These dudes will snicker at you while they screw you over. Went to pick up my car and it had damage in 2 different places. And they asked for a $93 tip when they couldn't provide change for the cash payment they asked for.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are total scammers and thieves. I got towed approximately 9 miles and was charged $470.00

This is a terrible company. The guys that work here get off on charging people an absurd amount of money after their cars are towed — and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They all look like they just got out of prison too.

The guy driving around windward pointe towing people if they don’t have a visitors pass was horrible. I was there for a medical emergency called out by the cops for no more than 10 or 15 minutes and he starting towing. When giving him advice to not approach someone in the future with 76 bucks to drop it now he said I don’t need advice. I know he was doing his job but felt privelaged on private property. Shame on this company and windward pointe for hiring them

My sister had her car towed and I called to see how much it would cost. They were really nice over the phone and helped us out with getting together everything she needed to get her car back

This is the type of tow company that you resort to when you have zero skill in this business. Going to Red Roof Inn and looking for people with an expired tag to tow? You’re literally preying on the poor… do better. This is as low as it gets for a tow company.

This company is very rude and disrespectful. I could not get one word out on the phone without Cody cutting me off. I am NOT mad that my car ALMOST got towed. I am upset with the person who tried to tow my car being disrespectful and nasty with his words to me. My bf was angry but I had NOTHING to do with the argument they were having and I came down the stairs asking what all the yelling is for. I came down there calm and respectful. Tyler spoke to me very rudely and unprofessionally. Do not use this company/service. At the end of the day, treat people the way you want to be treated.

Worst job for anyone, they should be shut down!!!! Since when do they make a special flashlights to see parking stickers on car windshields? Lol! They don't tow vehicles that have expired tags or are wrecked! Don't know how to do there job unprofessional and will be getting a lawyer because they don't follow Florida laws!

Car was towed. Called number and was not given the address of the actual location of my car to pick up. When I went to pay my credit card was photographed on a phone in order to pay. No idea what will happen to my credit card info now, need to cancel my card now.

Driver kept telling lies that car was illegally parked. After explaining, told them it was not. He went away. They need to train they're people more and fire people that are not professional. Choose a different company if I were you. Would not recommend.

Would recommend businesses choose a different company! You can tow my car but you don’t have to be a bad person about it. Grabbed smoothies and blocked one parking spot of a closed business that had 3 parking spots. Inconvenienced no one and the spot I blocked was still usable (you just had to park at an angle). Was towed by the time I came out. The gentleman I called denied allowing me to see pictures and was generally bullish and rude and made me feel they were being predatory. If you choose a towing company for your business choose better people

on 12NOV2021 i parked in a 24hr gym parking lot that was empty to grab some ice cream for my kids and I who were hangin out with friends for a birthday. When i parked in the lot i didnt see any signs about towing. after we got the ice cream and came back, i saw my car being towed. When i called the number i was told that the parking lot was clearly marked, and that it was going to cost me 130 plus fees if i can get there right now. i informed them i didnt see the sign and was met with instant aggrivation. the call ended with them telling me they would send me the address. upon recieving the address another tow truck arrived and i asked to ride back to the compound when my vehicle had been brought to, the driver told me "unfortunately i am not allowed to give you a ride." i then was forced to walk over a mile to the establishment. upon arriving at the establishment i was asked if i was there to pick up a vehicle to which i responded with yes but i would like to discuss this with someone. The person i spoke on the phone with came from around a truck and immediately got heated saying that i had stolen a sign and he was going to check the cameras. i informed the person i hadnt stolen any sign but he refused to believe me. i tried to explain that my friedns had a membership at the gym and so we were not parked illegally. He explained that it didnt matter cuz the sign that wasn't posted stated if someone parkewd and left the premesis they were subject to towing. i tried to explain that this sign wasn't posted as i was continueally blamed for stealing a sign. after i realized that the conversation wasnt going anywhere i said ill pay for my truck. Upon hearing this the person calmed down and attempted to appologize for his behavior. will never utilize a company that purposfully goes out of their way to make the process difficult and ruined a birthday hang out with firends.

Scam artist! They have their vehicles hidden while a spotter just sits and waits for you to leave your car. I mistakenly parked in one of their lots (traps) to deliver packages because the street parking was full at the time and I was pressed for time. In the time it took me to walk/deliver my packages to the apartment and back to the lot my car was gone with the additional packages still inside. I had to walk a mile, and pay $136 to reclaim my car when I was only parked for at most 5 min and the lot wasn't even 1/4 full.

We have worked with this excellent company for many years now and they have always been polite and professional. I would recommend them to any one that just needs a tow and to businesses that need help enforcing their parking policies. Great people!

I understand my car was towed due to being parked in a ‘tow away zone’ from a hotel parking lot whose sign is not only hidden but the parking lot was empty. I am from out of town- both signs hidden. Again, not mad because you were doing your job. I’m infuriated with how I was treated once I arrived to pick up my vechile. I was called a ‘liar’ and cursed at. The young guy threw my credit card on the floor after my payment was received as well as the receipt. As I walked towards my car, he got in one last jab by shouting ‘lying lesbian get out.’ The level of professionalism was at a negative ten. No one deserves to be treated like this especially when they are the one being inconvenienced.

Yesterday I was parked at 965 Central Ave. I was gone all of 10 minutes, when I arrived they were in the process of hooking up my car to the tow truck when I arrived (it was not fully hooked up just front wheels on dollies) yet they continued to hook up my car and I was charged a drop fee. Under Florida Law the car owner is not allowed to be accessed a drop fee unless the vehicle is fully hooked up to the tow before the vehicle owner arrives on scene!!

I understand that they are “just doing their job” but they have NO ETHICS. I admit, I parked in a “no parking” spot of a business, that was not even open, to run in and PICK UP food from a neighboring restaurant. No exaggeration, I was there for less than 5 minutes! The towers straight admitted to me that my car was towed instead of the also wrongfully parked Hummer (restaurant patrons were parked long before I arrived and stayed to eat) because my car was “easier” to tow. Because I was only in for 5 minutes, I thought my car was stolen... shows they were posted up waiting. I was also told by the restaurant employees that the tow truck sits outside the establishment waiting for easy tows. They know where the easy tows are and wait. Predatory towing, snakes. Companies who contract this towing company, do you really want these people representing your business? I know I will have nothing to do with the business that contracted this towing company, and they will receive an equally negative review of their organization.

This company towed my car for “expired tags” recently. Turns out my tags weren’t expired, but someone had found a way to steal my registration sticker. Just because you can legally tow a car that has expired plates does not mean you should. It’s a law that needs changed. Police do not impound a car for tags, at most it’s a ticket and usually only a warning to remind you to renew your tags. Expired tags do not mean a vehicle is abandoned. So while I do appreciate tow companies that remove nuisance vehicles and keep our community looking nice, I abhor this company’s practice of towing every day drivers for expired tags. It’s a money grab and I get it you’re a business, but should I ever need a tow myself for any other reason I’ll never use your company. Believe me, I have awful luck and have needed tow services many many times in my life. You did make a mistake and your driver admitted it. We picked up our car without having to pay your company any money. The frustration is not something you can refund. The hour of my life it took to get the car back can’t be returned. He did not run the plates when he took the car. He did run the plates when I showed up the next morning and apologized. His response was that everyone makes mistakes. I agree, like having a tag expire and not catching it. The difference is when your company made a mistake it didn’t cost you anything, when I made a mistake I had to pay you for it. Nothing personal against the driver or your company but the practice of towing a vehicle that is clearly a daily driver for an expired tag is underhanded. The law is on your side I get it, that doesn’t make it just. I never said you worked with the police to impound vehicles. I made the comparison that a police officer would likely offer a warning to get your tags up to date, whereas your company takes it as an opportunity to grab some money. I’d be happy to come in and discuss the matter but I’m sure it wouldn’t make a difference and I’d still be out the money for this most recent tow.

Disgusting place. Complete rip off artists. Two different people there were towed on the same evening And we were charged different amounts. We were told we had to pay cash only and then given no reciept. Complaint with BBB will be filed tomorrow and the owners of the hotel will be notified of their conduct. If they don't act on it I'll include them in my complaint. Couldn't be more clear this place is not reputable. If they demand cash and give no reciept, 9 times out of 10 someone is just pocketing it and not paying taxes on it. BBB can look through it and figure it out.

You all are bad people. You think you aren't hurting people but you are. $150 charge cash only on Sunday June 25, 2017 towed my car from a bar. You're the worst part of America. I wasn't hurting anyone being parked but taking money from my family does hurt. I hope you're happy with my actual hard earned money for your barely legal scam.

Just a few days ago my car had broken down at 11pm in a dangerous neighborhood in the St. Pete area. Being a small framed female I was nervous to be stuck there by myself. I had used this towing company before for a previous issue a few years ago and i must say it is always pleasant experience. The gentleman who assisted me (who helped me last time) was there within 10 minutes! Just like last time. I'm taking my time to write this review because I really do appreciate the service I had received. He was extremely helpful, super kind and professional. I usually do not take my time to write reviews but it needs to be said. These guys are awesome and I will never use another towing company.

They charge 100 bucks to have your car dropped whether it is in property or not. These kids also think it's funny to drive by business's flipping people off as they tow away people's cars. I dont care how pissed off the people getting their cars towed make you, that does not warrant childish behavior like that. These people are jokes and totally unprofessional. And I've been towed before. Never had a bad enough experience to write about it till these folks.

I am rating my overall experience. Of course getting your car towed is no joy, I had my car towed twice, two weeks apart, and for a part time working student that expense was not exciting. My apartment complex had recently enforced their parking and they use a hang on tag vs a sticker, so I forgot the tag those times. I was pleased at least that my car incured no dents or damages from any ruthless towing (a little fear of mine with getting towed). However, I want to highly commend my most recent experience (though this is overdue). About three weeks ago I had to switch my tag from my old car to a new car I had recently purchased. The old car had been bought but the new owner could not pickup the vehicle until the next morning. I could not find my paperwork stating my apartment's parking rules and was worried about the car being towed. It was late when I took a shot at the dark and called the tow company to see if they could inform me on the specific rule regarding a car with no tag in my complex. The guy I spoke with over the phone answered my question effectively and in a professional manner. They essentially told me the car was good for the night and I slept easy with an early start the next day, knowing I wouldn't have to dish out another expense and deal with an upset buyer. I have worked in jobs where you do the "dirty work" that no one enjoys, and where you deal with upset persons on a frequent basis. So i can understand when someone is quicker to write a negative experience over a good experience. Thanks for saving me the anxiety that one night. I appreciate the informative help I received.

They towed my friends car minutes after they parked, there was no sign on spot. They called within half an hour. $130 cash only later there was a dent in their hood that wasnt there before. Then the guy there accused my friend of lying . The location was on the Southside of St Pete but the sign said American Tow Force on side of bldg with the same phone # on the sign, and Skyway Towing over the front door. He had no right to call her a liar. I've known this person for over 20 years and she would never lie. The tow was was 20 blocks. Not even 5 miles. Anyway what a scam they have going. Luckily my friends husband was able to bang out the dent. No stars for them.
