I called Chuck’s towing because I was broke down on the side of the road. The owner was the one that answered, he was amazing and he had a tow truck to me within 30 minutes. They are very fast, reliable and extremely nice! Thank you so much!

These guys are great! My Mini broke down and after calling around found Chuck's. Very reasonable rates and Randy met us at our car within 30 minutes. He was extremely courteous and professional, and took great care loading and unloading our low clearance car off the flatbed. We highly recommend them!

Called last night set an appointment appointment 8am. Stock height camaro they want a damage waiver signed to tow. Say you can't do a good job without saying you can't do a good job. Oh and they didn't show till 3hours late.
These guys get it. I hired Chucks’s towing to get my truck out of Springhill and back home to Clermont. Chuck answered the call right away, he was personable and courteous. I was off a bit on what I could afford for the tow and Chuck was willing to work with me. He told he would have a tow truck out to me in 30 mins-they were there in 15 mins! The tow driver was warm and friendly. My truck got back to me about 10 mins after I arrived. Thanks Chuck and team for making the tow, which is never a pleasurable thing to deal with, a better experience with the great customer service y’all provided. Recommend 10/10!

I wasn’t concerned about cost. I just wanted to get home after our brand new truck wouldn’t start. They was there in less then 30 mins and I was glad we was able to get my grooming trailer home in the same trip. (Later Found out it was 2 dead batteries on our truck) thanks again

Towed my 18 year old sons car last night after an accident ( he didn’t call them cop took it upon him self) and today is telling us it’s a $500 impound fee plus $150 tow fee plus $ 20 a day storage fee. They came right in hooked up and took it. We have insurance, nothing criminal occurred. I think they are a scam. Impound fee why?
I called... I needed my classic towed 2.8 miles to the shop.... 75.00 EACH WAY. I'd pay 50.00... nope... Couldn't help me... Another example of GREED... Shame on them ... especially considering the present state with people hurting... So...they made no ?....as oppossed to some money. This is what's WRONG today... EVERYONE wants in your pocket instead of helping their neighbors. I'll never call again... And the woman who I spoke with was a B.
Had Chuck pick me up from Odessa, FL and take my car to New Port richey dealership did great work very kind friendly honest.. definitely if need a tow will be using them and wasnt bad priced either
I wish I could leave 0 stars after my girlfriend's stolen car was found. She went to pick it up, was about to drive away with the police permission, and this horrible company blocked her in and lifted the car, threatening her. To the point she locked herself in the car and had to call the police. Took 1.5 hours before the Jughead tow driver finally released the car without a ransom. What a disgrace to the towing industry
Called serveral places today. Chuck's beat the lowest qoute by 25$. Greg was professional yet fun on the phone. The driver Chris got to me sooner then I was told. He was courteous and took good care of my car. I highly recommend this service ?
