I had ordered a transmission for a 2010 Polaris razor 800 was a bit skeptical of shipping it it came packaged amazing was very very impressed. Shipping was super quick transmission was a bit dirty but that’s OK works awesome. Would both definitely buy from this place again

Absolutely hands down best service and sales. I had motorcycle helmet in my cart and and I saw the buy it now for 5% off jumped on quickly and purchased but 5% was NOT applied. Suncoast reached out to let me know the order had sent less than and hours after purchase and I replied and thanks them for the prompt shipment and was very grateful and it sucked that the 5% was not taken off but no big deal. Andy responded to that email and let me know he had already sent the refund. Much respect to Andy and suncoast . Y’all forever have my business. Honesty integrity go along ways theses days! I bought a Ski Doo muffler from them that needed modified to fit correctly. Customer service was good and they sent me a fair partial refund for my time.

Sun coast cycle sports was the only place I could find a replacement front wheel for my tiger explorer on hand and Andy helped me out with setting up expedited delivery to get me back on the road ASAP.

Big thanks to the guys at Suncoast cycles Andy and his crew I purchased the motor from them that I found on eBay unfortunately the motor was not working properly and I contacted them and we communicated they said bring it down we will swap it out for a much better motor and they did he gave me a way better motor no charge pulled up and they just unloaded my truck and load a new one and off I go can't get much better than that thanks again.

They had a OEM part for my Honda that nobody else had and I was so happy to be able to buy it. Shopping was quick and I’m super happy!

I purchased a Rearset stay bracket from them through EBay and the description stated it was a used OEM bracket in good condition with only cosmetic issues such as scratches and faded paint. I finally got around to installing it about 40 days after receiving it, I couldn’t get to it sooner, and after inspecting it l, it has a crack clear as day on a part of it. I reached out to return it but they stated that they have a strict no return policy after 30 days. But they lied in their description of the part so they pretty much are passing the buck off to e. These guys are trash and wouldn’t ever think about buying anything from them again. $65 for a broken and unsafe part to install. Didn’t want to take responsibility and just take it back.

Terrible canceled my order without telling me I had to call and find out what is going on but sends a email and says package will be in your hands soon! Never order from here.

Do not buy from this place! I bought I part for my SXS and it didn’t fit even though it specified on the description that it would. I contacted them and they said they would take the return but I will have to pay to ship it back even though it was their fault 😂 save your self some time and money, stay away from this place 👎

I bought Windshield Windscreen Adjuster Motor & Mount Bracket for my BMW K1200LT, and installed couple weeks ago. When I was on the road, left side lower lifting arm's pin fell off and became loose. When I inspected, also, left side upper arm's pin had no C lock washer (left arms had been replaced with silver arms, and obviously who ever fixed didn't put C lock washer on both pins). I have searched online and couldn't find any. Because it is seller responsibility to inspect before shipping, I called suncoastcycle today. The person said they can't do anything, and recommended me to look for some other models pins instead of them. I paid almost CAD600.00 with shipping and custom for Canada, and it is useless now. In fact, I wouldn't mind buying one, but even BMW service said they can't help me with ordering the pin or I have to buy whole part. This was not the experience I was expecting.

Easy to order. Delivery was fast. Product arrived as described. Packaging was acceptable. I submitted a ticket request for a question over the weekend and they responded within 24hr which is amazing since they were closed. Over all this was a great experience. I will do business again. Check them out for any part before ordering elsewhere.

I purchased an item from their website. The transaction was super smooth and the item was in a pretty good condition (it is a used part). The price was very reasonable. They are now on my "safe-to-shop" list.

I would give no stars of possible. This company sold me a part through eBay. When I reported to them the part had broken pieces not mentioned in the listing, they said my return window was closed and would not accept responsibility. To make it worse you'll notice every bad review that gets a reply, its in defense of their poor service instead of an attempt to reconcile and win a customer back. This company is not reputable and they do not have their customers back. Wont be buying again and I recommend people look elsewhere for their used parts.

Great place very reliable, Blew up the engine on my motorcycle. They had the right engine sitting at their shop. Gave them a call and they were able to place the order over the phone. The new engine was at my house in three days. Thanks again.

This company is great! I was a little leery about ordering my motor from a company I had not hear too much about, but JR reassured me and was kind and patient, even when I got upset on the phone! My motor came quick 3 business days after I ordered it! Great company! Thanks JR!

I would advise against ordering from this company. Their customer service is very low tier and unhelpful. I ordered a part and the wrong item was sent (the parts department claims it was the right part) even though no mention of it being a OEM accessory and an image of a different part (the one I was expecting to receive) was on the listing for the item. I was told I would bear the financial responsibility of sending it back and it ended up being half the price of the part to ship back. When I contacted customer service twice I was “politely” told to have off.

Had a great experience with my purchase this past week. I came in store to try out a jacket and both Andy and JR were extremely helpful with all questions I had. They were quick and attentive to me. If anyone is thinking of doing business with them, it’s the way to good. Nothing but a good time. 10/10.

I was tired from a night shift and here it was MY FLT Harley Davidson engine, after a few weeks wait and worry, customs taxes in the UK, and I have it, got it, HERE in the UK. Trusting a company is difficult. And Sun Coast earning mine, a newbie at getting large motorcycle parts from the US or A, via paypal and Ebay, by safely and promptly sending and packing in film and on a pallet via FED EX, a good carrier a virtually unused Harley Davidson FLT engine and gearbox. I opening the film and stripped the steel banding to find A PRISTINE engine with nothing scratched or damaged, after travelling on a Jumbo Jet, through many hands, over thousands of miles. I have my 30 day garuntee, and am VERY VERY HAPPY with this service. When the time comes for me to place this into my 2001 FLHTUCI frame, I am sure to enjoy this engine, as intended, by Sun Coast and Harley. Others who lose this trust created by bad companies who do NOT do what Sun Coast have done, are missing out!
