I called at least 13 different vehicle scrapers over the past 5-6 days. All of them told me these Amazing quotes but the owner of this company is the only one from among the 13 I called who wasn't a scammer, he's an honest guy and will make every attempt to work with you. If your going through Pebble they are lying to you and will just keep pulling you along until some Spanish guy shows up with a check for ¼ what the originally quoted you.

We're very happy with the service. Michael was here in 20 minutes after we texted to picked up a junk 2003 Buick we inherited with no title. I don’t have long enough to tell you all the wonderful things about this company and the owner Mike. He not only knocked his professional agreements out of the park, but he restored my faith in humans. He is the kindest, sweetest and most genuine person. He did exactly what he said he would, and he went above and beyond for no benefit to himself. This is rare. He helped me with another vehicle, from kindness. If I could give him ten stars I would. Most of the places I spoke to were the large corporations hiding behind local ads, from an overseas call center. Don’t bother, just go with Mike. A wonderful service, a wonderful human.

I got an online purchase offer from a well known large company(with a lot of fine print which gave them lots of leeway to lower their online offer once they "inspected" my SUV). Based on their excellent Google reviews, I decided to give Junk Car Express a call. They offered me a fair price, undoubtably at least what the other place would have eventually actually given me. They went out of their way to make a fast, straightforward transaction, and saved me a lot of time. Very friendly, honest people. Highly recommended.
Saw Mike's tow truck around the area a few times and decided to shoot an email inquiry through the website. He answered any quick questions I had and gave a quote once I had photos over to him.
