Well I traveled from Hudson to this place just to find out part was damaged and had no choice but to take it and see if it works gave me 90 days but shoul have said part was damaged when i called. Never will I come to this place to purchase anything else. Waste of time and money.

Bird is the worst,a clown working from salvage yard to salvage yard, I guess he is supposed to be the Savior to this train wreck of establishment what a joke!!🤣 From the moment you call Bird phone etiquette doesn't exist,he carries multiple conversations on all at once, you're not sure is he talking to you somebody else or what?? He told me he could care less about a part he forgot to call my shop back whether it's ready or not, further said because it was a $75 part he wasn't concerned about selling the part and hung up the phone several times, thanks 🤡

Byrd is a very kind and very helpful person.i was stuck in walmart yesterday because my car won't start and he approach me and offer a help to jump my car.after that he gave me the number of his salvage car shop and I went there today to replace my car battery and he didn't let me to pay.i am very thankful to byrd for helping me a lot.

I just can't say how kind everyone here is. They are helpful and hard-working. Not happy I needed my car towed but happy it was here. If I'm ever looking for parts in the future I'll call here first.

They had just what I wanted. Byrdman even installed it for me. It was just a tail light lens but I appreciated it. Byrd Man is awesome.

Told me to hurry over then locked the gate in my face. Will be informing my customers as well as fellow locals to stay away. How they are an authorized impound lot is scary and frankly embarrassing. Do better or get out of clearwater

Called for AC compressor, EDD and Byrd were ver polite, very reasonable prices, delivered what they said they would on time. Very happy, and I couldn't believe the selection of used vehicles they have for sale. Deff recommend to friends and family.

They are always busy but willing to help. I always call them first to get used parts. The best price and warranty on used parts. Got an engine and transmission from them 2 years ago they are still running strong. Always do gaskets and timing chain or belt on all used engine.

Such great people. They are all willing to go above and beyond to make sure your taken care . They also talk and treat you like family. I highly recommend them. Not many companies that make you feel like family.

Hidden gem of a salvage yard. I've lived in the area for 25 years and thought I knew where all the yards were but somehow missed this one. I needed a spare space saver donut tire and rim for my 2005 Dodge Magnum. After calling all the yards I knew with no luck, I saw these guys on Google and 1/2 hour after calling they called me back with exactly what I needed. Their price was less than half of what I found on eBay. If you're trying to keep your old faithful running, check with these guys for the parts you need.

Haven't been a fan of Tri- J towing... Circumstances have changed, as well as my lifestyle. That being said... Sad to see the "BlueRay"(das wut I called my Chevy) in this condition. But... Very personal service 👍. Seemed organized. For a salvage yard that's not normal.👍 Laid back.👍

Richard Byrd and the guys over here are stellar. I came across them as I was starting to give up hope in finding a CVT transmission for my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, which are notoriously problematic, expensive and hard to find. Thankfully, he had one in stock with very low mileage and it was almost a perfect match for my vehicle. It may even have been the last one in Florida! He worked with me to get me a great price and got it out to my mechanic right away with minimal fuss. During the whole process he was amicable and easy to work with, no small expectation when spending that kind of money. My mechanic installed it the next day and it worked like a charm. I can't recommend these guys enough; they really came to the rescue.

My new go to place for auto parts! I was referred to Select from another a shop and saved a ton of money! Byrd was super busy on the phone but was handling it very well and was able to deal with me with patience at the same time! He was very helpful also. Being a female I have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to cars so that was great. While I was waiting I was actually amazed on how well someone can handle that type of phone requests while dealing with physical customers at the same time. Very impressed !. The employee who picked my items was also very friendly. Need more stuff so I will be back soon !

The man behind the counter was very nice considering all the multitasking he was doing. I need to remember that they're there. I went to pick up a wheel for a customer for my employer. The other guy that got the part and took the tire off the rim was also very nice. He put the rim in my work vehicle for me.

I needed an ECU for my car in California and found one on the web via this business in Florida. Reached out to Byrd and he was helpful in helping me get my part shipped to me quickly. Everything worked out and I can finally drive my car again. These guys are great, highly recommend

I can not understand all of the great reviews. We bought an engine from these people for $1300.00. It was smoking the minute it was started. Called the company and spoke to Bird he told us to remove engine and they would pick it up and refund our account. Never got refund, called them and they stated we must've messed up their engine so not only did they NOT refund money they also refuse to get us a new engine! Definitely does not live up to their reviews! Will make sure everyone we know does not do business with these thieves!

These guys are awesome! Helpful is an understatement. As a female who doesn’t know much about cars. I left there with everything i needed and informed. Their prices cant be beat. Thank you so much for being so patient and informative. I would suggest this company to anyone who is looking for parts or completely clueless. They have your back.
