us at $130 not Pagan, they not only did it for $75 but also arrived quickly.

My jeep wouldn’t start when I came out of the veterinary clinic with two dogs on a hot afternoon. Shane arrived much more quickly than the Road Service estimate, and was professional, kind, and helpful in every way. He went above and beyond “normal“ service, with great consideration for me as a wheelchair user. He wrangled my two dogs and helped me climb into the cab of his truck after loading my jeep on his flatbed. I would not hesitate to use his services again (but hopefully not) and have no reservations about recommending him wholeheartedly.
Efficient, friendly service. Bobby called to make sure he knew where my car was, and was there within 15 minutes of my service request. He let me ride with him to the mechanic, which was a great help.
