Great service on my 2019 Ninja 400. As a new customer, Paul and Bill were extremely gracious throughout the process of getting my bike serviced. Paul was transparent and honest about the work needed and the price. Barely took him a day to get it turned around for me and he was kind enough to walk me through some regular maintenance I could do on my own between major services. Will be bringing my bike back here for any future work!

Doesnt want to tell you how much they are going to charge before you come in, i needed a simple tire replaced treads showing so its unsafe and i wanna know i can afford it before i go. Dude said i dont do quotes over the phone- everyone else does. I said you dont know what you charge for a tire and the work? The receptionist (cuz hes not a mechanic) i do, but im not gonna tell you over the phone. Homie was rude af, and im just out here trying to keep my husband from dying. The center of the tore tread is literally gone, and the tone of the receptionists voice made me wanna knee cap him. 10/10 would not recommend. Trash
I brought my bike to this shop in two boxes and missing parts from another mechanic. The bike is 20 years old.These guys are outstanding they were able to go through the bike, front and back. Walk me through all processes and let me know what they were doing it was a fair price and they are very honest. I would recommend this Shop to anyone.

Paul dropped everything to help me. I have a vintage HD with an odd peacock that was leaking. Paul took the time to pull parts. My husband desperately needed new tires for his motorcycle, and after searching several places, he found County Cycles. Despite being very busy, Paul was willing to help him out right away. Paul not only did an excellent job, he helped my husband figure out what he needs, not just what he wants. We will definitely be making County Cycles our go to place from now on.
Paul helped me out a lot and played a big part in getting my bike running again. I needed a special shaped gasket and out of several places I have called he was the only one able to cut out(that’s right, cut a new gasket) the needed gasket with his gasket cutting machine. He also was able to do this on a day in which other shops were closed. I highly recommend county cycles inc to anyone with service/machinery needs and Paul as your service member.

no other dealer could figure out the carburetor problem on my husqvarna 450 after county cycles did their magic the bike ran better than new!! took my mint condition zx7r for a carb clean and tune and it runs and rides amazing not many places can do as good of a job on motorcycles as these guys ! they really know their craft well experienced techs ! not some dumb fresh out of school kids like the big dealerships have to not have to pay experienced techs !
I was broke down because my clutch wite snapped, I gave them a call and they didn't hesitate to help me out amd get me back on the road within a couple of hours. They are professional amd friendly and highly recommend going to them for any of your problems. Even if you only have a question they will kindly help you out or give recommendations. If i can give more than 5 stars I would.
I recently had to replace a rear tire, and I had called 13 other shops and businesses until I called Paul (the owner of the business), saying he could have the tire that I needed next day. Unfortunately, we thought that it would have to be prolonged a day due to the delivery truck breaking down, and unfortunately my bike is my only form of transportation and I explained that to him. I know it is not his fault and that he can not control deliveries but he deeply apologized and I left it at that. But Paul called me later that night and said that even though the delivery was super late, that he would go ahead and throw the new tire on. I rushed over to the shop with a pep to my step and he explained things that I didn't know about my motorcycle and pointed out other things that were missing from the original seller that could later prove fatal. Not only did he take the time out of his night AFTER HOURS to put that tire on there, but also threw in a few other small things at no extra charge to me to make sure that I was safe and secured on the road. Paul absolutely made my night and he has my future business when it comes to repairs needed on my bike. He was very direct to the point and professional in his work and I couldn't be more thankful to him!
Been frequenting this shop over a decade. Always friendly, conscientious and do great work. Highly recommend them to others! A good shop is hard to come by.
Skinnier, Younger guy helped me out, didn’t catch his name though, super helpful, amazing mechanic. Extremely fair price. Customer service like this is the reason County has been around for 34 years.

Well I just left my Kawasaki off there to have some front-end work and we will see how it turns out so I cannot give a review right now but the mechanic scene very knowledgeable and that's all I can say right now
Went there today, was referred by a local. Just needed a brake lever for an old bike. Bill & Paul were awesome. Sourced the part and even put it on for me. Very busy shop, but know what they are doing. Even went over my motorcycle and pointed a few things for me that could use a little worn. I was highly appreciative & definitely will be going back.
Top notch motorcycle shop. Got referred by a friend and it was the best referral i could've ever had. My bike was fixed right the first time and hasnt been back since. They will be getting all of my service work as well as my friends and families.
I brought my yz80 to get a new sprocket and chain put on. The total price came up to $260 and I provided the sprocket. They took forever and even called me to come get it early because they didn't have enough room they said for it because more motorcycles we needed fixing. Worst shop around and it took me everything not too get disrespectful and cause an altercation. How u can fix something n rush to have it out just to get money quicker. This shop will soon be closed down. Stupid mfs
Don't ever go here they are overwhelmed and the service is horrible I had experiences with this shop and the owner for over a year-and-a-half you might as well go to the shop that is well-staffed and spend a little bit more to get better service and by the way if anybody tells you to go get used parts from this man don't do it because you will sit there for hours and most likely accomplish nothing
But I will say this if you want a clutch cable or brake cable he's amazing at that and will do it in a timely manner but that's about it
Went in today for a much needed clutch cable. These guys have saved my bacon twice now. Only shop around to consistently have parts in stock and not have to wait a week for something to come in.
I'm blown away...I have been giving my business to these guys for the last 5 years. I am a local technician in the area and so i usually buy what I need for my customers here..
So today I go in for a rebuild kit only to have a $100 rebuilt master cyclinder that I don't want. All i needed is a rebuild kit for my customer.. So while the guys looks for a part number he insults me and my personal business. Totally unprofessional especially when I am helping support the small business. I would rather spend the money in my local community than over the Internet. ..no?
What a way to lose my business for good and anyone I know...

As I understand it, this shop's ownership has been passed down from Bill, who founded County Cycles back in the 60s/70s, to his son, Paul. While Bill still hangs around the shop, I dealt primarily with Paul. Not only did Paul change out my rear tire, sprockets, and chain as we had arranged, but he thoroughly scrubbed clean my rear wheel, port step, kickstand, and front/rear brake discs. They look like new, and it probably represented an additional hour of labor that he didn't even charge me for! This is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks, Paul.
