The drivers that showed to were very nice and professional. However the cost of $150 plus taxes ($164.55)for a jumpstart seems excessive.
The driver was on the same road as me (and within a couple miles of my location) when dispatched- had a portable jumper that took all of 30 seconds to jump. I read other reviews that they towed and drive 20 miles for the same amount of money. Never again!
My insurance sent them out to get my Ford Fusion on a Sunday . It was raining hard for over an hour and they waited with me a were super nice and efficient. Would def recommend

The worst service ever he was getting off of 195 in Okeechobee in west palm beach we where heading across the road on fl mango road he charged us 150 to go there then say he isn’t moving into he is paid in full the customer service was horrible I don’t recommend this company, he also said if we do a review he will take off 5 dollars. Not even a minute away. It’s just sad and want to compare business. Please be aware of this company. He isn’t trustworthy. I even gave him my drivers license to hold into we got across the street. So he was assured he will be paid ,not to mention the fact he waits to load my truck to say all of this nonsense, talking about for his safety. These are things you say before loading a person truck or car whatever. Please be aware again. His mouth is just despicable. Also told me this his company his show and he run the way he like and we will into he is ready to move If I can give -0 I would. 😭😭😭😭😭 this man really maleate my husband and myself.
These people are a blessing. They came when I thought all hope was lost stranded with my two babies. The guy asked his wife to pick us up since she does uber to take us to a family member house obviously for a price but God showed off through them.
The tow driver Vince was so very nice and compassionate, after I told him the horror story he reminded me there are still good people around. Thank you.

My car wouldn't start when I was at the gym and I needed to get the car to the shop 5 miles away. After googling tow trucks, I was lucky enough to stumble on Chico's service. He quoted me a fair and reasonable fee to tow my car to the auto shop 4 miles away when I was on the phone. Once the car was towed, he told me to just call the number to his location and pay the promised fee. He's a nice guy just looking to run a fair business. Very glad that I didn't end up one of the horror stories I read on other towing places in the area.
